Our first puppy oak ! This place literally made it feel like home ! Easy process ! Puppy package ! Easy appointments! Very very very very x100 very friendly people working here. Different personalities of people working here and each person made our experience awesome ! I wish I could remember names. But everyone here deserves a pat in the back !

Phoenix Dog Cat Bird Hospital is absolutely wonderful! Every member of the staff is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and truly committed to the well-being of the animals they treat. They take the time to answer questions, explain options, and make sure pets and owners feel comfortable and supported. Their prices are very reasonable, and I really appreciate their convenient hours, which make scheduling so much easier. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in the quality of care they provide. Highly recommend!

Everyone was incredibly kind and patient with both Navi and myself. What I thought was a small cut she was playing with ended up being cancer, and they were quick to diagnose it, schedule surgery and help with the recovery, which Navi fought every step of the way in true Bengal fashion. Thank you all for everything that you do, and for giving me more time with my sweet girl.

I took my 5 pound Yorkie (Sami) to Phoenix Dog Cat & Bird hospital. The Vet Justine and her technician were wonderful with my little guy's allergies. Not only was I happy with both their care & attention to Sami. But, I was especially impressed that they worked with me and my strict budget. Sami will be going back for his next round of shots. I walked in and immediately felt like I was in good hands. I was early for my appointment and they walked me straight back, which was wonderful because that meant I could get Snaps out of the carrier, which causes her a great deal of distress. Allison was amazing, you could see her love for animals and she made both me and my kitty feel so comfortable in what was a scary moment for us both. Dr. Schlisler was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. I will now only take my babies to Phoenix Dog Cat and Bird Hospital and have already recommended them to my friends with fur babies. I am incredibly grateful for the help and service I received.

I have a reactive dog that can be very fearful of strangers. Today she was seen by Lara Sosnow and she was incredible! Very thorough exam, very communicative and it was obvious she is an animal lover. Everyone there went out of their way to make my dog feel safe and comfortable and I’m so grateful they took the extra time to take great care of my girl.
