I’m from El Paso, Texas, and the love and care that my two chihuahua doggies received from the Veterinary Doctor and staff from All Creatures Animal Clinic, was nothing that my dogs have ever experienced. They were both happy , comfortable and not nervous when they were returned to us after their exam. Something that has never happened. We were so relieved and happy that our dogs didn’t come back nervous and upset. Thank you for the loving care and kindness you provided not only to our precious dogs, but to us as well.

Dr. Mangone and his staff are amazing. My husband and I have a lot of exotic reptiles and Dr. Mangone has been so wonderful and thorough with their care. We have been patients with him for MANY years and to this day, feel so grateful to have found him. He’s intelligent, knows his stuff and has never once made us feel rushed during an appointment even if he’s running behind. He answers all questions and will look into further information if he doesn’t have the answer at that moment. We fully trust him with our babies and highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a one of a kind vet. We’ve never had a bad experience with him. His staff have always been professional, accommodating, and responsive to our concerns. As an animal lover, I’ve been to many vets. Some meh, some never should’ve pursued that career, and some just care about money. Dr. Mangone though, does not fit into any of those categories. The way he is with animals goes beyond words. Unlike other vets, he gives you options and is actually honest about these options. He understands that testing, etc., aren’t cheap and will work with you on finding a solution/alternative ensuring you that your animal is getting the care they need and deserve with prices that aren’t beyond ridiculous. His office also offers payment plans. I can go on and on with positive things about this place. Thanks for all the years of great care you’ve provided us!

I can’t say enough good things about this vet hospital. From the very beginning, the front office staff was so kind and helpful when I called to ask about pricing. They did their best to give me as much information as possible and really made me feel supported. Dr. O Brian was wonderful—very attentive and caring—and the assistant was extremely nice! Everyone we interacted with truly cared about our Poppa.

I’m beyond grateful we chose this hospital because they saved him from so much pain and discomfort. Their fair pricing made it possible for us to move forward with the surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. This place had great customer service. The website to book appointments was easy to use. This place was clean and the staff were so wonderful. The greeting you immediately as you walk in with a smile on their faces. If your look for low cost neuter and spay this is the place to go. Most definitely would return. They did such an awesome job with my 2 dogs Blackie and Brownie.

I highly recommend Altered Tails for pet spaying and neutering. As first-time dog pawrents, we were nervous about our pup’s first surgery, but the staff was incredibly patient and informative. They answered all our questions and explained everything clearly, from pre-op to recovery.

We opted for the pre-surgery bloodwork, and during that time, the staff noticed our pup was very excitable. They thoughtfully provided sedatives to help calm her before surgery, making the experience more comfortable and less stressful for her.

On the day of the surgery, we felt at ease leaving her in their care. When we called for an update, the team kindly reassured us that she did great and was recovering well. They notified us when she was ready to be picked up, and both drop-off and pick-up were straightforward. The discharge instructions were clear and easy to follow.

When I had a concern about my dog’s incision from spay, I was able to text the number provided and they answered my questions and provided suggestions. I took my cat in to be spade, and they were very kind with her and me! I was so nervous dropping off one of my fur family members, but they treated me with respect and told me everything that was going to happen. Her surgery went really well, and she healed quickly. And the price is right! I HIGHLY recommend.

I took all three of my cats here for the first time for wellness exams, vaccines, nail trims, and asthma care (for one of my kitties). The staff were super friendly and very efficient given I had 3 pets at one appointment. As a vet student, I felt they really cared for my babies (as they were all very nervous) and made me feel comfortable. You do have to do a deposit when you make the appointment however it goes to your final treatment costs. My total for the whole visit was under $400! I would definitely recommend anyone trying to find an affordable yet great quality vet 🙂

The front desk ladies are always so kind and welcoming! I have a 95 lb pittie that I take for regular visits and they have been amazing to work with. I always feel like Blue is well taken care of when I’m there. Would recommend!

We have been bringing our pets here for a long time. The staff is very nice, and the care/treatment of our dogs and cats has been very good! There are 2 vets within a mile of us, but we choose to drive a little further because NPAC has always been so good.

Over the last 3 weeks, I’ve had to take 3 different dogs to vets for different reasons. I found North Phoenix Animal Clinic after asking chatgpt for low cost veterinary options near Scottsdale. The entire staff has been excellent. Tina often answers the phones and is extremely helpful and patient with questions. We even had to euthanize one of our dogs and their staff was very compassionate and understanding. Thank you!

Everyone was incredibly kind and patient with both Navi and myself. What I thought was a small cut she was playing with ended up being cancer, and they were quick to diagnose it, schedule surgery and help with the recovery, which Navi fought every step of the way in true Bengal fashion. I walked in and immediately felt like I was in good hands. I was early for my appointment and they walked me straight back, which was wonderful because that meant I could get Snaps out of the carrier, which causes her a great deal of distress. Allison was amazing, you could see her love for animals and she made both me and my kitty feel so comfortable in what was a scary moment for us both. Dr. Schlisler was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. I will now only take my babies to Phoenix Dog Cat and Bird Hospital and have already recommended them to my friends with fur babies. I have a reactive dog that can be very fearful of strangers. Today she was seen by Lara Sosnow and she was incredible! Very thorough exam, very communicative and it was obvious she is an animal lover. Everyone there went out of their way to make my dog feel safe and comfortable and I’m so grateful they took the extra time to take great care of my girl.

I can’t express enough how great the staff and services are at the VEG on camelback road. I have been there a few times with my very large fear reactive mastiff. It is always a stressful situation going in for both me and my dog. Fears someone will judge me or him for something that is already difficult for us both. The staff here have always treated us so kindly and understanding. They constantly checked on my welfare and stress while also providing my dog such love and compassion. He requires full sedation before he will allow anyone to touch him. They always know exactly what to give him that gets him out with the least amount of stress and reverses the sedation quicker than his general vet office. This last visit we were in for a deep cut that required stitches. Because of his large size and bad hips and elbows, moving him while sedated isn’t always easy or great for him. So they set up the exam room so that he was comfortable, it was safe and required little movement for him. This whole process can take hours, and during that time they checked in my welfare and needs as well as my Dog’s. They were so friendly and made me feel right at home while still being professional. They made me feel like a person and not a neurotic dog mom. I can not recommend this emergency clinic and their staff enough. I will always recommend them to anyone needing emergency vet services. I just wish I could use them as my full time GP! Thank you VEG for everything. Obi and I are forever grateful.

Amazing staff! Literally living their calling and providing compassionate care to our fur babies! They helped save Max on his worst day! He was practically going septic and ended up having a huge infectious abscess in his hind leg. The team took amazing care of him and the doc was able to drain over a liter of pus out of that leg. Max is home and recovering now. Thank you Phoenix VEG! We are forever grateful!

Just wanted to share my experience at the VEG Animal Hospital last night. I had to take my fur baby to a 24-hour vet with a life-threatening condition. I picked VEG (Veterinary Emergency Group) because of the 4.7 rating. They were wonderful!!! The triage and treatment room is open so the owners can stay with their pets all night. I was able to hold her while they ran tests, gave her shots and put in an IV. I had a bench that was right next to the oxygen tent so she could see me all night and into the morning. I could reach my arm in and pet her whenever she needed some comfort. The doctor explained everything to me and helped me decide the best treatment options. The nurses comforted me through my panic and fear (and a bit of queasiness with needles). She is doing so much better and I was able to follow up with my regular vet today (All Creatures on Greenway & Tatum). I’ve always been to hospitals that take your babies into an unseen back room as they are shaking and terrified to leave you. This was a completely different experience. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Dr Kristen Chin and all the staff!!!

The BEST vet experience I have had whether emergency vet or otherwise. They are incredibly compassionate, both toward the patients and the parents of the patients. Besides compassion their top qualities are organization, efficiency, transparency when it comes to pricing, transparency as to what is a much needed test versus a test that may or may not be necessary.
They took great care of my bearded dragon Sunny! He came in with a lower respiratory infection and the vet knew what to do even though this is not a specific emergency vet for reptiles. While we were waiting they set up a heat lamp for Sunny to make sure he was comfortable.

My experience here was fantastic. My little Jude is my first puppy and after having him for 4 days, he became extremely ill. We were there a total of three days and they were so kind, helpful, informative, and empathic. For those that want to spend the night with their pet, they have rooms with beds so owners can rest while their pets receive care. The cost is steep but that’s expert with emergency care. After reaching my limit financially, they offered to let us stay one more night at no cost to make sure that my Jude stabilizes well enough o take him home. He’s now been home for a couple days and he is doing so much better. They saved my little boys life and I will always be grateful to them.

As a vet tech with over 15 years in the field, including a short stint in emergency medicine; I’ve seen a lot, and I can honestly say I’ve never had an emergency vet visit go as smoothly and compassionately as this one.

From the very first phone call, Shannon was so helpful and kind. Just the call set the tone for the whole visit and I didn’t doubt heading down to VEG. Once we arrived, the immediate care and communication were outstanding. One of the things that sets VEG apart is that you get to stay with your pet the entire time. That level of transparency and comfort is just unheard of in emergency settings. As a veterinary professional, I’d always been curious how VEG handled this kind of care, and they’ve truly struck a thoughtful balance between transparency and giving you the privacy and support you need in those tough moments with a sick pet.

Sally, our tech, was fantastic; very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. Dr. Beckwith was fantastic as well—professional, clear, and compassionate.

From start to finish, the experience was genuinely exceptional. Did we have to wait a bit because more urgent cases came in? Yes. Did we have to spend some money because it’s emergency medicine? Of course. But those things are expected and even with the stress of the situation, VEG made the whole experience far more positive and supportive than any emergency visit I’ve had before. They really know how to care for both pets and people. Hopefully we won’t have to make another emergency visit anytime soon, but if we do, we won’t even hesitate about where to go. VEG truly raised the bar. Thank you, VEG Phoenix team!

Had to bring my cat in late at night for an emergency, and I was honestly so stressed out. But the overnight team was incredible. Mercedes was the vet tech who helped us, and she was amazing—calm, compassionate, and super knowledgeable. She kept me updated and reassured the whole time. It made a really scary situation so much easier. So grateful for her and the whole team. Highly recommend if you ever need emergency care for your pet. Back home, safely and healthy.

I love the staff, the service, and the support they provide here! I have been coming here the past few years for different situations and with different dogs. We use them as our primary vet and have also used them to help with putting a dog down, treating a rare cancer in another dog, and also most recently to help my lab with his ear infection. The facility is always clean, staff is always nice, and they go above and beyond to meet the needs of my pet. Pet care is expensive but they are very transparent about cost which I also appreciate.

Dr. Lindgren and the kindest vet tech (I think her name is Mars?) helped to save the life of our precious Daisy. We brought her in at just 4 weeks old in bad shape. She had extremely low blood sugar and no one could figure out why. They did everything they could and, thank God, now she is healthy and thriving. Everyone there was so kind and Took great care of our baby girl.

I recently brought my Boston Terrier to Love Pet Healthcare-Madison; it is conveniently located near my home. Lovet Madison, a veterinary hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, was originally established in 1984 under the name AZPetVet, which means that by 2025, the hospital will have been in operation for 41 years. Although the name has been updated to Lovet, the hospital has served the Phoenix area for many years. Their motto is “All things veterinary care under one roof.” The staff is friendly and welcoming and truly cares about your pet’s well-being. I cannot tell you how sensitive they were to my needs and those of my dog, Smoochie. Dr. Taylor and her assistant Kyle were just great, so if you are in need of veterinary care, this is the place.

I’ve been to many locations. This is by the far the one vet I will recommend people not to visit.
Not even 2 weeks after my dog was checked in for an ear infection, he is throwing up, his ear is worse than it’s ever been and I have to take him to an emergency vet. I’ve had this dog for 12 years and have had over 20 ear infection visits to the vet and not once has this ever happened nor has it ever been so expensive and I was lied to by the vet over the phone about pricing for a common procedure I’ve done countless times at other locations.

I’ve been to over a dozen vets in the last 12 years.
This vet is way overpriced for services that other vets are doing for much lower prices. Medicines, exams, and treatments are more reasonable at other locations.
My dog regularly gets ear infections, I goto the vet twice a year. Typically it is $150-250 and he is good for 6 months before needing another treatment.
I called ahead to this new vet since I have relocated further from my typical vet offices, they explained the exam is free and the total price should be around $250.
Once I arrive all that changes, total price is closer to $400 and they said whoever I spoke with on the phone must have made a mistake. That doesn’t make sense. It’s $250 max anywhere I’ve ever gone, why is it $400 from this vet? I paid it reluctantly and now my dog is requiring an ER visit which costs much more than going to a proper vet clinic that can perform proper testing to resolve a simple ear infection.
He can’t even open his darn eyeball because he is in so much pain….

This vet has been a gem! We have had a tough time finding a vet with consistent hours and availability for years now and finally we’ve found consistency! The prices are a little higher than a stand alone vet clinic, but on par with other franchised vets we’ve visited. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, only offering to do tests that actually benefited the animal. We will definitely be back!

There is no way I could put into words how utterly impressed I am with the kindness, care, and knowledge this staff and doctors have. I was referred by a family friend and I’m so happy I went. My cat Oliver, had been acting weird and Dr. Kearney took to him so easily and was able to calm my cat mom heart. Now a month later and he is back to normal with some slight adjustments to his normal routine. Their payment plan is WORTH EVERY PENNY! Thank you all for being so wonderful!!!!!

We have begun using Ingleside as our pet care facility. We really appreciate the staff. The customer service team is exceptional, always available and helpful. The doctors are knowledgeable of my English Bulldog. It’s great to be with doctors that know how to handle special breed dogs. They are responsive to questions and offer advice.

We’ve been bringing our Malinois here for over two years, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond. Our boy is anxious and can be a bit of a handful, but the team has always treated him with patience, compassion, and understanding. Recently, as we’ve been preparing for an overseas move, everyone at Ingleside has been incredibly supportive, responsive, accessible, and truly willing to help us every step of the way. We’re so grateful for their dedication and care. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clinic that genuinely loves what they do!

Very disappointed with this place.
I arrived at Ingleside Animal Hospital with my dog who was bleeding from the nose. They took us to a room, checked his temperature, and then Dr. Brian told me he needed to run four tests. It was 2:30 PM at that time. I called my husband to explain the procedure, and the doctor then told me they were closing at 3 PM. My husband suggested we take our dog to a 24-hour emergency clinic instead, so he could receive urgent care.

When I told them this, they charged me $220 — without ever informing me beforehand that simply walking in without an appointment would cost that much. I didn’t have my card with me at the moment, so I left my phone as collateral while I went to get it. I already felt it was abusive to charge that amount for barely any service.

When I returned to pick up my phone, they refused to open the door even though I could see two staff members inside — one of them was Shia, who left in her car without caring that I was left outside without my phone and with my sick dog.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. Lack of communication, empathy, and transparency. Please think twice before bringing your pet here.

1st ever vet visit with our newly adopted dog. We had an amazing experience: staff is professional, friendly and caring. Our dog is super playful and jumpy, but they understood it and were very supportive and allowed her to just be herself; which is very important in my opinion. The price may be on the costlier side, but you pay for the high quality care, so it’s definitely worth the cost; I’m happy we found the vet we can trust.

What an amazing veterinarian! Dr Serbin and his team deserve 10 stars not just 5. My dog developed acute otitis media at 2:30 in the morning yesterday and the animal ER recommended Dr Serbin. We got an appointment as a new patient the next day on a Sunday. He and his team spent over two hours with us, making sure that every issue was addressed! The doctor could not have been more clear about what needed to be done and what our options were. I think the pricing was very fair considering all that was done. All of the staff was incredibly pleasant. The facility is Modern and clean and truly one of the best veterinary facilities I’ve ever seen. I am a human medical doctor and Dr Serbin could not have provided a more detailed and scientific explanation of things. Being new to Phoenix I am incredibly grateful to have found Ingelside Animal Hospital

Our veterinarian is wonderful. She is thorough, listens to your concerns, and she does not try to upsell you on unnecessary services of products. The vet techs and other back of office staff are exceptionally caring as well. We know our pets are always in good hands when they need care. The services seem pricy but it’s likely due to the location.

My only concerns are a few instances of variable communication and lack of detail with the front office staff. We pick up a monthly paper script and every time I have to triple check that it’s printed, the DEA number is written at the top, and that it’s ready for pickup. There’s been times that they filled it instead of providing a paper copy, or I’ve driven across town to our pharmacy and couldn’t fill it without a written DEA number, or I’ve called and been told the script was ready and when I showed up it was not. Another recent issue was being quoted $1200 (estimate) for a dental by our vet, then when I showed up to pay, the front office staff said it was about $1,000, then one minute later she printed the invoice only for it to say almost $1,400 was due. Why did the price increase by $400 in a matter of seconds? When I politely asked for an explanation, there wasn’t one. It would really help me as a customer if the front office staff were more detailed and more accurate about the information they provide.

You need to lose the older lady at the front desk. She is clearly incompetent. Last year for vaccine appt. She lost my file waited 3 hrs. Today. She gave someone else’s file for my dog. She was complaining about a customer being late directly to me in waiting area.On checking out i had to ask for my rabies certificate. Your practices reputation begins at the front desk. Please get some competent help.The vet and tech was great.

After rescuing a kitten from the parking lot of my work, it was recommended that I take her to Metro spay and neuter. They took very good care of her as well as answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

We just had our 2 kittens fixed at Metro Pet and couldn’t be happier! I read some reviews about them being understaffed and I having long wait times but this was not the case for us.

Office staff were both quick, friendly and professional. Kristina from the back was kind and explained everything that was happening before and after the surgeries.

The clinic was very clean, no powerful nasty smells like some other vet offices.

I generally really like this place but today was very frustrating now that they require an appointment then I think they need to do a better job at getting the customer in and out quicker. I got there at 8:10 pm and I waited an entire hour for them to help me not expectable there was only 4 people ahead of me. also they take 20 min to check you out after they are done with your dog. Also I am an older gentleman and have bladder issue and really needed to use the rest room. It was very rude that they would not even let me use a restroom after waiting 1 hr and 20 min. They told me no public restrooms this is such bullshit they know damn right well I could have use there restroom this is the owners choice to not allow this and think its unacceptable when you have patients waiting in the lobby for hours. So after they finished my dog I left immediately and did not wait for there long check out process. Now they can wait for payment they made me wait.

First I’d like to say I’ve been a customer for years but recently the clinic is run very inefficiently. Yes I understand they’re short on staff but no excuse for us to be first to sign in to be seen and LAST to be checked out. We waited almost an HOUR just to pay our bill after 1 (ONE) immunization!! We were there for THREE hours total and it’s just a lack of efficiency and keeping track who was there first. Thats not all that happened but don’t want to sound like a Karen LOL.

Called for info on my appointment (which was a mistake and I called the wrong clinic ) but the woman on the phone was rancid — when I gave her my phone number to look my info up she said verbatim “I’m not even going to try to say the pet’s name” referring to my cats name, which is Samsara… lol but never mind that. Just her tone was so insolent and demeaning I’m ELATED that is not the voice I will be met with when I get to my appointment later today at Altered Tails…. Stark difference in customer service from here and there. To whomever I spoke with on the phone this morning: God bless you and I hope you have a better day.

I have always had an amazing experience here, but since Linda has been hired it’s been awful. I do TNR, along with others that come here. We have always appreciated your staff including your front desk. Linda doesn’t seem to know what the two walk in policy is. Despite me being first in line with a colony cat, expected me to have paid a 40 dollar deposit. I’ve been coming for years and have never had to do that because we trap the night before. This isn’t an appointment, it’s first come first serve for TNR. I even looked it up again on your website. Then she told me that someone else had an appointment for “first come first serve” what? Then how is that your two cat policy if they had an appointment? Her math doesn’t math and this is the third time I’ve had a terrible experience with her. So sad because we are supposed to be on the SAME team to keep the feral community under control. We are people in the community spending thousands out of pocket to help this population when the city won’t. And it’s not just me. I’m connected to soooooooo many of your clients there. The ONLY reason you’re getting two stars is because you’ve been 5 stars up until Linda
