We had the best experience at Bloom! We can’t thank them enough for helping us conceive our first child through IVF. We went through multiple FETs and procedures before we got our successful transfer. The journey was long but Dr Behera and the entire Bloom staff guided us through it with knowledge, grace, and empathy through each step and setback. Alex, Kim, and Taylor are the best and provided me with so much support throughout my journey. My coordinators Emily and Kayla helped guide me through the egg retrieval and transfer process with so much patience and compassion. What truly sets Bloom apart is they care about you as the patient and customizing the treatment plan to your specific diagnosis. We will forever be grateful to Bloom and would highly recommend them to anyone struggling to grow their family.

5 Stars is still not enough to give Bloom. The staff is always so welcoming and kind with every appointment. The staff truly cares and knows you by name with every visit. They are so responsive to emails and phone calls, even on weekends. Dr. Gordon was absolutely incredible, I cannot say enough great things about her. We previously went to another fertility clinic with no success. We switched to Bloom and Dr. Gordon, I wish I switched sooner. She explained everything so prefect there were no surprises. With every appointment came good news. We had a successful transfer and good not be happier. I cannot recommend Dr. Gordon enough!

We can’t say enough about the entire team at Bloom Reproductive Institute! When I first went to Bloom, I was just trying to figure out why I hadn’t felt like myself in several years. I’d been dismissed by multiple OB/GYN offices, but my gut told me something was wrong. I met with the reproductive endocrinologist at Bloom Reproductive in Sept 2023 and I finally felt heard. A few months later, I got answers not only about the hormonal changes I’d had but also learned I only had a 1-2% or conceiving naturally. Last summer, we did our first egg retrieval and six weeks ago, we welcomed our son. Without Bloom, we wouldn’t have been able to start a family.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and supportive. I felt cared for and was always properly informed of next steps. Making appointments and receiving results of my tests was always very quick. I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to expand their family. You will be in excellent hands!

My first few months with Bloom were great - I was treated with kindness, my calls were responded to in a timely manner, and I was given a lot of information to help my husband and I make decisions on how to move forward in our fertility journey. I then had to unexpectedly undergo a surgical procedure and had to take a couple months off from fertility treatment. When the time came for me to resume treatment, I felt as if Bloom had forgotten about me as a patient. I had my medical records faxed over so that the doctor could review them. I was told she would need to review them before I could proceed with any further fertility treatment. About 2 1/2 weeks later, I still had not heard anything. I called and left a voicemail the morning of April 1st. In their recorded voicemail, it says "we will get back to you no later than the following business day." April 2nd came and went, and near the end of the day I still had not heard back, so I called again late that afternoon and left another voicemail. I did not hear back. I sent an email the evening of April 2nd as well. Here we are, April 20th, and my calls and emails have still not been answered. I have still not yet heard anything from them as to why it has taken so long to review my records. I decided to move on to another fertility clinic and have had a much more positive experience there already - my calls are answered IMMEDIATELY (no need to leave voicemails and *hope* for a call back). They make me feel valued as a patient, while Bloom did no. Overall, Bloom really let me down. Infertility is a very, very difficult thing to go through, and experiences like this make it harder on patients than it needs to be. I don't expect to ever hear back from them or get the apology that I truly feel I deserve, but I have accepted that. I wanted to share my experience so those who are considering working with Bloom can have this information.
