Friendly and knowledgeable staff and we did a few events this year (2025). They can accomplish up to 120 people I think and the rates are pretty good for both profit and non-profit organizations. The sound and lights are perfect for a drama, small scale concerts, presentations, rehearsals, etc. A huge parking lot, green room, restrooms, good enough space for registration desk when needed. Sorry to highlight it but sometimes the homeless folks from the street enter the hall without performing and there is no security, so you have to manage that part on your own especially when you have kids and seniors with you. All in all, a good and budget friendly place to host your events. Advanced booking highly recommended.

Wow! We couldn't be more thrilled about our experience renting out the Third Street Theater for our filming event. Cadel and Esteban were truly outstanding to work with. Not only were they incredibly communicative and accommodating during the planning phase, they were an absolute JOY to be around all day. The renovations being made in the theater are truly elevating the space to the next level! Would host another group here in a heartbeat.

We run a yearly film festival out of the third street theater and were happy with the venue, plus the area has improved over the last year and that is nice to see.

I had such a great time. The readings were great! The drinks were delicious and I learned a lot I didn’t already know!

I went today, but DUE TO COVID, no exhibit. I asked the staff today, he said this is "Free of Charge". The exhibition never charged for ticket.....too many homeless sleep every corner outside of the building.

Such an excellent evening! Passionate performances and delicious cocktails. They even have mocktails for those who prefer non-alcoholic beverages. Highly recommend.

Drinks were great but the actors were even better. I am looking forward to when you come back.
