Our experience with Pinnacle Fertility could not have been better. The providers and staff are exceptional. I was well informed every step of the way. My questions were always thoroughly addressed in a timely manner. Working with Pinnacle Fertility made a very daunting time in our lives feel less scary. We recently welcomed our miracle IVF baby boy and I will be forever grateful to Pinnacle Fertility for helping make our dreams come true.

I do not have enough amazing thoughts to share about my experience with AFC. Every single person was fantastic to work with. Dr. Z is an awesome doctor and he lays out all of the facts and possibilities for treatment which I found to be extremely helpful in making decisions. He is so knowledgeable around the subject and it is so easy to trust your care in his hands. Allison the PA is so kind and answers every possible question that you could ever have. She walks you through every procedure step by step and makes sure that you’re totally comfortable with what’s happening. She continued to put my mind at ease even in stressful situations. The nurses are all very sweet, they make you feel at home and listen to all of your questions and concerns. My coordinator, Brenda, was fantastic. She gave me constant updates, got back to me extremely fast, and made sure that I always knew the next steps in my treatment. I felt as if I was talking to a friend because I know she genuinely was invested in my journey. The phlebotomists are extremely good at their jobs, I never had any problems getting blood drawn. They were so fast that I didn’t even know they had taken blood! Overall, I felt respected, valued, and my treatment was individualized and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend AFC to absolutely anyone.

We had a truly wonderful experience with AFC. From the very beginning, we received exceptional service and support. Thanks to the amazing care provided, our embryo transfer was successful on the first attempt, and we are now happily 10 weeks pregnant! Working with Dr. Peterson and our coordinator, Jacky, was an absolute pleasure. Communication was always easy, clear, and informative. Dr. Peterson truly listened to our wishes and created a personalized treatment plan perfectly tailored to my needs. Throughout the entire process, Jacky was always available, responsive, and supportive, making us feel confident and well cared for every step of the way. The egg retrieval procedure was performed by Dr. Larsen, who is a true professional. Everything went perfectly — smooth, efficient, and without any complications. We also appreciated that there was no long waiting time. If a procedure didn’t fit into Dr. Peterson’s schedule, the clinic was always quick to organize a seamless alternative so that everything continued without delay. Everything about our experience was incredibly smooth, and we are so grateful to the entire team at Advanced Fertility Care for making this journey so positive and successful. We couldn’t have asked for better care!

The experience my husband and I had at AFC was truly exceptional. I had a great experience at Advanced Fertility Care! From freezing my eggs and then two years later undergoing fertility treatments, they were there every step of the way. Their nurse navigators are so helpful and responsive and all of the providers are amazing. I saw Allison Abbey, PA-C multiple times and she is so friendly and explains everything clearly and concisely. I would definitely recommend Advanced Fertility Care for your fertility journey!

I highly recommend this place. This is a second opinion for me and it was a good decision. Everyone is warm and welcoming. All the time when I had procedure they were explaining well. I was able to understand even English is second language for me. Also Tara who was a navigator for the whole process of IVF treatment and that was so helpful. I could always ask anything to her and encouraging me. I can’t find a word that more than thank you to Dr Hutchison, care navigator, nurses , lab members and people who involved my IVF process.
