As a single Black woman with no prior children, I selected Southwest Fertility Center (SWFC) as my first choice for a fertility clinic based on reviews (one in particular). The atmosphere at SWFC is hygienic, calming, and welcoming. The staff were kind, friendly, and encouraging. I never had a negative experience with them. The IVF process is emotionally, financially, mentally, and physically exhausting. It’s also time-consuming, with lots of waiting for results. Be sure to conduct your own IVF research—not only for self-education but also for self-awareness. IVF is science. Be patient, be kind to yourself, and give your body more than one chance. If you begin to sink into a dark place, remind yourself that you deserve to be a mother just like any other woman. My IVF process... Initial consultation - 6/2024 *age 36 Baseline blood work, HSG & SHG ultrasounds, prenatal vitamins, CoQ10, vitamin D, & aspirin - 7/2024 IUI - 8/2024 - FAIL Egg retrieval - 11/2024 * age 37 30x eggs retrieved 23x eggs inseminated 7x eggs discarded 23x eggs inseminated 14x eggs fertilized normally 9x eggs fertilized abnormally 14x embryos extended culture 7x embryos Igenomix PGT-A tested - 4x euploids (2x girls + 2x boys) - 3x aneuploid 7 embryos discarded (poor quality) 1st FET - 1/2025 - FAIL (female euploid) 2nd FET- 4/2025 - Chemical. Preg. (female euploid) 3rd FET - 6/2025 - Success ☘️ (male euploid) * DD: 3/2026 4th FET - TBD (male euploid)

Words truly can’t express how grateful I am for Dr. Vinay Gunnala and the entire team at the clinic. From the moment I walked through their doors, I felt supported, heard, and cared for on the deepest level. During my initial consultations, Dr. Gunnala took the time to listen to my full story, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure no detail was overlooked. Through his attentive care and thorough diagnostics, he discovered an issue with one of my fallopian tubes that had been severely affecting my chances of conceiving — something no one else had identified. Thanks to his knowledge and swift action, he performed a surgery to remove the problematic tube. The procedure went beautifully — minimal downtime, a smooth recovery, and I was truly amazed at how well I felt afterward. Shortly after my recovery, I proceeded with IUI, and to my absolute joy — I became pregnant on the very first try. I still get emotional just thinking about how far I’ve come and how pivotal Dr. Gunnala and his team were in this journey. From the front desk staff to the nurses and support team, every single person I encountered treated me with warmth, patience, and genuine care. It never felt clinical — it felt personal. If you are struggling with fertility or just beginning your journey and looking for answers, I could not recommend Dr. Vinay Gunnala and this clinic more highly. They gave me hope when I felt lost — and now, they’ve helped give me the greatest gift of all.

I can’t say enough about Southwest Fertility Center. They were so unbelievably kind from our first meeting through the very end. Dr Gunnala (both of them) Tera and the whole staff made us feel like family. The care and expertise is the best in the country. We had a baby on our first try and he is perfect. Thank you so much for everything you did for us. You made our family complete!

Ive only ever been here for outside monitoring and ive had a pretty good experience at this location. All the ultrasound techs ive had were all really kind. My favorite tech is Tara. She is super sweet and makes the experience easier considering the appointments can be uncomfortable at times. I was pretty fortunate to get her majority of my appointments.

Southwest Fertility Center is a BLESSING for couples dreaming of starting a family!! There are not enough kind words in the English language to describe the absolutely AMAZING staff that we encountered throughout our journey. Drs. Gunnala are fabulous, all the APPs are top notch and every single person involved are the best at what they do. My wife and I had to go through 2 cycles before we achieved our goal (due date 12/18/25). Despite the disappointment of a "failed" first cycle, the way the clinic helped us process the disappointment while, at the same time, giving us hope was absolutely what we NEEDED. The day we "graduated" was something we will talk about and celebrate for years to come. The long and short of it is this..... The professional knowledge, the kind empathetic personalities, and the overwhelming levels of support are why we ARE going to be parents this year. To anyone out there, struggling to make a family..... KEEP HOPE ALIVE and remember, it only takes one to make one!!!! Southwest Fertility Center, we owe everything to YOU!!

Southwest fertility staffs are amazing. Am sindhu i came to this center lastyear. After 3 unsuccessful attempts , 16 weeks pregnant now & I would recommend both Dr Sujatha Gunnala and Dr Vinnay Gunnala to all those who are struggling like me to have a new little member in your family. Both doctors & nurses are great and knowledgeable. We did 1 fresh transfer & PGT with all our remaining embryos. After 3 unsuccessful attempts doctors suggested to try the Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (ERA) cycle & it turned out to be a successful one . Thankyou Dr. vinay Gunnala & Dr.sujatha Gunnala who always helped us by explaining all the process & made us comfortable through this journey. I love shelly Rosander’s way of approach she always explains the process & makes you feel comfortable. She made me comfortable through out my ivf journey especially during ERA cycle biopsy. She took good care of us through out our ultrasound appointments & will patiently answer all our queries. Agatha (aggie) never failed to call back or mail back to the queries. She responded each & every mail so that i don’t miss my medicines or break my cycle. Thanks to all the nurses & ivf coordinators Ann, Daisey. I would definitely return to Dr. sujatha & Dr. vinay gunnala team for baby #2 . Waiting to show our little one to both the doctors & staffs who all helped me & stood by me in my difficult times & gave some courage & hope to continue through out this process & helped me to have a baby in my life . Dr.sujatha & vinay gunnala always treat you with care & love they will surely let you feel comfortable & trust the process.

Whole heartedly I can recommend Southwest Fertility and Doctor Vinay Gunnala. Dr Gunnala and the team at Southwest Fertility Center were incredible. The moment we stepped into their office we were greeted with warmth and positivity. We were apprehensive at first due to a poor experience with another fertility clinic in the past ,but Southwest quickly put those fears to rest by providing a detailed step by step program that ultimately led to our little miracle. Dr Gunnala consistently set and explained expectations for every step of the process and was constantly reminding and reassuring that we were doing everything we could. Dr Gunnala and the staff truly made us feel like we were family as we went through each step. The process of IVF is very physically and emotionally tough but they made our journey as comfortable as possible. After a decade of us trying to get pregnant, we had a successful IVF on the first attempt. We plan on going to them again for our next baby. Thank you everyone at southwest fertility
