My wife and I had a decent experience. In the beginning there was a lot of miscommunication that’s why I didn’t give a 5 star. This made our experience stressful Dr. drew made things right. Dr. Drew is very compassionate and answers all questions. He really takes the time to learn what is best for his patients. The process was very fast didn’t experience any rude staff. There is one African American lady I forgot her name my apologies. She is so kind very helpful and compassionate. I am glad we decided to choose ARMS. Thank you the McKinley family.

My partner and I decided on IVF late last year. We initially went to a different clinic, but we did not get a very good feeling about it. We then consulted with Dr. Moffitt at ARMS and we are so happy we made the decision to move forward with him. Everything was streamlined and laid out for us from the beginning. Wendy helped navigate costs and insurance. Staff was always pleasant. Teana was professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. We are now in our second trimester after our first and only transfer. We cannot be more grateful to the team at ARMS for making our dream come true. Thank you all so much! Patricia

I’ve been going here for the past year trying to have my first baby. Glad to tell everyone I recently found out I’m pregnant! I wanted to give a huge shout out to the whole team. Cynthia always has me checked in when she sees me coming, it’s like we are family now. She always has a smile on her face and welcomes me and that’s one of the best parts of my visits. Jahaira bless her heart, she’s an amazing MA and with me being a "hard stick" she gets me every time. Amy, my nurse, I bug her with all the questions and even though I feel like I annoy her sometimes she always gets back to me in a timely manner. A Moffit, thank you!! Update: the lady from the other day called and sent over the payment paperwork. I had a bunch of questions answered. Positive interaction... I am in the middle right now. I am a new patient at this clinic. I did IVF and have 4 embryos that are frozen in another state. I called about 2 months ago to each of the clinics around the Phoenix location. The first person who took my call and answered my questions made me feel like she was irritated at my questions. I chopped it up to a bad day. I like the $99 option you have if you feel out the tablet information in time before your appointment you get that $60 discount. Well I called Thursday, and on Monday I was going to call again because I haven't received the email. I missed a call from them on Monday while I was at my dentist appointment, and called back and got both my husband's and my email fixed because they were put in wrong. I was told I have until Thursday (a few days before my appointment) to finish the paperwork. I called today (Wednesday) and asked if I got it all in and what the next steps are. She said she will send me the link to pay the $150. I said I thought it'd be the $99, or whatever it was. And she said I didn't turn my paperwork in on time. I told how is that fair when, they put my email in wrong and I didn't even get the email until yesterday, and we both filled it t out asap. She replied with I'll do the $90 price, just fill out the email. I didn't like how she made it sound like she's doing me a favor, and I still haven't gotten the payment email. (Our phone call was about 20 min ago) I am going to continue with them for my IUIs I want to try. Hopefully not all the staff are as 'put off ish' as my first few encounters. (Yesterday I had no problem with the lady I spoke to on the phone, seemed helpful and got me my email. (It might've been Monday morning too ‍♀️) Hoping for a little blessing 2026

Five stars because the staff here truly care. Communication during the cycle could be better at times, but their dedication shines through in everything they do. We’ve done two rounds of IVF and multiple IUIs. We’ve had two pregnancies end in loss, and now we’re in pregnancy number three. Through every heartbreak, the compassion and empathy they showed carried us through. We’re not out of the danger zone yet, but I know in my heart that everyone at ARMS is rooting for us. No clinic is perfect, but I am so grateful we chose them. This entire process teaches you patience in ways you never imagined. It teaches you to accept what you cannot control and to hold on to hope even when it feels impossible. Be patient and kind with them – they are doing everything they can to help make your dreams come true. Thank you to the entire team – the MAs, NPs, RNs, and techs – for your kindness, warmth, and support through every step. Dr. Moffitt is an excellent surgeon, and while his bedside manner isn’t always the softest, I know he truly wants the best for his patients. We are so deeply grateful for all of you.

I am just beginning the process with this facility, and so far my experience has been excellent. The front desk has been very thorough and detailed in providing information. I’m especially grateful for Cynthia, her clear communication and lovely attitude have made this process feel smooth and welcoming.
