Risas Dental and Braces - Arcadia

I take my son for his check ups and every time I’m greeted By front office. Paola is always quick to.check us in very efficient. the wait to see doctor is very short. And treatment needed is explained in detail.

Dr. Olsen is an amazing orthodontist, he’s experienced, attentive, and truly cares about each patient. If my entire treatment had been with him, I believe my results would’ve been great. However, I would not recommend getting braces at this location overall. After starting with Dr. Olsen, I was suddenly switched to other orthodontists who did not follow the original treatment plan. They were inconsistent and didn’t seem to have the same level of attention to detail. Because of that, my bite is now misaligned and my teeth didn’t turn out the way I expected. It’s extremely disappointing considering the time and money put into this.

Everyone was nice and the work and hygiene were to the highest standard. My only problem was that the dr did do a very good job, there was a space between my teeth after he did the fillings. The space was so bad that I had to go to another dentist to fix it.

One Word: Disappointing This place consistently overbooks appointments, and as a patient, you won’t feel like a priority. I’ve been coming here for over 3 years and have seen multiple main dentists come and go. Each time, I’ve been given a different date for when my braces would come off and every single time, that date passed with no progress. I once had an emergency and missed an appointment, and the next available one was two months out. I had even discussed coming in every two weeks with the dentist so I could get my braces off by the end of summer, as promised. Instead, they pushed it to July 30th. I was promised this early May. On top of all that, they charge extra and have gone against their own contract time and time again. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I had a braces appointment, and assistant Alexis was really nice. We had a great conversation, the vibes were chill, and everything went smoothly.

Dr. Maule Was very nice explained everything to me, which was very pleasing to have someone explained to you what’s going on with your teeth. What needs to be done? I appreciated that very much and get GALI The girl that did my x-rays and exam was very professional and did a great job on cleaning my teeth.
