I recently visited this dental office for the first time and had an overall great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. My hygienist, Melanie, was especially kind and professional. I could tell she truly cares about her patients and takes the time to build real connections. I appreciated how she clearly explained everything throughout my appointment—she made my care plan feel manageable and not at all intimidating. It’s clear she excels in patient care. I’d absolutely recommend this office to friends and family. Looking forward to my next visit!

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by this Dental office. The staff is welcoming and warm. The hygienists are friendly and thorough. The Dentist, a kind and friendly woman, is knowledgeable and takes time to explain your options. So far, so good.

I have been having an amazing experience with this office! All of the staff is so sweet! I had a great experience with the front desk, the dental hygienist, and the dentist Dr Jaclyn Orozco. I told them that I was nervous when it come to dentist offices, and they all made sure to make me feel so welcomed, and put my mind at ease. I spent my whole life hating visits to the dentist, but since moving to Phoenix I’ve had many excellent dentists and hygienists. Thomas Dental is my favorite. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Orozco is kind, efficient and professional. And Miguel (my hygienist) is the very best at his job, and has changed my life. I recommend this office to everyone.

Received a wonderful cleaning from the assigned hygienist. Unfortunately, I do not recall her name. She was extremely informative and educative. Unfortunately my experience fell flat very quickly. My entire appointment took 3 hours. Understandable, this was my first appointment and there are many parts that go into that but 3 hours is a lot. Additionally, they texted me asking if I could come in 30 minutes early from my originally scheduled time but still, my appointment ran late and well into 3 hours. I am new to handling my own insurance and healthcare visits so I am not familiar with procedures and costs and their administration made this process extremely difficult. Originally, I was quoted X amount for the cleaning. Once I got to the counter, I was then charged an additional $120. The charge was for a 3D scan of my teeth and as I was told by the hygienist, it was procedure and "something we do for all of our patients." When i spoke with the staff about this charge, they said it was an accident and that they were at lunch so that the manager must have gotten busy and added the charge. ???????? I asked for multiple receipts over the phone, asking if they could send them via email. It took 3 phone calls before I was finally able to retrieve my receipts for both my $120 refund and an itemized statement of the procedures done. This was a scary experience for me as it was my first time handling healthcare procedures on my own. I just felt blindsided and completely taken advantage of. Again, the dental professions were extremely informative and helpful in terms of what to do to maintain healthy teeth.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Thomas Dental for the outstanding care that my husband and I received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure we were comfortable throughout the visit, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel cared for—not just as patients, but as people. If you're looking for a dentist who treats you like family and delivers top-notch service, I can't recommend Thomas Dental enough!
