Dilla Libre Uno

I can’t get these quesadillas out of my head. They’re unbelievably delicious. Our kids couldn’t believe the taste that hit their mouth holes, and nor could my wife or I. We will be back. You will, too, when you get here even once. Get ready for impact!

Love the quesadillas. Fried crispy queso edges. The gal working the bar ish area is nice, informative and friendly. Music selection is a part of it all and its good. Decor is interesting and fun to loon at. Everything is awesome.

This place is freaking amazing. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, & Vegan options galore!!! And the regular menu is packed too.

My friend and I were celebrating our birthdays and our friendship of 50+ years and stopped in for dinner. So very glad we did!! Food was amazing,and service was top notch.Marcus was wonderful for as busy as he was!

I went here on a Thursday night to meet up with a friend. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I got a steak and blue quesadilla, and it was delicious. They made it with a crunchy outside and cheesy grilled tortilla.Trust me, it was very good. I had a soda and that came in a can with a glass of ice. The waitress was great; she explained the menu because it was my first time. I would definitely go back again.

This place has some great fusion of tacos! Their bahn mi tacos packed and delicious! Zach was our server and he was amazing! His knowledge, kindness and over all you just want to become friends with Zach! Zach definitely knows what he is doing and what he is recommending! Do not again Do not skip on the churros. We had them to go and when we arrived to our friends house they were still warm. This place is dangerously amazing!

I had the pleasure of trying the ‘Dragon Blood’ beverage, a vibrant mix of coconut water and fresh strawberries. The drink was beautifully presented, with a pink hue that was both inviting and refreshing. Each sip was a delightful blend of fruity sweetness and the hydrating qualities of coconut water, creating a perfect balance that was not overly sweet. The vegan tacos were equally impressive, featuring a medley of fresh vegetables and a tangy sauce that complemented the soft taco shells. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were well-matched, and the overall execution was excellent. Adding to the delightful meal was the exemplary service provided by the staff, particularly the individual who took my order. His cool and friendly demeanor made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
