I came in for a tattoo removal consultation with the option to do the treatment. Kimberly was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I used ice before the treatment and it was far quicker and easier than I expected (still painful but not as terrible as I’d imagined). The whole experience was professional and efficient and I’ll continue treatments there!

Danielle Was an absolutely amazing injector. Not only did she have a great energy and was beyond knowledgeable about the products and explaining the process, but I am beyond thrilled with my results. My lips look amazing exactly what I pictured in my head. I have received several compliments from friends. We have a plan for the next time which I really love. The entire staff from front desk to the medical assistant, are warm, friendly, and inviting. I highly recommend Danielle and suddenly slim Med Spa. I will be flying in to see them again!

Cool sculpting is a waste of money! Wasted $2600 for two sessions on my double chin which really wasn’t that bad. After the treatment there is no difference at all and the only option given to me was to get another session just to keep wasting my money. Sahara was very sweet but please do your research first. Don’t waste your money.

After relocating from The Bay Area, I was super skeptical about who I could entrust one of my most important attributes to, my face….and to this day, she is the only one I trust. I have been treated in Beverly Hills & The Bay, and have never been impressed. She delivers the highest quality not only in care, but professional service. The fact she actually loves what she does and has a passion for it – is just an added bonus. I would list all the treatments I have had, however, I don’t know all of them. That’s not my specialty, that’s hers. I am adding a photo, I am 52, and prefer only the most le natural look. If you are looking for someone that cares about you, and your looks passionately, you have found the woman of your dreams.

I’ve made them my primary medspa and have dealt with the wrath of the devil since. They eat your money and don’t care about your goals. I’ve spent well over 4.5k on services $3600 on cool sculpting & every time I go in for a service, they say they’ll follow up with you so that your treatment plan is being met, and don’t. I wouldn’t still be visiting them if I didn’t already invest so much. I have one more appt to make to use up my voucher that I obtained because they rang me up wrong almost eating $800 and not saying anything about it until I caught the mishap. Then I am looking to go elsewhere. Jana is great but she has a very lousy staff & I’m at a point of asking for my money back even if it means hiring a lawyer. Terrible business. As far as cool sculpting goes, Sahara is awesome but make sure you’re properly consulted. They want me to go in for another session when I was quoted specifically for 2. Now they want more money for a 3rd session so that I meet my goals. Total scam.

Danielli is so talented and a master at the art of injections. I received Xeomin and she is educated about all the different products available. I always feel so confident in her expertise and professionalism. She really takes the time necessary to prepare and consult with you beforehand in order to get the best results for what type of look you want. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable also!

Phenomenal stay! The rooms were fantastic, clean, spacious and very kid friendly. The food in the lobby and the bar was great and very close to the rooms . We loved having a number to text to pick us up at the room and take us anywhere in the resort. Water park was great, all the pools around the hotel as well. We also got to play at the golf course which was another amazing experience. I’d recommend this stay to anyone and would love to comeback one day

This is one of my favorite summer getaways. The hotel and water park are a great place to spend along weekend. The staff is tremendous from the front desk to the maintenance workers. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. While the hotel itself feels a bit dated it has a certain charm to it. The water park however is up to date and has all the things you would like to see in a water park. Wave pool. A lazy river and slides. They have food and drink services as well as a store for any fun in the sun items you might have forgotten. Costs are reasonable for the rooms and water park Access.

Everything was perfect. We arrived early to use the water park and our room was already ready, it was at 13:30 h. The room was clean and perfect for our family of 4.
We loved the water park, we were there on a friday and it was absolutely not crowded at all. Kids loved the slides. The water was warm and clean.
All the staff in the hotel was most helpful, helping for example with the printing of the boarding pass.
After our check out, we went again at the water park and could enjoy it for a big part of the day.
After, as we didn’t have our room we could take a shower at the Spa of the hotel and the staff was very very friendly.
We have been super happy to stay at this hotel and we just want to come back. Thank you for the lovely experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Resort, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was beautifully decorated, with stunning views and all the amenities one could wish for.

What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. In particular, I want to commend Stephanie Kirk, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made a significant difference.

Overall, the Grand Resort offers a luxurious and unforgettable experience. The combination of exquisite accommodations and outstanding service, especially from people like Stephanie Kirk, makes it a top-tier destination. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special getaway.

This resort is very big and confusing to find your room. Tight parking spaces as well and there just isn’t enough parking. The balcony in the room is scary. A small child could slip through very easily and fall 5 stories. My baby is 1 and could have easily gotten through. I would say that a child 3 and younger would fit through and fall. They absolutely need to add more posts to keep the young guests safe. The water park was packed on Saturday and the entrance/exist to get in was crowded and small. They should definitely limit the number of outside tickets because on Sunday the park was a lot more quiet with what I assume was guests. I also paid $100 a night for incidentals on top of $80 resort fee with a $10 tax on the resort fee. Already paid $326 to stay there and then another $571 when I got there which was very unexpected. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the rooms were a little outdated. The pros of this resort is that there are several pools around the hotel so it didn’t get too crowded even when the water park closed down. The staff were friendly and helpful especially when it came to parking. It was a good trip but way more expensive than I was expecting.

I do not expect a loud click in my ear when I call the front desk for the second time in several hours to request a daily housekeeping visit. At a minimum, end the call with a departure greeting and an apology for the delay. Take lessons from Andres in hospitality/food service. He gives exceptional service and makes the ordinary extraordinary! He anticipates guests’ needs and proactively keeps us safe. He searches for ways to be helpful and leaves special touches in his path!

The room was good size and has a decent living area to separate from bedroom. However, the fridge was tiny and would not stay cold! We had to fill the bathtub with ice to keep our beverages and food cold. Also the AC won’t go lower than 60 degrees and it definitely was never even that temp it was warm and humid in the room the entire stay. Another thing, we called front desk for more towels and toilet paper it NEVER ARRIVED. On the way in as we rode the golf cart to our room we saw a crack head lady hiding in the bushes taking her shoes off like she was about to set camp… I know the location of this resort isn’t the BEST but wasn’t expecting to have crack heads in the bushes either … the water park was fun but only so much to do.. only has 3 slides a lazy river and wave pool. The only thing that was 5 stars in my opinion was the employees that gave us rides to and from our room and even helped with our luggage. It was so hot and they stay courteous and kind even though we had a lot of stuff. They would pick us up quickly never really had to wait. The valet and golf cart staff were top tier.

I had a great experience! The energy of the women at the front desk are so warm, which kicks off getting you into a relaxed state for your service. Check in was quick (3-5 mins) and the back area is so cool!

Makenzie has the SOFTEST, MOST CALMING voice, like honestly, bottle it up and sell it at check out! She was very knowledgeable, talked me through all the steps, answered all my questions, and chatted with me about random girly things. WE LOVE A GIRL’S GIRL!

I left with a smile on my face and a glow to my skin – and in my opinion their pricing isn’t outrageous for the quality.

Unfortunately, I do not live in a state that has a Hi, Skin BUT I can’t wait to come back to Arizona for another service.

I had an amazing experience today at Hi Skin! Kathleen was incredibly sweet, kind, and genuinely concerned about my needs. I’ve been struggling with dry skin for a while, and she took the time to really listen and ask the right questions to figure out what would work best for me. The facial she gave me was perfect—my face feels so much better, no longer dry or dehydrated. I left feeling refreshed and taken care of. I highly recommend this location and especially Kathleen. I tried Hi Skin for the first time after seeing so many social media ads. My practitioner was absolutely amazing! We had a great discussion about my skin and the facial massage was everything! I told her that I felt my nervous system reset!! My skin feels soft and it’s brighter! I bought a membership and already booked my next appointment.

I gave it 2 because the receptionist was really nice to me but I seen someone walked right through the open space and no one said anything so I asked was that the manager and the receptionist said not sure. She went to the rest room and came back and sat down. She was a customer but the fact that it’s an open space with no privacy did it for me. So while you’re suppose to be relaxing and enjoying the facial, you get to sit with everyone including people who just walks straight to the back to use the restroom. I would rather have a private room that smells good and hear a nice sound like water or something other than the workers talking to each other. And the prices are too expensive to have to be in a setting with 5 other people with an eye mask on that I don’t know. Privacy is important to some and for some.. well hey this was Phoenix. This Hand & Stone location has very friendly staff and the massages are always wonderful. Jessica is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever seen. She’s not only incredibly skilled, but also warm and attentive. She always asks about any problem areas before starting, though honestly, I don’t think she even needs to—she has an uncanny ability to find the exact spots that need the most care. Every session leaves me feeling deeply relaxed and noticeably better overall. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

I used to hop around from place to place because I never found Place that was worth returning to. Then I Found hand in stone where I got a fantastic massage by Carlos. In addition, all of the front desk staff are Authentically, friendly and welcoming. The check-in process is easy, the girls offer me a water, and my wait time is brief. I like the additional products they offer and use. I see Carlos every month and have referred several Friends and colleagues Who’s experience is unsurprisingly the same as mine. Tips: by the membership, it’s well worth it, and I like that it can be canceled any time without penalty.

I would like a more relaxing and updated waiting area. Maybe with some pampering happening before the main pampering. Somewhere to put your feet up and take a litle nap. Inside just looks dated and needs an interior designer that maybe designs hotel spas. Better drinks while waiting and some pastries and maybe a face mask would be nice. Had an experience like that out of state at another spa. Also, limited availability at convenient times. I used to try and get an appointment sometimes late morning or early afternoon after my busy mornings or before dinner and it’s almost impossible to do this same day. More therapists and more time slots midday are needed. Especially since I like to get a massage then a facial. If you want a longer massage, forget about it. It’s almost impossible to add 30 minutes cuz of the limited slots.

My deep tissue massage from Nicolas Shade was one of the best I’ve ever had. His pressure was perfect, he spent most of his time on the areas I requested, and I felt like he “listened” to my body. April, at the reception desk, was exceptionally classy and kind. She suggested I book a follow-up visit since I was raving about my experience, and she was ever-so-patient while I looked through three different online work calendars to check my schedule!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stellar massage and a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Body Beautiful. First, the list of services they offer is very extensive and all very competitively priced. I needed a “back facial” to have someone extract a couple long term blackheads that I thought were freckles. It was an incredibly relaxing, thorough body service and Lexi did an amazing job evicting that gunk from my pores while also turning the cleanses/product application into a bonus mini back massage. I will be back and I’d recommend the place to anyone.

We were in Phoenix for a couple
of days and booked massages at Body Beautiful. I lucked out and got Carol a semi-retired masseuse with over 20 years of experience. It was the best massage I have ever had. I wanted a relaxation massage, but had some tight areas. She had unique techniques including some mild craniosacral therapy that she introduced me to that was fabulous. I left feeling amazing and today, a day after my whole body still feels looser and lighter. A testament to what an excellent massage therapist can do.

I went a couple days ago for a facial and I was really looking for a nice relaxing treat for myself after a long week and that is exactly what i got! my appointment was booked with Lexi and she did a fantastic job. I came here for a facial. My mom said I need to start taking care of my skin and made me an appointment. I can’t lie, I didn’t think I’d like it. But it was so relaxing. I’ve been coming to Body Beautiful Spa for microneedling and want to give a special thanks to Lexi, the aesthetician who did my last three sessions. I got micro blading done here for my wedding, it was very blurry and poorly defined and 8 years later I still have micro blading only now the colour has faded and doesn’t match, the lines are totally blurry, so not a good experience.

Yes I did return afterwards for different treatments but of course I wouldn’t have a complaint about the microblading as I wasn’t to know that what is supposed to be a semi permanent treatment that initially I was ok with would be permanent 10 years later. I don’t want permanently altered brows that wasn’t what I initially asked for. I don’t want to forever have to get my brows microbladed so now I am looking at having to have laser treatment to remove the permanent damage

I booked a spa package for my birthday (on my actual birthday) that included a 60-minute massage and a 60-minute facial. The massage was excellent, and the front desk staff were welcoming. Unfortunately, the facial was a major disappointment.

After my massage ended at 1:30 PM, I was brought to the waiting area. The esthetician did not come to get me until 1:42 PM, and I was back in the lobby by 2:20 PM—meaning the facial lasted, at most, 35 minutes. The shortened service was neither acknowledged nor explained.

The facial itself felt impersonal and rushed. There was no explanation of the products used or steps taken, and no warning before touching more sensitive areas such as my lips or scalp. During the scalp massage, product from the esthetician’s gloves transferred into my hair, which had been professionally styled earlier that day. I had to wash and restyle it before my birthday event.

Following the facial, the esthetician discussed my skin concerns and recommended products—unfortunately, this occurred in the lobby, within earshot of other employees. A more private setting would have been appropriate for that conversation.

I reached out right away via the contact form on the website and never heard back. I also called and left a messageviato give the business a chance to address my concerns directly, but received no response. I don’t take writing negative reviews lightly, but the combination of shortened service, lack of professionalism, and absence of follow-up compelled me to share this experience.

My previous rating was unfair, and revolved mostly around one experience. All things considered, a five star experience. Yeah, sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s not. You get what you give. It is a discreet location, can’t really see the parking lot and have to slow down to get into the place. Sometimes clientele are an issue but welcome to public spaces right?

Place was fun! I’ve always looked at the reviews and photos but have never gotten good info so hope this helps.

1. You must get a membership AND locker or changing room.

2. If you are a couple, each person needs a membership AND get a locker or changing room.

3. Plenty of dark mazes but are pretty tight spaced.

4. Showers and Sauna closes at midnight or 1am ish which was a big bummer.

5. 1 towel per locker or changing room available.

6. Protection provided.

7. Sauna (Steam Room) was super nice and relaxing

Oh and I waited about half an hour in line but was totally worth it. $66 or something like that for a couple. (Small changing room + locker)

Was not a good experience, and not because of the people that were there, more because of the condition of the facility. Run down and dirty. I’ve heard about it for many years and never had the occasion to go, but now having been, I will never go again.
Just thought I should let others know.

The staff was the standout. They were friendly and helpful and perceptive. Not as epic as the Flex in Cleveland but I like all the mirrored doors and clean with the right touch of sleaze. Certain parts were a bit too cold though

I was visiting from Chicago and had an available Monday so I decided to pass the time here. I am not sure I will do so again. Being a Monday afternoon I expected it to be somewhat slow which that was fine. I had hours to spare. I rented a medium room which was clean but a locker would have sufficed during these hours.

I will say that the staff was very friendly! They were working and during my visit closed areas temporarily to give them a cleaning to be reopened right after. This I appreciated!

While exploring I developed a couple splinters due to the wood fixtures that were in the dark. I understand the lighting situation but when having to navigate with hands it can cause issues.

Although the steam room was cleaned the steam was not running consistently so it was like sitting in a damp room.

There seemed to be only two bathroom stalls and one urinal in the establishment. The urinal itself was out of service. Perhaps there were more in other areas but none that I came across.

The shower area had equipment in it I guess for repairs so only two of the showers were usable.

Biggest sadness was that the pool was also out of service. The hot tub was accessible at this time however.

Some of the public seating areas were tattered and torn. Sadly I was not by the time I left.

If I could be guaranteed more (if not all) of the amenities would be in working order I would give this place another chance my next visit.

Es el único SPA donde no aceptan gente extranjera con VISA o con el pasaporte de acuerdo a la nacionalidad a pesar de que nos han recomendado el lugar nos negaron la entrada ya que la única manera de entrar es siendo ciudadanos
Y la persona quien nos atendió comenta que jamás ha visto una visa de turista a pesar de tener apariencia latina, simplemente no les cuesta nada aclarar desde el inicio ya que a veces uno viene desde muy lejos lo recomiendan para después pasar una mala experiencia
Aclaro que si mostré mi documentación legal obviamente van a negar mi opinión y van a decir que puedes hablar con el superior si lo he intentado pero contesta quien nos rechazo la entrada

The staff is AMAZING but the facilities need some maintenance. Tiles are missing on the floor that need replacement before some cuts their foot. And the price of rooms recently went up but 5vl of the rooms in the front can’t get porn. How hard is it to fix that issue.
