Honestly so far I love the warm welcoming of this dentist office and there staff, very helpful and made me feel very comfortable with coming in and talking about everything I need and want but also helping in making sure my journey is smooth and convenient for me as mom with a budget. So far I have not started anything but will definitely keep an update on my experience with but so far I definitely recommend this dental office to start your journey with people who really do want to help.☺️

Everyone treated me with love and respect. Erica with the c was the best. Her energy was a ten out of ten.Louise was great. The Doctor was wonderful and Erica with the k was also great. I thank all of you for letting me know that you would be taking care of me. I felt good leaving the office so I know that when I return back for treatment that I will be very much cared for this is a great place to go when you need anything done with your teeth.

My neighborhood dentist for the past three years! The atmosphere is always friendly, welcoming, and clean. The staff constantly asks if you’re okay throughout procedures and meticulously explains everything they are doing as they work. They listen to me as a patient. It is hard to enjoy a dental experience, they make it as enjoyable as possible!

The staff & Dr. Harsini were great, very pleasant experience however billing is a whole other story. I was billed for uncovered services by insurance, turns out those services were not billable to the patient. This was brought the the billing coordinator's attention in early February. Two weeks ago I was told I would get a check issued and I have yet to hear from them. My follow up email was not replied to and the office has not given a care to give me a follow up call. Service from the doctor and staff was great however the patient is billed for the treatment appointment upfront- then fail to reimburse in a timely matter.

We love everyone at that office but this last time in particular they had a new orthodontist staff member named Victoria. My son has been going there for his braces for a few years now. Victoria was super thorough and explained in detail everything that was going on with my son to me and to my son. She gave us some information that we weren't aware of prior and ways to have improvement. I hope you keep her as a permanent staff member because you can tell right away she is very professional and knows what she is doing. She made us both feel very informed and we were very happy with the interaction we had with her.

I’ve been to this clinic for a couple of years now. I’ve had extensive work done over those years and the results have been amazing, I’ve even recommended them on numerous occasions and could not stop talking about how great they are. 5 starts for Dr. Harsini, Lala, David, Victoria, and a few others who’s names I don’t remember. Staff has always been welcoming and accommodating. They have worked as a team to get me to where I am today with my dental health. Reason for my 2 star is I do not recommend getting braces/Invisalign at this location. Ever since the start of my treatment there are constant issues where the front staff/billing is telling me I don’t have insurance, and they will give me the runaround saying I’ll get a call back(I’ve had the same insurance since 2022.) I learned they never submitted a claim to my insurance to begin with and they wanted me to pay for the remainder of treatment to be seen when I had already payed half before treatment even started. I’ve had to call multiple times to finally get an answer and when I spoke to the manager she reassured me these issues would be resolved. I refrained from writing a negative review because I decided to give them another chance. In the meantime they made me wait for them to figure things out while my trays where broken and my teeth where starting to move back. When I was finally seen, to my surprise I was no longer seen by David who had handled the treatment from the beginning. I was instead seen by another individual who was asking me where my trays where and when I told her I was there to get my refinements she just handed me trays and asked me to put them on. I asked if I could at least wash my hands first and the trays of course didn’t fit as I’d gone a couple of days without them. She was ready to just have me get rescanned and go back when I had already been scanned in march and it was currently may. I want to say Thank you to Victoria for stepping in and saving me from another rescan and waiting even longer for trays. She helped get the trays placed and we got them to fit properly. Fast forward to July, this is where I decided to finally write my negative review. I was told in may I’d be scheduled in July and was given a date. I never received a notification or reminder to my apt so when I called and asked about the date and then waited for my call back, I was only told about a cleaning. And it was assumed I no longer have braces in place ‍♀️. I very well still have them in place and I’m now waiting for a call back for ortho apt which should have already been scheduled, this once again prolonging treatment. I still also have the issue of buttons that where never placed at my refinement stage that where marked on my treatment plan. ‍♀️. Issues discussed with the manager have clearly not been resolved and while staff is friendly, "friendly" doesn’t fix teeth, staff doing their jobs correctly does.

This place is really amazing!! From the front desk to the back office and the doctor. All was great. Unfortunately I was denied on the financing due to credit issues. Nonetheless I’m still going to be using them as my forever dental office.
