I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart the wonderful volunteers that came together on Labor Day to help those who don't have dental insurance like myself. My teeth felt amazing afterwards. Thank you for the breakfast, pastries, water & coffee. Every year I tell everyone about what your organization does to help people about getting some dental care. Keep doing what you do for those that can't afford dental care, & offer low payments for other services.

I was experiencing tooth pain for the longest time (months) , all sensitivity to cold only and it was unbearable. I went to several dentists to help find the issue & no one got it right. Until I scheduled to risas, after my first check up the doctor who treated me knew what I needed right away, it was my first root canal so I was kinda nervous but it went great & I have no pain at all anymore! Doctor was super nice & helpful throughout my operation. Front staff and billing are always super nice & accommodating. They help with payment plans and make it easy. I def recommend this place to anyone with tooth pain ! thank you

This dental office is extremely professional and everyone is so friendly. They were also flexible with setting up finances which allowed me to get the urgent work I needed. Super grateful with the staff!

This dental office is a complete waste of time. I’ve had several late appointments scheduled, and they always find an excuse to reschedule me. They advertise that they close at 8 pm, but they always manage to reschedule you. What if I never pick up the phone? I would have shown up to my appointment and been out of luck. I highly recommend finding another dental office in the valley that is very professional and won’t reschedule you every time you make a late appointment so they can leave the office early. They have the audacity to laugh about it when you call them out on it.

As a professional driver, I prioritize providing a smooth and respectful experience for passengers. However, my recent trip with a rider that works here and she was disappointing from the start. Upon entering the vehicle, she did not acknowledge me with a simple greeting, which set a tone of disregard. When I attempted to confirm her name, she responded curtly, which, while acceptable, lacked basic courtesy. Navigating to the drop-off location, my GPS directed me to turn after a nearby store, requiring a longer route. Despite having knowledge of the area, she did not offer any assistance, leading to unnecessary delays. Upon arrival, she exited without a thank you or any acknowledgment of the trip. If this is the standard level of respect from individuals at this location, I will not be returning. Professionalism and courtesy are essential in any interaction, and experiences like this make it clear when they are lacking.

I've had both good and bad experiences at this location, but unfortunately, the bad outweigh the good. 1. I strongly disagree with their policy of requiring pre-payment for services. Booking an appointment should not mean you're obligated to pay upfront before receiving any care. 2. More seriously, despite having a documented allergy to epinephrine in my chart, a staff member administered it with my anesthetic. This triggered a reaction and exacerbated my heart arrhythmia. No one in the office, including the dentist, took the situation seriously. I had to call my husband to bring emergency medication to the office. Their lack of accountability and concern was deeply troubling and ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere.

I went to Risas Dental and my visit was amazing ! Maleny had brought me back and took my X-rays. Then Zulema cleaned my teeth and did a wonderful job if you are looking for a new dental office this is the one for you especially with the back office assistants !
