Satyr Entertainment - Event Production and Planning

We've contracted Satyr Entertainment a number of times for various events and they are simply the best go to guys in the Phoenix area. They do not drop the ball, always come through and are great at accommodating last minute requests to really make things special for our clients. I've never been unimpressed with their work ethic, results or punctuality. It's always smiles and high quality. If you care about your event, and care about working with true pros don't think just hire these guys!

Satyr is absolutely phenomenal! They played a key role in making our Pride Prom an unforgettable night, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their incredible work. From start to finish, their dedication, creativity, and professionalism shined through. The lighting setup? Absolutely stunning! Our students ranked it as one of their favorite decorations of the night! The atmosphere they created brought so much joy, connection, and celebration, making the event feel truly magical. Hosted our amazing 90's vs 2000's Block Party event at DRM! It was a sold-out crowd, and they kept everyone dancing. Highly Recommend!!

Andy was a phenomenal DJ for our wedding! So many of our guests told us "BEST DJ EVER!" He had the perfect playlist with country, latin, and top 40 hits to keep the dance floor full. He also made sure I had a drink and some apps when I couldn't get over to the cocktail hour. Highly recommend Andy for your event!

I don't think that there are enough words for my to truly convey how incredible this team is. We started a large program back in 2022 and Satyr (Luke, specifically) was referred to us. Not really knowing what we were doing or how to get started, we reached out to them and they took it from there. For the last three years, Satyr has done an incredible job of making our program one that can never be forgotten. They work meticulously every year to ensure that we're better than we were last year and they never disappoint. Not only is the work that they do impressive and top-notch, the people are one of a kind. Our team works with a lot of vendors, but there are none that we love more than our Satyr team. They have a unique gift to get people excited and amped for whatever is about to come and they do an even better job of keeping guests entertained and engaged throughout whatever the program might be. I would recommend everyone to use Satyr. It's the best money that you can invest into your program or event!

Satyr is easily the best event production company I've ever worked with. They're responsive and flexible and show a clear dedication to helping you bring your vision to life rather than trying to pile on unnecessary bits, but they also think of things that I wouldn't have thought of that help me elevate our events beyond what they would have been without their help. They really want what's best for the client, which is refreshing. Rahm was great to work with, as have been the others at Satyr I've communicated with. I won't be looking anywhere else for help with our events!

I've been part of our school's décor committee for one of its biggest fundraisers for two years now, where I've had the privilege of working with Satyr. Each year, we create a cohesive theme that Satyr exceeds in bringing to life. This year, when we presented our ideas to Luke and Rahm, we were met with, "Sure, we can make that happen," or "No problem!" It was such a joy to have a vision and collaborate with creative minds that truly understand it and think outside of the box. From concept to install, the Satyr team is always professional, friendly, flexible, and accommodating. I look forward to working with them again!
