I can’t say enough wonderful things about New Direction Fertility. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable, supported, and truly cared for. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent—they always kept me updated, answered my questions quickly, and explained every step clearly so I never felt left in the dark. Dr. Derman was incredibly knowledgeable which gave me so much confidence in my treatment plan. I always felt like I was in the best hands possible. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I was able to achieve success, and I am beyond grateful for the care I received here. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a supportive, professional, and effective fertility team.

My husband and I came to New Direction after a not so great experience with a different clinic/doctor. When I made the consult appointment the receptionist asked if I had a preference in doctor. I told her I just wanted a doctor who would listen, take their time with us and answer questions. At the time I assumed she just scheduled us with next available but after working with Dr. Johnson I’m not so sure it was a random pick. He was exactly what we needed. He was always kind, respectful, very knowledgeable & patient. He listened to concerns and was reassuring. We also saw Michelle a few times and she’s equally as amazing. Questions through Klara were always answered in a timely manor, even if they were silly. I never felt judged. We ended up doing a couple cycles of IUI and our second one was successful! We’re are so excited to meet our baby boy in December! Thank you Dr. Johnson and everyone at New Direction. Everyone we encountered was amazing!

I had such a great experience at New Direction and I meant to leave this review so much sooner! My husband and I had tried to conceive for 6 months with no success. I saw 2 different OBGYN providers who both didn’t seem to know why I wasn’t conceiving and their suggestions of things to try did not work. I saw Dr. Derman at New Direction who recommended medicated cycles with timed intercourse, and I got pregnant with the second cycle. I saw Michelle for my monitoring ultrasounds and the ultrasounds to confirm the pregnancy, and she was absolutely wonderful. All of the staff were very kind and helpful with fast response times. Their messaging system, Klara, is easy to use too. I gave birth to my daughter 1 month ago and she has brought me so much joy and happiness. I would recommend their services to anyone!

I feel so welcome and at peace when going to the clinic and talking to the staff and Dr. Amols, they answer all my questions with care. I’m extremely grateful for finding new direction! My first round of IVF was successful have a healthy baby boy and now trying for another. Highly recommend 10/10

I can't even begin to put into words how wonderful New Direction is. Dr Amols cares so much about his patients, and is truly invested in their success. He creates individualized protocols based on the patient's specific infertility issue, and is very meticulous in his clinical decision making. This does not just apply to IVF. Dr Amols treats IUIs with just as much thought and care as he does IVF. Michelle is another gem at New Direction. She cares so deeply for the patients, and her warmth and kindness are so evident. She takes the time to make sure questions are answered, and patients are well informed. She was kind enough to reach out and offer condolences when an egg retrieval didn't end with optimal results. The nurses and MA's are also excellent. They are always happy and smiling, and truly care about what you are going through. They take the time to answer questions, and are understanding of the emotional nature of this journey. The prices at New Direction are lower than most, but the quality is well above what most clinics offer. This is evidenced by their high success rates which can be viewed on the CDC website. They outperform most clinics, and their success rates are above the national average. I have my 2 year old son thanks to the team at New Direction, and am currently 8 weeks pregnant with our next baby. I couldn't be more grateful to Dr Amols, Michelle, and all the wonderful staff at New Direction that helped us on this journey. They are forever a part of my heart, and I will always be grateful to them for helping me complete my family.

Dr. Mark Johnson was a godsend to us, he help us to make our dream come true! I hope he see this and remember us. We supposed to be trying first of iui round if it’s gonna work us. But when they check my ovary they found something so they do work on my cyst left and right! I remember I never drive far away without my husband and this is the first time that I drive I have to strong, and yes I made it and it happened din by the time do do something for me after that I got pregnant by normal after they removed my cysts but without them I’m not gonna happy as right now I have my son finally to all of the team in fertility I’m so thankful for them they’re so helpful and kind thank you

Dr. Mark Johnson was a godsend. After two and a half years and two clinics, we found him at New Direction. My husband and I had unexplained infertility and had undergone multiple IUIs, two retrievals and a failed transfer. We’re in our mid-30s, and it was devastating. We came to New Direction in January. Their pricing was reasonable. Their lab and live birth rates were exceptional. The real selling point, though, was that I would see Dr. J at nearly every appointment. As a patient undergoing fertility treatment, sadly, I’ve often felt like I was on a conveyer belt — seeing nurses who were burnt out and desensitized, while rarely seeing the doctor. Dr. J. has a wealth of experience and he’s also very kind. He treated me like a person! We happily drove 40 minutes each way to see him at the Gilbert clinic. I had another retrieval in February, resulting in just one chromosomally normal embryo. We transferred in June, and incredibly, it has stuck. Fertility clinic reviews often read like fairy tales… For anyone reading this, I know how heartbreaking it can be when treatment doesn’t work. Having a doctor who knows your name, answers your questions and lifts your spirits — that seems like the very least anyone going through this can ask for. For us, that doctor was Dr. Mark Johnson, and I cannot recommend him enough.
