È difficile esprimere a parole l’amore quindi è difficile descrivere tutto l’amore che ci è arrivato in questo percorso così difficile. Il nostro miracolo è arrivato grazie anche a loro, grazie alla loro professionalità, precisione, accoglienza, accortezza, tenacia, amore. Non ci siamo mai sentiti dei numeri ma figli di tutta l’equipe. Indipendentemente dal meraviglioso risultato….noi sceglieremmo altre infinite volte loro per tutti i motivi detti e tanti altri ancora. In un percorso del genere bisogna trovarsi nelle mani giuste, mani pure, amorevoli, delicate e capaci di “toccarti”, di “curarti” .
Ringraziamo il Dottor Olivares, la sua competenza, professionalità e umanità è al di sopra di tutto e tutti, il suo saper vedere prima la persona del paziente è qualcosa di veramente prezioso, lo ringraziamo per aver dato spazio alla mia determinazione nel continuare su una determinata strada.
Ringraziamo Alessandra Rauchi è stata un supporto enorme, che ha fatto la differenza in questo percorso. Sempre una presenza efficiente dolce e sorridente.

Ho intrapreso questo percorso ad aprile del 2024. Sinceramente mi sono trovata bene sin dall’ inizio. Durante il colloquio il dott. Olivares e’ stato molto chiaro sul percorso e su tutti gli esami che avrei dovuto fare. Ammetto che e’ stato un percorso lungo, ma sono sempre stati di supporto sia tramite mail che tramite telefono. Purtroppo non e’ andata bene al primo tentativo, ed anche lì il dott. Olivares fu chiaro… Così e meno male ho deciso di fare il secondo tentativo fortunatamente andato a buon fine.. durante i primi 3 mesi ho avuto dei problemi ed oltre alla ginecologa che mi seguiva in Italia ho contattato anche la clinica che mi ha risposto e detto che dovevo fare.. Adesso sono mamma di un bellissimo bambino…

Ciao a tutti mi chiamo Maria Luisa e ho 44 anni, da tre anni ho cercato in modo naturale di avere un figlio ma ahimè non ci sono riuscita, dopo varie vicissitudini mi sono decisa di fare tutto da sola. E grazie alla mia Ginecologa che mi ha saputo dare un giusto consiglio dandomi un bigliettino da visita della clinica Ivf Barcellona. A settembre 2024 ho chiamato la manager Samanta Rosato, una persona davvero eccezionale, empatica, bravissima nel spiegarmi tutto il percorso che avrei dovuto affrontare era come se parlassi con un’amica, mi ha messa a proprio agio, adorabile. Da lì in poi sono stata contattata dalla clinica, il quale sono stata ascoltata, seguita con grande professionalità e umanità soprattutto.
Ho fatto un colloquio con la dottoressa Ilaria Totaro… malgrado la distanza si è sempre dimostrata professionale e sempre disponibile ad ogni mio dubbio.
Anche lo staff: sempre gentile, che mi ha supportato e sopportata ad ogni mia richiesta. L’organizzazione della clinica è stata perfetta, con un’assistenza personalizzata di cui ringrazio Elda e Elisa.
A gennaio 2025 mi dicono che è tutto pronto per il mio Transfer fiv( fecondazione in vitro). Devo ammettere che c’era molta tensione,ansia! Al primo tentativo sono rimasta incinta, un’emozione indescrivibile che ha reso questo viaggio ancora più speciale. Ringrazio il Dott Luis Zamora per la sua professionalità e nell’avermi consigliato nel modo più corretto per me se impiantarmi uno o due embrioni( ha deciso uno). Sappiamo che ad ogni percorso che si affronta c’è sempre quella paura, ma non mollate mai di realizzare il vostro sogno… il mio coraggio è stata la mia forza in tutto il percorso e non importa se è un donatore o un ovodonazione dopo non ci penserete più, perché l’amore che riceverà la mia principessa che arriverà ad ottobre è lo stesso anzi sarà IMMENSO. IVF Barcellona è stata una scelta eccellente.

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo iniziato il nostro percorso verso la genitorialità presso la vostra clinica quasi un anno fa. È stato un percorso intenso e pieno di emozioni che fortunatamente ci ha portato a realizzare uno dei nostri desideri più grandi. Tra qualche mese nascerà nostro/a figlio/a e noi non vediamo l’ora. Ringraziamo di cuore i medici e tutto lo staff che ci ha seguito fino a qui e che ci ha aiutato a concretizzare tutto questo.

Ho pensato tanto prima di scrivere una recensione . Mi sono rivolta a questa clinica perché inizialmente mi hanno ispirato fiducia ma poi sono entrata in un vortice di stress ed ansia. Il mio percorso, è iniziato con il contatto con la preparatissima e gentilissima Cristina Parrales , dopo che lei ha terminato il suo compito ed ho pagato è iniziato il mio girone con esami incompleti , medico sempre assente , risposte date dopo settimane , per un incomprensione ( un errore da parte loro ) ho dovuto attendere un appuntamento in video chiamata con il medico più di un mese. Durante le mie chiamate mi è stato detto che nella clinica non esistevo solo io . Non parlo così perché non ho avuto una gravidanza , questo può capitare , ma il trattamento e la disorganizzazione non sono perdonabili. Il giorno del transfer , ho atteso più di tre ore per attendere il mio turno con una signorina della reception che non ha consegnato neanche l’acqua ! ed inoltre ( dopo che ho effettuato un viaggio fino a barcellona ) mi è stato detto che non lo avrei fatto perché non risultava il pagamento di 450,00€ bonifico che avevo effettuato una settimana prima. e non mi sono stati chiesti neanche i risultati degli esami del tsh. Dopo le mie beta negative , ho chiesto un appuntamento con il medico per capire la causa del fallimento. Durante la videochiamata , il dottore mi disse che non tutti i transfer vanno a buon fine ( questo lo posso capire ) ma che secondo lui le cause del fallimento sarebbe potuta essere l’Altissima frammentazione patologia e non curabile dello sperma di mio marito e la mia età ( +40 anni ) nonostante io abbia fatto un trattamento di ovodonazione. Il medico ha concluso consigliandomi di fare un altro trattamento di ovodonazione o con doppia donazione o con lo sperma ( improvvisamente guarito ) di mio compagno ma con garanzia di più blastocisti. In questa clinica posso salvare solo le signore Parrales e Bosisio per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità, per le altre persone sei solo un numero. Io spero che questa mia recensione non sia distruttiva ma costruttiva per migliorare le cose.

Manon was covering for our medical coordinator Sofia while she is on vacation and so we weren’t expecting much that she will be so familiar with our case. But she gave such a wonderful experience when we were in Reproclinic in Barcelona, one of the things she did that is beyond our expectations is she communicated to our satellite clinic (who refuses to only communicate via patient/me) to instruct them of the next steps even though it is not usually done, but Reproclinic through Manon accomodated it for us just so we can push through with our treatments! Overall amazing experience with Reproclinic!

My experience with Reproclinic has exceeded expectations at every stage. The team was always readily available to help with my queries and provide advice, from the initial preparation through to recovery after my egg retrieval for the egg freezing process. My medical coordinator, Karin, was always so kind, personable, and helpful – she really made the experience a breeze. Dr. Moreno was also very kind and reassuring throughout my time as a patient. The pricing was also transparent, which I appreciated given that I know from friends that this is not always the case at other clinics. My medical coordinator Karin was always prompt and informative, guiding me through every step of the process with patience and care, even with my sometimes repetitive questions. My husband and I came to New Direction after a not so great experience with a different clinic/doctor. When I made the consult appointment the receptionist asked if I had a preference in doctor. I told her I just wanted a doctor who would listen, take their time with us and answer questions. At the time I assumed she just scheduled us with next available but after working with Dr. Johnson I’m not so sure it was a random pick. He was exactly what we needed. He was always kind, respectful, very knowledgeable & patient. He listened to concerns and was reassuring. We also saw Michelle a few times and she’s equally as amazing. Questions through Klara were always answered in a timely manor, even if they were silly. I never felt judged. We ended up doing a couple cycles of IUI and our second one was successful! We’re are so excited to meet our baby boy in December! Thank you Dr. Johnson and everyone at New Direction. Everyone we encountered was amazing!

I had such a great experience at New Direction and I meant to leave this review so much sooner! My husband and I had tried to conceive for 6 months with no success. I saw 2 different OBGYN providers who both didn’t seem to know why I wasn’t conceiving and their suggestions of things to try did not work. I saw Dr. Derman at New Direction who recommended medicated cycles with timed intercourse, and I got pregnant with the second cycle. I saw Michelle for my monitoring ultrasounds and the ultrasounds to confirm the pregnancy, and she was absolutely wonderful. All of the staff were very kind and helpful with fast response times. Their messaging system, Klara, is easy to use too. I gave birth to my daughter 1 month ago and she has brought me so much joy and happiness. I would recommend their services to anyone!

I feel so welcome and at peace when going to the clinic and talking to the staff and Dr. Amols, they answer all my questions with care. I’m extremely grateful for finding new direction! My first round of IVF was successful have a healthy baby boy and now trying for another. Highly recommend 10/10

I can’t even begin to put into words how wonderful New Direction is. Dr Amols cares so much about his patients, and is truly invested in their success. He creates individualized protocols based on the patient’s specific infertility issue, and is very meticulous in his clinical decision making. This does not just apply to IVF. Dr Amols treats IUIs with just as much thought and care as he does IVF.

Michelle is another gem at New Direction. She cares so deeply for the patients, and her warmth and kindness are so evident. She takes the time to make sure questions are answered, and patients are well informed. She was kind enough to reach out and offer condolences when an egg retrieval didn’t end with optimal results.

The nurses and MA’s are also excellent. They are always happy and smiling, and truly care about what you are going through. They take the time to answer questions, and are understanding of the emotional nature of this journey.

The prices at New Direction are lower than most, but the quality is well above what most clinics offer. This is evidenced by their high success rates which can be viewed on the CDC website. They outperform most clinics, and their success rates are above the national average.

I have my 2 year old son thanks to the team at New Direction, and am currently 8 weeks pregnant with our next baby. I couldn’t be more grateful to Dr Amols, Michelle, and all the wonderful staff at New Direction that helped us on this journey. They are forever a part of my heart, and I will always be grateful to them for helping me complete my family.

Dr. Mark Johnson was a godsend to us, he help us to make our dream come true! I hope he see this and remember us. We supposed to be trying first of iui round if it’s gonna work us. But when they check my ovary they found something so they do work on my cyst left and right! I remember I never drive far away without my husband and this is the first time that I drive I have to strong, and yes I made it and it happened din by the time do do something for me after that I got pregnant by normal after they removed my cysts but without them I’m not gonna happy as right now I have my son finally to all of the team in fertility I’m so thankful for them they’re so helpful and kind thank you

Dr. Mark Johnson was a godsend. After two and a half years and two clinics, we found him at New Direction. My husband and I had unexplained infertility and had undergone multiple IUIs, two retrievals and a failed transfer. We’re in our mid-30s, and it was devastating.

We came to New Direction in January. Their pricing was reasonable. Their lab and live birth rates were exceptional. The real selling point, though, was that I would see Dr. J at nearly every appointment.

As a patient undergoing fertility treatment, sadly, I’ve often felt like I was on a conveyer belt — seeing nurses who were burnt out and desensitized, while rarely seeing the doctor.

Dr. J. has a wealth of experience and he’s also very kind. He treated me like a person! We happily drove 40 minutes each way to see him at the Gilbert clinic.

I had another retrieval in February, resulting in just one chromosomally normal embryo. We transferred in June, and incredibly, it has stuck.

Fertility clinic reviews often read like fairy tales… For anyone reading this, I know how heartbreaking it can be when treatment doesn’t work. Having a doctor who knows your name, answers your questions and lifts your spirits — that seems like the very least anyone going through this can ask for. For us, that doctor was Dr. Mark Johnson, and I cannot recommend him enough.

We had the best experience at Bloom! We can’t thank them enough for helping us conceive our first child through IVF. We went through multiple FETs and procedures before we got our successful transfer. The journey was long but Dr Behera and the entire Bloom staff guided us through it with knowledge, grace, and empathy through each step and setback. Alex, Kim, and Taylor are the best and provided me with so much support throughout my journey. My coordinators Emily and Kayla helped guide me through the egg retrieval and transfer process with so much patience and compassion. What truly sets Bloom apart is they care about you as the patient and customizing the treatment plan to your specific diagnosis. We will forever be grateful to Bloom and would highly recommend them to anyone struggling to grow their family.

5 Stars is still not enough to give Bloom. The staff is always so welcoming and kind with every appointment. The staff truly cares and knows you by name with every visit. They are so responsive to emails and phone calls, even on weekends. Dr. Gordon was absolutely incredible, I cannot say enough great things about her. We previously went to another fertility clinic with no success. We switched to Bloom and Dr. Gordon, I wish I switched sooner. She explained everything so prefect there were no surprises. With every appointment came good news. We had a successful transfer and good not be happier. I cannot recommend Dr. Gordon enough!

We can’t say enough about the entire team at Bloom Reproductive Institute! When I first went to Bloom, I was just trying to figure out why I hadn’t felt like myself in several years. I’d been dismissed by multiple OB/GYN offices, but my gut told me something was wrong. I met with the reproductive endocrinologist at Bloom Reproductive in Sept 2023 and I finally felt heard. A few months later, I got answers not only about the hormonal changes I’d had but also learned I only had a 1-2% or conceiving naturally. Last summer, we did our first egg retrieval and six weeks ago, we welcomed our son. Without Bloom, we wouldn’t have been able to start a family.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and supportive. I felt cared for and was always properly informed of next steps. Making appointments and receiving results of my tests was always very quick. I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to expand their family. You will be in excellent hands!

My first few months with Bloom were great – I was treated with kindness, my calls were responded to in a timely manner, and I was given a lot of information to help my husband and I make decisions on how to move forward in our fertility journey. I then had to unexpectedly undergo a surgical procedure and had to take a couple months off from fertility treatment.
When the time came for me to resume treatment, I felt as if Bloom had forgotten about me as a patient. I had my medical records faxed over so that the doctor could review them. I was told she would need to review them before I could proceed with any further fertility treatment. About 2 1/2 weeks later, I still had not heard anything. I called and left a voicemail the morning of April 1st. In their recorded voicemail, it says “we will get back to you no later than the following business day.” April 2nd came and went, and near the end of the day I still had not heard back, so I called again late that afternoon and left another voicemail. I did not hear back. I sent an email the evening of April 2nd as well. Here we are, April 20th, and my calls and emails have still not been answered. I have still not yet heard anything from them as to why it has taken so long to review my records. I decided to move on to another fertility clinic and have had a much more positive experience there already – my calls are answered IMMEDIATELY (no need to leave voicemails and *hope* for a call back). They make me feel valued as a patient, while Bloom did no.

Overall, Bloom really let me down. Infertility is a very, very difficult thing to go through, and experiences like this make it harder on patients than it needs to be. I don’t expect to ever hear back from them or get the apology that I truly feel I deserve, but I have accepted that. I wanted to share my experience so those who are considering working with Bloom can have this information.

As a single Black woman with no prior children, I selected Southwest Fertility Center (SWFC) as my first choice for a fertility clinic based on reviews (one in particular).

The atmosphere at SWFC is hygienic, calming, and welcoming. The staff were kind, friendly, and encouraging. I never had a negative experience with them.

The IVF process is emotionally, financially, mentally, and physically exhausting. It’s also time-consuming, with lots of waiting for results. Be sure to conduct your own IVF research—not only for self-education but also for self-awareness.

IVF is science. Be patient, be kind to yourself, and give your body more than one chance. If you begin to sink into a dark place, remind yourself that you deserve to be a mother just like any other woman.

Words truly can’t express how grateful I am for Dr. Vinay Gunnala and the entire team at the clinic. From the moment I walked through their doors, I felt supported, heard, and cared for on the deepest level. During my initial consultations, Dr. Gunnala took the time to listen to my full story, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure no detail was overlooked. Ive only ever been here for outside monitoring and ive had a pretty good experience at this location. All the ultrasound techs ive had were all really kind. My favorite tech is Tara. She is super sweet and makes the experience easier considering the appointments can be uncomfortable at times. I was pretty fortunate to get her majority of my appointments.

Southwest Fertility Center is a BLESSING for couples dreaming of starting a family!! There are not enough kind words in the English language to describe the absolutely AMAZING staff that we encountered throughout our journey. Drs. Gunnala are fabulous, all the APPs are top notch and every single person involved are the best at what they do.

My wife and I had to go through 2 cycles before we achieved our goal (due date 12/18/25). Despite the disappointment of a “failed” first cycle, the way the clinic helped us process the disappointment while, at the same time, giving us hope was absolutely what we NEEDED. The day we “graduated” was something we will talk about and celebrate for years to come.

Southwest fertility staffs are amazing. Am sindhu i came to this center lastyear. After 3 unsuccessful attempts , 16 weeks pregnant now & I would recommend both Dr Sujatha Gunnala and Dr Vinnay Gunnala to all those who are struggling like me to have a new little member in your family. Both doctors & nurses are great and knowledgeable.

We did 1 fresh transfer & PGT with all our remaining embryos. After 3 unsuccessful attempts doctors suggested to try the Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (ERA) cycle

Our experience with Pinnacle Fertility could not have been better. The providers and staff are exceptional. I was well informed every step of the way. I do not have enough amazing thoughts to share about my experience with AFC. Every single person was fantastic to work with.
Dr. Z is an awesome doctor and he lays out all of the facts and possibilities for treatment which I found to be extremely helpful in making decisions. He is so knowledgeable around the subject and it is so easy to trust your care in his hands.
Allison the PA is so kind and answers every possible question that you could ever have. She walks you through every procedure step by step and makes sure that you’re totally comfortable with what’s happening. She continued to put my mind at ease even in stressful situations.
The nurses are all very sweet, they make you feel at home and listen to all of your questions and concerns.
My coordinator, Brenda, was fantastic. She gave me constant updates, got back to me extremely fast, and made sure that I always knew the next steps in my treatment. I felt as if I was talking to a friend because I know she genuinely was invested in my journey.
The phlebotomists are extremely good at their jobs, I never had any problems getting blood drawn. They were so fast that I didn’t even know they had taken blood!
Overall, I felt respected, valued, and my treatment was individualized and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend AFC to absolutely anyone.

We had a truly wonderful experience with AFC. From the very beginning, we received exceptional service and support. Thanks to the amazing care provided, our embryo transfer was successful on the first attempt, and we are now happily 10 weeks pregnant!

Working with Dr. Peterson and our coordinator, Jacky, was an absolute pleasure. Communication was always easy, clear, and informative. Dr. Peterson truly listened to our wishes and created a personalized treatment plan perfectly tailored to my needs. I highly recommend this place. This is a second opinion for me and it was a good decision. Everyone is warm and welcoming. All the time when I had procedure they were explaining well. I was able to understand even English is second language for me. Also Tara who was a navigator for the whole process of IVF treatment and that was so helpful. I could always ask anything to her and encouraging me. I can’t find a word that more than thank you to Dr Hutchison, care navigator, nurses , lab members and people who involved my IVF process. I highly recommend CCRM. My husband and I were able to conceive our beautiful baby boy (born June 2025) with Dr. Patel’s help. He is very honest, thorough and patient during the IVF journey. The nurses and rest of the staff at CCRM are amazing and beyond helpful. CCRM helped us start our family and we trust they can help others as well.

My whole experience here at this clinic has been 10/10. All staff from the front desk team, nurses and doctors are always helpful and kind. It is nice to see familiar faces every time I am in office for an appointment. I have been to the Scottsdale and Gilbert offices and both have been very clean and have a great team on staff. It is easy to contact my providers clinical team if any questions ever arise and my questions are always answered very promptly. Dr. Kummer has been great help while navigating this journey and I highly recommend her and her team.

Dr. Patel is incredibly knowledgeable and treated us with kindness and respect throughout our visit. As this was our first time seeking support, we truly appreciated how clearly he explained the entire process and outlined our options. He was honest and realistic, providing us with a clear understanding of what to expect without sugarcoating anything. We left the consultation feeling informed and supported.

Amazing first experience. I felt extremely comfortable and never rushed. The were very efficient and thorough. Best care I’ve received at a doctors office in quite a while. The providers, medical assistants and phlebotomist were all so professional, helpful, and kind!

I cannot say enough good things – or give more thanks – to the team at ACFS. We saw Dr Lipskind for most of our journey, other than 2 appointments where we saw Dr Rashef, who was also great (due to scheduling conflicts on our end).

To start off with the staff – front desk, nursing team, phlebotomists, billing – you all made this journey that much more special. The front desk staff remembered me by name at every single appointment, wished us luck, and even felt sadness with us when they saw us come back after a failed treatment. You see a lot of the phlebotomists during fertility treatments, and they are always there and ready, chatting and in great moods. I’m a very hard stick – and they never once made me feel bad or difficult.

The billing team was great, especially during our initial consults when I had questions about what my insurance covered. When we were getting close to the end of our deductible, they were quick to answer questions which helped me determine which route we’d need to take next. And lastly, but certainly not least, the nursing team – all I can say is WOW. Best bedside manners, able to answer any questions thoroughly, and responded to portal messages quickly. They truly were the sweetest ladies – and I cannot say enough good things.

Dr Lipskind is the most thorough, thoughtful, and kind doctor you will ever see. He’s been in the patients shoes of infertility, and I think that makes him even more compassionate. From our first consult he was able to discover more on possible concerns than any doctor in five years had. He got both my husband and I on medications right away to correct the concerns he was seeing – and we mutually agreed on a plan and timeline we all felt comfortable with. Once we were ready, we followed his proposed treatment protocol. Our first IUI was unsuccessful, but our second worked.

Dr Lipskind always made sure I was comfortable, and safe. They watched our growing pregnancy extremely close (which after 3 miscarriages was welcomed). Even after they released us to our OB, we had a small scare where some bleeding occurred, and we couldn’t get into the OB, they told us to come back and get checked out – and told us we were welcome anytime we needed anything.

Because of this clinic, and their skills, kindness, and knowledge, we have a beautiful son. Should we not be able to get pregnant on our own next time, we will 100% not hesitate to make an appointment with this team.

My experience with Dr Rashef has been exceptional. He will answer every question asked even the ones that may seem somewhat irrelevant. He is very patient and informative about the entire process. From the front desk to his team, very supportive. It’s a place where you feel you matter most. Fertility treatment journey is already emotionally draining, finding a great team who supports is a plus. I will recommend Dr Rashef and his team any day.

They are kind, gentle and no matter who is working with you, they have excellent customer service. They make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Reshef and his team have treated me with the best bedside manner.

My wife and I had a decent experience. In the beginning there was a lot of miscommunication that’s why I didn’t give a 5 star. This made our experience stressful Dr. drew made things right. Dr. Drew is very compassionate and answers all questions. He really takes the time to learn what is best for his patients. The process was very fast didn’t experience any rude staff. There is one African American lady I forgot her name my apologies. She is so kind very helpful and compassionate. I am glad we decided to choose ARMS. Thank you the McKinley family.

My partner and I decided on IVF late last year. We initially went to a different clinic, but we did not get a very good feeling about it. We then consulted with Dr. Moffitt at ARMS and we are so happy we made the decision to move forward with him. Everything was streamlined and laid out for us from the beginning. I’ve been going here for the past year trying to have my first baby. Glad to tell everyone I recently found out I’m pregnant! I wanted to give a huge shout out to the whole team. Update: the lady from the other day called and sent over the payment paperwork. I had a bunch of questions answered. Positive interaction…

I am in the middle right now. I am a new patient at this clinic. I did IVF and have 4 embryos that are frozen in another state. I called about 2 months ago to each of the clinics around the Phoenix location. The first person who took my call and answered my questions made me feel like she was irritated at my questions. I chopped it up to a bad day. I like the $99 option you have if you feel out the tablet information in time before your appointment you get that $60 discount. Well I called Thursday, and on Monday I was going to call again because I haven’t received the email. I missed a call from them on Monday while I was at my dentist appointment, and called back and got both my husband’s and my email fixed because they were put in wrong. I was told I have until Thursday (a few days before my appointment) to finish the paperwork. I called today (Wednesday) and asked if I got it all in and what the next steps are. She said she will send me the link to pay the $150. I said I thought it’d be the $99, or whatever it was. And she said I didn’t turn my paperwork in on time. I told how is that fair when, they put my email in wrong and I didn’t even get the email until yesterday, and we both filled it t out asap. She replied with I’ll do the $90 price, just fill out the email. I didn’t like how she made it sound like she’s doing me a favor, and I still haven’t gotten the payment email. (Our phone call was about 20 min ago) I am going to continue with them for my IUIs I want to try. Hopefully not all the staff are as ‘put off ish’ as my first few encounters.

(Yesterday I had no problem with the lady I spoke to on the phone, seemed helpful and got me my email. (It might’ve been Monday morning too ‍♀️)

Five stars because the staff here truly care. Communication during the cycle could be better at times, but their dedication shines through in everything they do. We’ve done two rounds of IVF and multiple IUIs. We’ve had two pregnancies end in loss, and now we’re in pregnancy number three. Through every heartbreak, the compassion and empathy they showed carried us through.
