Our experience at The Croft by Wedgewood Weddings was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, our coordinator Natalia was a game-changer—her communication was seamless and she made sure every detail was covered, which allowed us to truly enjoy the process. She was so organized and fun to work with, and her calm, professional demeanor put us at ease. The experience was everything that we were looking for and more! Our wedding was small, 30 people total. This space is able to hold a much larger group but we still felt cozy and they did a great job of not making it look or feel empty. They through in little surprises here and there and made us feel so special on our day.

Having free rein to pick and choose whatever we wanted within the package was awesome and I honestly feel like it was worth the money paid. I have yet to meet a bride that was less stressed than myself through the planning process.
They just recently renovated the buildings and they are lovey without loosing their charm.
The vendors are great, everyone LOVED the food (which is not common for a wedding). All of the vendors took a good amount of time to get to know us and our tastes which I appreciated as well. Even the Photo Booth operator went above and beyond.
I have so many good things to say, and sincerely do not have any complaints.

All I can say is WOW! The Croft blew it out of the water from start to finish. We booked with them in November and our wedding was in May. I was diagnosed with breast cancer the week after we booked and working with The Croft made my life so much less stressful planning a wedding and going through cancer treatment. Natalia was exceptional and really loves what she does. She even included extra details the day of the wedding like reusing flowers that were left from the previous wedding, providing table numbers and some extra candles. She even took one of my favorite photos from that day. It really was a magical and unforgettable day! Thank you!

Mikayla and the Croft team were amazing. I got exactly what I was looking for a venue. So much is in included it takes so much stress out of planning. We used McKenna for my daughter’s wedding. The day of the wedding, there was a huge wind storm, and it changed a few details and was a little stressful. McKenna and her team were prepared and they let me know they had it handled, and not to worry, that everything would work out. And truthfully, that’s why you hire a wedding planner, so you don’t have to worry when the plan changes. So I left it in their hands and somehow they got 24 tables set and ready, and an outside bar opened in 30 minutes when the wind died down! The night went flawlessly, and my daughter had her dream wedding. The whole team was amazing!

McKenna Katherine Weddings was our assigned coordinator through Gather Estate’s Full Wedding Package that provides Day of Coordination. We were introduced about 4 months out and met in person about 1 month from the wedding. McKenna handled all communication prior to the rehearsal and Emma took over as my Day of Coordinator. Both of the gals were great! Emma is very sweet but can wrangle in a wild bridal party! She made sure to check on me throughout the day and I had no worries that everything would be take care of! I would absolutely recommend McKenna Katherine Weddings for anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!

I celebrated my disco-themed birthday party at 435 Collective last Saturday, and the party went off without a hitch! I’m so happy I found this place. Emily, the owner, is so kind and easy to work with. She was very willing to share contacts and vendors that helped make the party even better. She was super flexible with me when I was setting up for the party. And Nicole, the manager, is super nice and does a great job supervising the event. We ended up using their resource for bartenders, and those guys were awesome too. They also broke down everything after the party so that I could pretty much just walk away when the music stopped. Such pros! I highly recommend using this space.

The venue was ok. I think you have to know somebody to get any info from them because when you call the voicemail is full and they never reply to texts.
Overall it was a fun event but the facility isnt the best for sound.
There are no clear parking details and no way to get information since there is nothing on their website and the lack of other contact availability.
I personally would never consider this place for an event due to location, lack of communication and website information.
I did try to contact them about a wedding previously but again, no response.

We were so pleased with 435 Collective in helping us plan our school’s Prom! Emily and her team were so helpful from day 1. Their generosity of time, resources and attention to detail was so appreciated. The space is excellent and a great blank canvas that can be transformed into anything!! The space is stylish yet also a blank slate that you can create into the vision of your dreams. Emily was with me every step of the way with design inspo, vendor recs and floorplan layout. We held our first ever fraternity formal at the 435 collective in Spring of 2023. The whole experience was a very fun one and we were very happy to have held it at this venue. Emily and the rest of the staff were very helpful in setting up our event. They offered lights and were cooperative the whole time. Getting in and out of the venue was quick and simple enough. Luckily we did not have that much stuff to be moved so it made for an easy transport. It was a great space and we enjoyed getting to have the space for a couple hours.

Hiring Jamie was hands-down one of the best decisions we made (twice!). She planned my sister’s wedding so flawlessly that the moment I got engaged, I made my mom text her that night to lock her in. There was no one else I trusted more to bring our day to life.
Thanks to Jamie, I got to be a true bridechilla. She held every detail with such care and intention, and her calm, confident presence gave me peace of mind through every step of the planning process.
Finding a venue was one of our biggest challenges, and Jamie navigated that search with so much patience, strategy, and insight. When we landed on the Wrigley Mansion, it felt absolutely perfect—and I truly don’t think we would have found it without her.
Jamie has a rare ability to take a vision and elevate it in a way that still feels true to you. Planning a wedding from across the country was daunting to say the least, but Amy always assured us that we were right on pace, thanks to her meticulous organization skills and processes. Believe it or not, we only went out to Scottsdale ONCE before the wedding to meet with her in-person for the first time and to meet with all of our many options of vendors. When I think back on that whirlwind of a weekend, I cannot believe all that we got accomplished. And we had so much fun doing it!! That’s the thing about Amy… It is miraculous the way she keeps everyone on-task while still reminding everyone that we are planning the most incredible event of our lives and that we should enjoy every moment of it!
As we got closer to the wedding (and the anxiety started to kick in!), I was very much be able to lean on Amy for all of the little details that needed to be taken care of. Her and my mom really hit it off and worked so well together in those last couple of months, and I was so appreciative of the relationship they had. It was so comforting to know I had these two women I trusted so much taking care of all of the last-minute details. Among so many other things, Amy even opened up personal space in her own home as we started shipping boxes upon boxes of things out to Scottsdale prior to the wedding! That is just one of so many examples that shows how personally invested she is in her clients and the perfect execution of their big day. She is willing and happy to do just about anything to make it the most pleasant and convenient experience possible for everyone involved.
Not only did she help us plan the wedding day itself, she also helped us plan our rehearsal dinner and welcome festivities the night before, and a pool party brunch the day after! It was a BIG undertaking to say the least, and she did it without batting an eye. When it came to the rehearsal dinner in particular, we definitely could not have done it without her. Because it was Valentine’s Day, we decided to host it at a private residence we had rented and everything was supposed to be outside on the beautiful lawn. As luck would have it, the weather forecast was threatening rain, which is very rare in Scottsdale, so not something we had anticipated at all… I honestly had no idea what we were going to do because I knew all off the furniture we had rented (and all of the people!) would never comfortably fit inside. But I did know that Amy had it under control and that she would figure it out. And of course she did! She helped us swap out the rentals last-minute for furniture that would fit better in the space and turned the house into a stunning venue with her creative vision and flexibility. And she did all of this while I was at my hair and makeup trial, so when I walked out of there, everything had already been taken care of. And it honestly turned out better than I could’ve even imagined.
I could go on and on about all of the ways she helped make our wedding the most amazing experience ever, but I will end with this… Amy is SENSATIONAL. She is THE planner. There is no one else out there that could’ve pulled off what she did for us, and I am eternally grateful to her for everything. She went so above and beyond for us every step of the way and I could tell that she found true joy and pride in doing so, which made us equally proud to have her leading the way. We love you Amy!!!

We have 100% certainty that no other organization or person could have helped design, create and help our vision for our wedding celebration come to life like Sensational Events and Amy Petrovsky. It was a massive effort which involved dozens of different vendors and literally moving them all over mountains to a private residence in the countryside to create a 300 person party. Beyond the flawless execution, we are just generally grateful for having someone we could trust… someone who cared for our home and property as if it were her own. Someone who planned our wedding as if it were for her own family. We cannot say enough about how our experience with Sensational Events was more positive than we could have imagined.

• Amy breached our contract by initially stating she would be onsite the day of our wedding but then later advised us that she could not make it. Amy worked a different wedding the same day as our wedding. Therefore, she did not attend our wedding & she was not available for any communication the entire day of our wedding even though we contracted with her first. We were contracted with her & had our deposit paid for 7 months prior to the other couple that she booked herself with on the same night, so there should not have been any confusion as to her obligation to us. The contract that we signed stated, “Onsite event coordination by a Sensational Events team member – Amy.” However, she had her daughter, Rayna, attend our wedding instead
• When we told Amy that we were going to write an honest review she blocked us from all social media & from all our shared docs on our google drive from the wedding such as contracts & receipts that we uploaded
• We were not able to rent certain items from Amy such as table numbers because she had them reserved for the other couple’s wedding that same night
• Amy lied to us stating that she could not attend our event because of a “family obligation” which she informed us was her in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. However exactly 1 month after our wedding she made social media posts wishing the other couple a happy 1-month anniversary along with a video she took at their wedding
• Right before our grand entrance we were informed by Rayna that some tables at the reception did not have enough chairs for the number of guests that were supposed to be seated. Rayna asked if we could pull up the seating chart on our phones, which neither one of us had. This is info that Amy should have communicated to Rayna but did not, & Rayna with her lack of experience, did not think to check on the seating chart while setting up the morning of. Rayna also could not get ahold of Amy for this info
• The seating chart was never fixed since Rayna did not have the info she needed. Extra guests that could not fit at their assigned tables were moved to other tables instead of having chairs added to their assigned table
• Our photographer, videographer & DJ, informed us that they would no longer be able to work with us because Amy was not going to allow them to have contact with us. She wanted all contact to be through her, & that is not how this vendor operated. Given how much we loved this vendor, we had to tell Amy to include us in communication. From then on, Amy wouldn’t communicate with them & would have us take care of communication since we “were the ones that contracted with them”
• 8 months prior to our wedding our venue asked Amy for proof of insurance for all of our vendors. Amy waited until 2 weeks before to collect this info. Our cake baker did not have insurance so we ended up having to pay for insurance out of our own pockets because it was too late to book a different baker
Our wedding turned out to be a success in the end. While we were satisfied with the wedding, we wish that we would have gone with a different planner. We are confident that there are other planners out there that could plan an amazing wedding without all of the emotional stress & inconvenience that Amy caused us the past year and a half. DO NOT HIRE AMY!

Amy truly is sensational!!! My fiancé and I decided on a destination wedding after experiencing my sister’s gorgeous wedding in Arizona, in which Amy was their wedding planner. Once we decided on California as our wedding destination, we didn’t think she could be our planner since she is based in Arizona, but after our first phone call, she assured us that she would be more than up for the job. Amy’s professionalism, organizational skills, her penchant for detail, and invaluable experience are obvious from the start. She is very personable and kept us on track regarding all the things we had to do. Unlike other couples we have observed, we never really stressed out about wedding planning because that’s how awesome Amy is!!! She really listened to what’s important to us and made sure we enjoyed our day. She did all the research on venue spaces, florists, DJs, photographers, makeup artists etc. and encouraged us to choose who we felt was right for us. Amy knows how to deal with vendors and talk their language, since most of these things were out of our depths. Amy is no-nonsense especially the day of the wedding, which ensured that everything did go the way we really wanted. Two years ago, she did my sister’s wedding, and now after doing mine, Amy is family. Thank you, Sensational Events, for making our wedding a fairytale!!!

We loved Amy from the moment we met her. She was extremely warm, friendly and professional. Once she started to help us with the planning of our wedding, we were amazed at how perfectly Amy was able to identify what suited our tastes. Amy worked exceptionally hard for us to make our dream wedding come true, while at the same time working with a budget that we had set. She found the best vendors for all aspects of the wedding. And, she helped create wedding details that made our wedding unique and special for us and our guests.

WOW! I cannot begin to express how absolutely amazing Amy is. Amy planned my sisters wedding and when I got engaged two weeks later, there was no doubt in my mind that Amy HAD to plan my wedding. Amy planned our destination wedding in Houston, Texas so perfectly. In only two trips to Houston to meet with vendors, the hotel, florists and everyone else, Amy had everything planned to a tee. Not only did she work to make sure that my mom and I received the best possible service, she made sure it was at the best possible price. She organized everything for us from hotel room blocks, welcome amenities for our guests, the band, the food, the ceremony music, EVERYTHING! To say the wedding was perfect was an understatement. Whenever any issue arose, Amy was on top of it before I even thought to think about it. Our day was so special and one that will always be the best day of my life, and I know that it’s because Amy was in charge of it all. I’m so grateful to have met her and know that whatever your event is, she’ll make it amazing for you. We didn’t just have a beautiful wedding, we had a beautiful wedding that reflected who me and my husband are and one that our guests continue to rave about.
Amy also coordinated our rehearsal dinner and farewell breakfast which made everything absolutely seamless for me, my parents, and all of our out of town guests. She arranged for transportation to and from the hotel and worked closely with the hotel so that all weekend long, everyone knew exactly what was going on, and where they should be.
I can’t recommend Amy enough for any future event. I know that she’ll take care of you to make sure everything is perfect, as it should be! Thank you, Amy, for being so amazing! My husband and I are FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR YOU!

We’ve contracted Satyr Entertainment a number of times for various events and they are simply the best go to guys in the Phoenix area. They do not drop the ball, always come through and are great at accommodating last minute requests to really make things special for our clients.

I don’t think that there are enough words for my to truly convey how incredible this team is. We started a large program back in 2022 and Satyr (Luke, specifically) was referred to us. Not really knowing what we were doing or how to get started, we reached out to them and they took it from there. For the last three years, Satyr has done an incredible job of making our program one that can never be forgotten. They work meticulously every year to ensure that we’re better than we were last year and they never disappoint. Not only is the work that they do impressive and top-notch, the people are one of a kind. Our team works with a lot of vendors, but there are none that we love more than our Satyr team. They have a unique gift to get people excited and amped for whatever is about to come and they do an even better job of keeping guests entertained and engaged throughout whatever the program might be. After an intense search for our wedding venue, my husband and I were so lucky to stumble upon the Orchard. Brittany was so transparent and kind to work with, I knew I wanted to get married here right away. We were then set up with April, who is the sweetest wedding coordinator. She has great communication and always helped me when I had questions come up for the big day. April is also a talented florist and created amazing table settings for our wedding. Luci’s at the Orchard was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. We wanted the feel of a backyard reception and it was that and more! After searching for a special spot to host my daughter’s small baby shower, we landed at Orchards Events and could not have been more pleased with the final result! I first spoke with Brittany who gave me a very detailed idea of what we could do in their space, along with a sample menu to get started. Once we secured the location, I dealt with April to coordinate all of the details of the “day of.” It was handled so professionally with personalized phone consults, ideas for decor and setup and what a beautiful day it turned out to be! They know what they are doing, it is stress- free and the food was above and beyond! Our guests mentioned to us how perfect it was.

I could not recommend The Orchard enough for any event but especially for a wedding! I searched all over the city of Phoenix for our 100-120 person wedding and was overwhelmed by the beauty, vast options and professionalism from April Pak and her team. We set the date and began to work for the wedding with 12 months notice. However, life happened and when we needed to move up the date by 8 months- April very graciously worked with us to make it happen. She and her team were able to pull off our stunning vision with only 8 weeks preparation! I should also mentioned, that we do not live in AZ, and did all the organizing and planning from the east coast. April was communicative, solution oriented and truly understood our vision. Our wedding was stunning and went off without a hitch! I am so incredibly grateful to The Orchard and April for making our special day unforgettable!

After attending several of their community dinners, we knew we wanted to have a Cloth & Flame wedding. Initially, communication was severely lacking and we were concerned as to how everything was going to come together. On the day of our wedding, everything was perfect. Kayla, Lexi, and Brittney executed the wedding of our dreams. The food was delicious, the wait staff was kind and attentive, the custom tablescape was beautiful, and the venue was breathtaking.

My daughter had Cloth & Flame do her wedding at a fabulous location in Jerome AZ. The event was last night. I have so many complaints that I don’t know where to start. Things went downhill about 45 days out. All communication seemed to stop. No one was responding to emails or other communication. The venue people who have worked with them previously wear our saving grace. They had to intervene. The wedding day arrived and we went forward. Dinner was being served and thy came out with plates for those that had dietary restrictions. Then others waited and waited. Those first served had to have their dinners warmed as all was now cold. Only two servers for 50 people. They came out with two plates at a time. Then it was noted by the bride that what was being served was not what they tasted during their tasting. All the sides were different. The next morning we learn that three people who we made sure were having special dinners due to gluten allergies had been sick later in evening.They had been served Farro which is not gluten free. This was something that was discussed at length with the chef. He assured us that everything would be safe. I could go on but I think this is enough to warn people of not getting what you pay and plan for. Beware!

We love the desert and outdoors, and as I was searching for a venue nothing really resonated with me until I found Cloth and Flame. Selecting this venue will mean some extra headaches with planning (finding rentals and guest shuttles) as it is literally a patch of desert, but it is also definitely worth it. Absolutely blown away by Cloth & Flame. I went to an event in the Superstition mountains for my friend’s wedding, and I can’t believe how incredible the whole day was. They thought of everything! Every detail was planned out so strategically, it just felt effortless. The atmosphere, the setup, the way everything flowed so smoothly, it was all next level.
