Phenomenal stay! The rooms were fantastic, clean, spacious and very kid friendly. The food in the lobby and the bar was great and very close to the rooms . We loved having a number to text to pick us up at the room and take us anywhere in the resort. Water park was great, all the pools around the hotel as well. We also got to play at the golf course which was another amazing experience. I’d recommend this stay to anyone and would love to comeback one day

This is one of my favorite summer getaways. The hotel and water park are a great place to spend along weekend. The staff is tremendous from the front desk to the maintenance workers. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. While the hotel itself feels a bit dated it has a certain charm to it. The water park however is up to date and has all the things you would like to see in a water park. Wave pool. A lazy river and slides. They have food and drink services as well as a store for any fun in the sun items you might have forgotten. Costs are reasonable for the rooms and water park Access.

Everything was perfect. We arrived early to use the water park and our room was already ready, it was at 13:30 h. The room was clean and perfect for our family of 4. We loved the water park, we were there on a friday and it was absolutely not crowded at all. Kids loved the slides. The water was warm and clean. All the staff in the hotel was most helpful, helping for example with the printing of the boarding pass. After our check out, we went again at the water park and could enjoy it for a big part of the day. After, as we didn't have our room we could take a shower at the Spa of the hotel and the staff was very very friendly. We have been super happy to stay at this hotel and we just want to come back. Thank you for the lovely experience. Just the prices at the pool were exaggerated. But what we got was good (milk shake and Margarita)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Resort, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was beautifully decorated, with stunning views and all the amenities one could wish for. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. In particular, I want to commend Stephanie Kirk, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made a significant difference. Overall, the Grand Resort offers a luxurious and unforgettable experience. The combination of exquisite accommodations and outstanding service, especially from people like Stephanie Kirk, makes it a top-tier destination. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special getaway.

This resort is very big and confusing to find your room. Tight parking spaces as well and there just isn’t enough parking. The balcony in the room is scary. A small child could slip through very easily and fall 5 stories. My baby is 1 and could have easily gotten through. I would say that a child 3 and younger would fit through and fall. They absolutely need to add more posts to keep the young guests safe. The water park was packed on Saturday and the entrance/exist to get in was crowded and small. They should definitely limit the number of outside tickets because on Sunday the park was a lot more quiet with what I assume was guests. I also paid $100 a night for incidentals on top of $80 resort fee with a $10 tax on the resort fee. Already paid $326 to stay there and then another $571 when I got there which was very unexpected. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the rooms were a little outdated. The pros of this resort is that there are several pools around the hotel so it didn’t get too crowded even when the water park closed down. The staff were friendly and helpful especially when it came to parking. It was a good trip but way more expensive than I was expecting.

I do not expect a loud click in my ear when I call the front desk for the second time in several hours to request a daily housekeeping visit. At a minimum, end the call with a departure greeting and an apology for the delay. Take lessons from Andres in hospitality/food service. He gives exceptional service and makes the ordinary extraordinary! He anticipates guests’ needs and proactively keeps us safe. He searches for ways to be helpful and leaves special touches in his path!

The room was good size and has a decent living area to separate from bedroom. However, the fridge was tiny and would not stay cold! We had to fill the bathtub with ice to keep our beverages and food cold. Also the AC won’t go lower than 60 degrees and it definitely was never even that temp it was warm and humid in the room the entire stay. Another thing, we called front desk for more towels and toilet paper it NEVER ARRIVED. On the way in as we rode the golf cart to our room we saw a crack head lady hiding in the bushes taking her shoes off like she was about to set camp… I know the location of this resort isn’t the BEST but wasn’t expecting to have crack heads in the bushes either … the water park was fun but only so much to do.. only has 3 slides a lazy river and wave pool. The only thing that was 5 stars in my opinion was the employees that gave us rides to and from our room and even helped with our luggage. It was so hot and they stay courteous and kind even though we had a lot of stuff. They would pick us up quickly never really had to wait. The valet and golf cart staff were top tier.
