They helped me correct my taxes I filled with another company last year (I lost out on 2k because of them) tax pro plus helped me get the money I missed out on and filed my taxes for me this year seamlessly and had explained things easy for me to understand. Overall great customer service and communication skills ! They are also bilingual and speak both languages very well
