Saks Fifth Avenue

The woman who helped me pick out a perfume for my mother was so classy. She speaks at least three languages fluently. Just walking in to the store from the second floor of the garage, the beauty of the store really sets it apart from others. Still the courtesy and professionalism of the staff is not condescending.

I always have such a great experience at the fragrance counter. The gentleman who helped me today was very professional , courteous and knew his fragrances. I asked about a rare fragrance called Exnihilo Blue Talisman and he immediately knew what it was and pulled out a sample that he sprayed for me.

This store has the most idiotic business hours I’ve ever seen. Closes at 7pm on a Friday. Went there on a Sunday and it doesn’t open until noon. Too many sales associates breathing down your neck and making what should be an enjoyable experience so high pressure. Fix your business hours and fire half of your staff and pay them well so they don’t have to stand around like lions waiting for their next kill.

The management and overall atmosphere of the Biltmore location has went absolutely downhill under the leadership of the new store director. I reached out to the store director after an SFA employee was very aggressive and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. What is more, this employee's behavior was completely ratified - perhaps even encouraged - by other employees and later management. There was no apology or remorse expressed over the situation. My interaction with SFA management left me much more disappointed in this location. SFA has failed to appropriately address this situation or offer an apology. Thankfully there is Neiman’s down the street.

Well, now I understand why all the stores are starting to close down slowly, but surely, including the one I worked for in Denver, Colorado at Cherry Creek Mall. Customer service was absolutely the very best. The customer was always right and you took any returns, that came back to the store. I have been double charged. I have proof of both the void and the secondary charge that has now has turned into a double charge!!!!. I am doing reviews because this is the only way that I come possibly relay my concerns for everybody that cares and for anybody that has gone through this themselves! Answer your phone Saks Fifth Avenue ,do your job. Return phone calls do not double charge the same day for avoid and not void the void.!

I always find inspiration and new pieces for my wardrobe! And the associates are always friendly and helpful.

Saks Fifth Mens Dept. is always growing with the trends , quality and excellence is always present .The Versace selection is fantastic with clearance deals that are surprising too.....
