Freytag Jewelry—and especially Brian—were great to work with. Two weeks before our wedding, the epoxy in my wife’s ring gave way. Brian understood the tight timeline and had the ring fully repaired, getting it back to us in time for our wedding. It looked perfect. I love this friendly neighborhood jeweler. Always professional, courteous, timely and accommodating. I have used them for help designing and creating jewelry to checking and resetting stones, adding screw backs to earrings to things as simple as cleaning. They have always been welcoming and thorough in all aspects. I highly recommend!

Excellent and friendly service from Bryan who repaired the chain on my girlfriend’s favorite necklace. The store is really nice and has all kinds of beautiful jewelry on display too. I would recommend this local gem to all!

Bad customer service from the start to the end! Not greeted both times we visited. Paid for wife’s wedding ring to be sized down. After doing so ring was still too big so she went in by herself to size it down more. Was not told we would have to pay $150 again to fix issue. Was told it was on receipt and sorry they didn’t verbalize it.

I stopped in with some jewelry that I no longer wear, hoping to trade it for something I’d appreciate more. Bryan was great- he took my pieces in and evaluated them, gave me a great trade value, and now I have rings I’ll wear
