I am a huge fan of Andrew Christian underwear, honestly that’s all I wear, I really enjoy there trophy boy underwear, I have about 20 pairs of the regular Andrew Christian and then about 10 pairs of trophy boys. The staff at the off chute too are very friendly and very helpful. If you are a Gay Man that appreciates good quality underwear or even some of the other items that they carry, then I highly recommend you visit the store off of 7th Ave and Indian school rd. ASAP and check out the huge selection they have of Andrew Christian underwear. Kudos to all of you who work at the off chute too. Every chance I get, I go to the off shoot too, the store is amazing with plenty of selection and the guys that work there are always very informative and eager to help. Kudos to all of you gentlemen, who bust their asses just so they can be there for you when you need it.

Love this place. Staff is the most knowledgeable, chill and helpful that anyone could want. Which is great because they have the biggest selection of basically everything… from men’s fashion, toys, jewelry, jock straps, and anything you could want kink related. Leather, lace, gags, cuffs and collars. They have it all and they can tell you everything you want or need to know. My go to spot when searching out something sexy for me and my man! 100% recommend.

I stopped by Off Chute on 602 Day and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the highlights was their HUGE clearance room—I can’t believe the amazing deals! I might just go broke shopping here! Love this place and can’t wait to return!

I’m so glad I found this place. While part of this store is an adult store with pleasure toys and other sex paraphernalia, I come to look at their vast selection of LGBTQ clothing and undergarments, swimwear, and even fashion clothing. They have a large area of discounted clothing and have any of the harnesses, lube, or any other items that you might need. The staff are always friendly and helpful. In fact, it’s such a welcoming environment, I like to come and just browse when I’m passing through Phoenix. Have bought several garments and they have items you won’t find elsewhere.

It’s a great place to shop and explore. My favorite is the fun cards in the back. That being said, There’s this one guy at the front who literally can’t even put on an act like he wants to help anyone. Very stand off ish and just overall looks like he’s miserable every time i go in there. Wish he would just put on the customer service act once in a while. It would give this place 5 stars for me

This store offers good prices but some staff (Alicia) make the experience unbearable. She possesses terrible customer service skills and lacks basic people skills. You are hurried in line and the next customer is called before you can put your change away and get your bags. If you’re so miserable at your job, please leave. You are making a good company look bad by you being a representation of the first impression of said company, unacceptable.

Aliya at the checkout today at 11:50 was extremely cold , rude, and looked like she hadn’t bothered to shower by the greasy hair and smell. Zero basic courtesy — not even a hello. It’s already a bad area to be in yet alone have a bad attitude while your working in air conditioning.

I was in the area and decided to come to Last Chance to see if I find any natural fabric clothes. I was mainly looking for silk and wool. Literally within 5 minutes I found a beautiful, purple 100% silk from Tom Ford for $18! And it had one of those alarm sensors so I knew it was a quality item. I was so shocked because silk is not cheap, let alone a high end brand. I really thought I hit the jackpot. I browse for another 30 minutes before heading to check out.
As soon as the cashier scanned my item she stared at her screen in disbelief. She then called her manager over and they took the shirt to another counter and were examining the shirt. The manager was googling the item to see what the retail price was. A bunch of employees were just looking down at my shirt and I was just standing there like what’s the problem?
Finally the manager informs me that that was not the true price and someone must’ve switched the tags. Happens all the time. I tell her that the price should be honor and I did not switch the price tags. She tells me wasn’t saying I switched the tags but that she can sell the shirt for the price of $75 dollars if I still wanted it. I walked away.
I understand the manager was doing her job but as she mentioned this happens all the time. I remember one of the last times I came the store had the designer items separated from everything else and only a certain amount of people can go in at a time to look at the items. Probably to make sure people weren’t stealing or changing the prices. You probably should go back to doing that. I’m just disappointed that I didn’t leave with my treasure because of somebody’s fault. As they say if it’s too good to be true, it probably is.

Love and hate it at the same time. It’s like an upscale Goodwill. Depends on the management and workers will determine the level of dysfunction and chaos. I liked it better when they had a limit on the number of items you could buy. For example, if pants were on sale you could only buy 5 pairs. This reduces the disruption the resellers cause and leaves some of the deals for regular shoppers to buy.

If you like a treasure hunt. This is the place for you.

I had one of the most disrespectful and overwhelming experiences I’ve ever had at a retail store at Last Chance (1919 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ). The staff was beyond unprofessional and rude to everyone around — including an elderly woman who politely asked if another cashier was available. Instead of offering help, the associate snapped at her and told her if she didn’t want to wait, she could leave. Completely unacceptable.

Shortly after, I was yelled at by an employee for not placing a shirt “properly” back on the rack. He told me he had just cleaned it and basically scolded me like a child to “keep it clean.” That level of condescension in a retail setting is appalling.

Worse yet, I was falsely accused of switching a price tag on a pair of off-brand sneakers that were clearly marked and worth around $60. The associate claimed — based on her cell phone — that they were $100 shoes, and when I asked her to check the cameras to prove I hadn’t switched anything, she yelled at me and said she didn’t have time for that. Instead of taking a moment to calmly assess the situation, I was treated like a criminal.

This entire experience was humiliating and triggering. As someone who suffers from anxiety, I left that store in complete distress. It’s mind-blowing how consistently rude and aggressive every staff member was — not just to me, but to multiple customers.

I’ve contacted local news outlets to bring attention to what’s happening in that store. No one — especially elderly people or those with mental health challenges — should be treated this way.

I’ve been coming to last chance for over 20 years and never in this timeframe has it ever been as organized and clean as in the last two months- some big change has happened and I can see it!

I’m so glad that the new last chances is MUCH more organized. There are many more associates on the floor keeping the racks neat in this large volume store.

If there was one thing, I could suggest it would be the store is soooo warm turning down the temperature at least 3° would be ideal – we are in the desert after all.

My wife has a Mexican Folklore dance group in Tucson and they needed some items to complete their costumes for an upcoming annual show. We found this hidden gem of a store hidden inside Central Mart in South Phoenix. They have a huge inventory of Mexican Folklore/Folklorico outfits including Sombreros, dresses and Charro suits, and hundreds of other accessories.
We have made 4 trips to Phoenix cause there is not places in Tucson for these type of items.
Very happy with owners Norma & Victor as they are so knowledgeable in the Mexican dance arts.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clothing store. The manager—whose name I believe is Norma—was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping me, she was dismissive and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I asked to speak to someone above her, she told me the owner doesn’t care about complaints. I find that level of service and lack of accountability unacceptable. I would like to have the owner’s phone number so I can personally share my complaint. It’s a shame, because the store has nice clothes, but with customer service like that, I won’t be coming back or recommending it to anyone.

I go for hats and plain shirts that I like that they always have, and it’s like a swat meat but tiny and indoors and open the whole week.

One thing to take note of though its that the place is old, so for many, it may seem sketchy. It will feel like they keep eyes on you, but that’s because of its location, cause they do get quite a bit of shoplifters. As you will be able to tell by all the photos at the entrance. It may not seem glamorous, but why not go once may find something you like that they don’t sell else where.

I was looking for baptism outfits for my boys and came upon this place online. This is a very nice place in an odd location; anyhow this place had a lot to see. However I couldn’t get as many things as I wanted because a lot of the little spots inside this mart only took cash.

Nice selection of apparel. Shoes jewelry and more. Went in to look for ensemble for my daughter to wear for an interview. Pretty much found everything she was looking for like a blazer, cammy, slacks, and shoes. She’s slightly a full figured woman. To my surprise they had really nice plus sizes. They had nice school uniforms for the children as well. Then we headed for the shoe section. Nice selection of shoes. From dressy, casual, sandles, slippers like Nike, Jordan, and so on from 13.00 to 59.00. Nicely organized considering that the place isn’t huge. No public restrooms. All in all I think I’ll go back and shop for myself.

I scheduled an appointment the night before and had time available the next day- which was perfect because this was an EMERGENCY!!! ‘Suit Yourself’ walks. their. talk. Their suits sell at a discounted rate without losing the quality that you’d expect from any other suit store.

Was driving by and it just so happens I was in the market for a new suit.

I had just bought a suit at Burlington untailored and did not like how it fit. On the way back I see the shop, decide to pop in and check out the merchandise. Right away im asked what im lookin for, and shown not only IT, but in my right size on the first try without measuring me.

I went in expecting to get a regular old suit and came out with my new favorite one, for not much more than the cost of an impersonal one you find in a regular store. Tailoring only took about an hour and a half for the sleeves and pant legs (I was a walk in).

It’s quite pricey, but the vibe of this place is great and well organized! It had dressing rooms and a really cool area to sit around with friends to watch them try things on, which is always a plus. The parking is not great though honestly, it was difficult to park because of the size and angle of the spaces.

One of the best curated vintage shops I have ever been to! I love 60s/70s psychedelic, renaissance, prairie styles and the selection here was top notch. They also have a lot of 80s, 90s/y2k, and even some antique items. Yes the items are pricey but the prices seem fair and well-researched to me – the prices are comparable to what you would pay for similar items on online platforms like eBay, with more desirable and rare pieces commanding higher prices. If you want cheap clothes, shop at SHEIN.

I recently went to Antique Sugar for the first time–and not only was the overall atmosphere of the shop a fever dream of vintage vibey heaven paired with a spot on playlist, but the pieces they carried inspired all the serotonin boosts of excitement for me. You can tell they put great care into the selection of their pieces, the overall quality of the clothing and the shop itself, and definitely the experience of the customer (not to mention the pricing is fair and reasonable). I also had the GREATEST pleasure of meeting the co owner, Anna. We ended up yapping for 30+ minutes about life and I left feeling so grateful that places like this and people like her exist. So to make a long story short, stop by or spend an afternoon here, you’ll be so happy you did.

I absolutely love the shop! Although,I have bought two items from them and both of them had damage. It’s totally okay for vintage items to have damage, but I think it should be disclosed on the tag or the price should reflect this damage. Especially because I had to dish out money to fix these, each repair cost me about $15-$20 and their prices are quite expensive even on half off days. After finding out that the item is damaged, it can be a little disappointing after making a big investment. I might just have bad luck, but it was unfortunate that it happened both times. Despite this, the owner was very helpful and resolved each issue, which made up for the stress. Other than that, this store has an absolutely fantastic selection, I love shopping here, and I will continue to shop here, just some things that need tweaking in my opinion.

Stopped by Antique Sugar on the last leg of my trip out west. First things first: parking is a nightmare. If someone with a pickup truck is even thinking about parking in the lot, good luck squeezing in or out without a mild existential crisis.

That said, I ended up coming back twice, in the same day, which tells you something. The prices are on the steeper side, which had me hesitating on my first visit. But after spending the day bouncing between other thrift and vintage spots in Phoenix and coming up empty-handed, I dragged a friend back for Round Two. This time, I found some killer pieces that totally made it worth it.

Definitely a curated, quality-over-quantity vibe here. There’s nothing like it in my area of VA. If I’m ever back in Phoenix, I’m planning my trip around a 50% off day!

I was certain I stepped into the holographic universe when I entered this shop, as it is rare to find vintage so pure and true. My skepticism subsided as each footstep met concrete and drew me closer to the robust landscape of vintage clothing. Teetering between disbelief and acceptance, I felt increasingly more alive as I browsed through rack after rack, piece after incredible piece. I felt the call of the clothing, I felt the warm embrace of true vintage history teaching me, showing me, asking me to take it in…and finally I did.

I loved this place! I was looking for a vintage mystery jewelry box for so long and the people here made me a custom one after asking me like likes and dislikes in vintage stuff. The stuff I got was so amazing and I loved every single piece! It was so worth it too being $35 for all the things I got! I also got a bracelet with my initial on it and I love it so much it’s my favorite!!

The woman who helped me pick out a perfume for my mother was so classy. She speaks at least three languages fluently. Just walking in to the store from the second floor of the garage, the beauty of the store really sets it apart from others. Still the courtesy and professionalism of the staff is not condescending.

I always have such a great experience at the fragrance counter. The gentleman who helped me today was very professional , courteous and knew his fragrances. I asked about a rare fragrance called Exnihilo Blue Talisman and he immediately knew what it was and pulled out a sample that he sprayed for me.

This store has the most idiotic business hours I’ve ever seen. Closes at 7pm on a Friday. Went there on a Sunday and it doesn’t open until noon. Too many sales associates breathing down your neck and making what should be an enjoyable experience so high pressure. Fix your business hours and fire half of your staff and pay them well so they don’t have to stand around like lions waiting for their next kill.

The management and overall atmosphere of the Biltmore location has went absolutely downhill under the leadership of the new store director.

I reached out to the store director after an SFA employee was very aggressive and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. What is more, this employee’s behavior was completely ratified – perhaps even encouraged – by other employees
and later management.

There was no apology or remorse expressed over the situation. My interaction with SFA management left me much more disappointed in this location.
SFA has failed to appropriately address this situation or offer an apology. Thankfully there is Neiman’s down the street.

Well, now I understand why all the stores are starting to close down slowly, but surely, including the one I worked for in Denver, Colorado at Cherry Creek Mall. Customer service was absolutely the very best. The customer was always right and you took any returns, that came back to the store. I have been double charged. I have proof of both the void and the secondary charge that has now has turned into a double charge!!!!. I am doing reviews because this is the only way that I come possibly relay my concerns for everybody that cares and for anybody that has gone through this themselves! Answer your phone Saks Fifth Avenue ,do your job. Return phone calls do not double charge the same day for avoid and not void the void.!

OBSESSED! This Urban Outfitters always has the cutest items and clothing. They seriously cannot be beat. They have so many partnerships that they have something for everyone. The aesthetic is immaculate and I wish I had everything. Hello Kitty and Owala! It’s two stories and they have a great sales section and fitting rooms upstairs. My favorite thing to grab from here is cute tops for every occasion.

Love having this Urban Outfitters right downtown at CityScape! It’s super convenient when I’m already in the area, maybe grabbing food nearby or heading to an event. Way better than trekking out to a mall. They always seem to have a pretty good mix of stuff and cool clothes obviously but also fun accessories, home decor knick-knacks and sometimes random playful gifts you didn’t know you needed. I’ve grabbed some cute tops and definitely found some unique decor pieces for my place here. It definitely has that UO bohemian-meets-modern vibe. The store itself is pretty nice, always seems clean and well put together. Staff has been friendly the times I’ve gone in, helpful but not overly pushy which is great. Sometimes the sale rack has some real gems, so it’s worth digging through that if you have time!

Wanted to leave a good review for two buyers who were working on Monday afternoon and had to deal with a pretty rude man. They were calm and handled the situation very well.
Overall, this location is decent! I’m not thrilled by all the fast-fashion brands that are on the racks but they do a good job of turning the inventory over weekly. This is where I usually find my most-complimented earrings and dresses.

I had a lot of good clothes to donate, but I felt that some of them were too uniquely designed for the average person. Then ChatGPT recommended this place, and I’m so glad it did! The staff here are very friendly, and I had a great experience. I’m happy that my special pieces can now find new life with someone else in the city. Although they only accepted a few items, those were the most meaningful and unique pieces I’ve kept for years. I highly recommend shopping here—you might find something truly one-of-a-kind.

Buffalo Exchange gets five stars from me, even though I walked out empty handed. Not because I did not like anything, but because shopping for jeans, pants, and shorts is basically an emotional journey I am never fully prepared for. If they ever have my size in something I like, I am definitely snagging it, no question.

Prices are awesome, You are not paying ridiculous markups. It is secondhand, yeah, but done right. The selection is wild and constantly changing, so it feels like a low-stakes treasure hunt every time you go in.

Normally I would be irritated by how many people were packed into a store this size. It is small and gets busy, but for some reason the vibe here is pretty chill. No one’s being obnoxious, everyone’s doing their thing, and it just works. Maybe it is the music, maybe it is the racks of random cool stuff, but it never crosses into annoying.

Even if I did not leave with a bag, I still left impressed. Will definitely be back to try my luck again. Great store, cool energy, and worth checking out if you are even slightly into the thrill of finding that one weird perfect item.

I’ve been shopping at this location for years and occasionally find some real grails, which keeps me coming back. However, my overall experience has been mixed—especially when it comes to selling.

They’re very selective about what they accept, which is understandable to a degree, but it’s disappointing to see them turn away unique vintage pieces just because of minor flaws. For me, those imperfections are part of what gives vintage its charm and character. It’s disheartening to see racks filled with fast fashion while truly special items are passed over.

I’d much rather see (and buy!) flawed vintage than mass-produced, low-quality items. I get that inventory can be overwhelming, but the curation sometimes feels at odds with what makes secondhand shopping exciting in the first place.

At this point, I’m a bit discouraged from trying to sell here again, but I still hope for the best and appreciate the gems I do find when shopping.

The prices here are astronomical. If I’m going to be paying $25-$40 for a USED article of clothing it better be some insane vintage piece. Which nothing here is. The layout is also awful. If it’s busy, it’s so hard to move around and look through the racks. There’s no space. Save your time and money and just go to Goodwill.

Really disappointed in the downward trend of this place. It used to be my favorite shop but after today i’m never going back. The staff care more about talking to each other, and are cold to the clients. I overheard a 15 minute conversation about politics and their latest clubbing adventure, but I barely got 2 sentences out of them when checking out. Not to mention when I grabbed the wrong card and, laughing said “Omg i’m dumb”, the cashier replied “yeah”. Absolutely disgusting customer service. The selection is ugly, falling apart, or full of holes. The price has increased as well. Tell me why a tank top with 3 rips in the seams cost $26. When i mentioned my disappointment that half my selection was falling apart the employee said “yeah it happens”. If you try to sell with them they will rip you off, so don’t even bother.

The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because I think their system is efficient, as long as you look at the website before going in. That said, their buyers actually have no idea what they are talking about, and I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews from other people who went in with vintage items before driving half an hour over. the amount of times they said items were retro and not vintage showed me immediately they have zero idea. Good for me though cuz I went home and started listing them. 6 items have already sold in the past 24 hours for more than double what they priced my 5 items at. The “looking for styles that aren’t already represented” is also just bs, because what secondhand store runs itself on having just a few items per style, especially HIGHLY trendy styles that have stuck around through all the microtrends they try and cater to that go out of style within a month. People go to stores like this for one of a kind vintage items, but I saw SO much fashion nova and SHEIN missing the tag marked as vintage, that it was insane. Had them comparing fit using their own bodies for clothing that was nowhere near their size, which is actually crazy. buyers aren’t meant to go off of personal preference or their personal sizes. This was nothing like my experience at the other locations, where I typically walk out having sold 50+ items, but lesson learned.

Today I took my son and husband shop and my self spent $130 and while I was almost done trying on some clothes the security guard walked over to us and said that the store manager said that I had too much stuff literally I was trying them on so I can buy it so I’m assuming that they thought that I had no money and wasn’t going to buy anything so I stopped trying on the clothes took the items that I wanted for my son and for myself which were a few I could have got more and I said I’m not coming back to the store and I don’t recommend anybody else to either they are very judgemental unhelpful and it’s very hard to locate things in the store I give this place a one star

The Dickies are pretty decent, but the work boots are horrible. They lasted only 3 weeks in landscaping before being unusable.

Well it depends on how big your wheelchair is… Mine required both doors, one of which was locked. A very nice security guard stepped up to unlock it and got in trouble. The owner only wanted one of his employees to unlock the door. While shopping I heard words like handicapped, wheelchair, the cost to replace the door if it had broke, were I to force my way in. Twice I offered to spend my money somewhere else and I asked if there was a problem. The other customers that had been by the door at the time, were defending me and the guard, I guess it wasn’t his job to assist a handicapped person in a wheelchair. I went there for some flat simple sandles that were around 10 dollars elsewhere, $15 there. Wheelchair and bus being my Transpo I opted for close to home… Don’t know if I’ll ever be back. But there were some nice clothes
