Jamie Anderson—aka my wedding fairy godmother! ✨ Hiring Jamie was hands-down one of the best decisions we made (twice!). She planned my sister’s wedding so flawlessly that the moment I got engaged, I made my mom text her that night to lock her in. There was no one else I trusted more to bring our day to life. Thanks to Jamie, I got to be a true bridechilla. She held every detail with such care and intention, and her calm, confident presence gave me peace of mind through every step of the planning process. Finding a venue was one of our biggest challenges, and Jamie navigated that search with so much patience, strategy, and insight. When we landed on the Wrigley Mansion, it felt absolutely perfect—and I truly don’t think we would have found it without her. Jamie has a rare ability to take a vision and elevate it in a way that still feels true to you. For example, I really wanted to incorporate leopard print into our wedding… and she managed to make it chic, modern, and totally us—never cheesy or overdone. Every aesthetic detail had intention, and it all came together so beautifully. She also helped us be smart with our budget—guiding us on where to invest (hello, dreamy chuppah and amazing band) and where to pull back without compromising the look or feel of the day. Our wedding was unforgettable, and so much of that is because of Jamie’s incredible talent, dedication, and calm, capable presence. I truly can’t imagine having done this without her. Every bride deserves a Jamie Anderson!

Where do I even begin? Jamie was incredible! She guided us through our 1.5-year engagement, and looking back, I only wish we’d had more time with her. The amount of behind-the-scenes work she put in left me in absolute awe. I tend to be someone who needs to explore every option but gets overwhelmed if there are too many choices (lol). Jamie quickly picked up on my personality and adapted effortlessly to what my husband and I needed. She introduced us to vendors and ideas that not only fit our budget but also matched our style perfectly. Her communication throughout the entire process was seamless and made wedding planning genuinely enjoyable. Of course, there were stressful moments — it’s wedding planning, after all — but Jamie’s expertise and ability to keep us focused helped minimize those to just a few. Now, let’s talk about the wedding day itself... Jamie is superwoman! My husband and I often reminisce about how flawlessly everything went, and it was all thanks to her. She was by my side for most of the day, a calming presence, my personal hair and makeup touch-up team, and even my "day-of" items caddy (lol). I was nearly in tears on my wedding day telling her how thankful I was, and I’m tearing up again now just thinking about it. By the end of this process, Jamie became a dear friend we know we’ll stay connected with forever. I’ve attached some photos to showcase the breathtaking wedding she brought to life for us! Sarrah is an absolute gem! We had the privilege of getting married at the Four Seasons in Scottsdale, and our dream wedding came true, and then some, all thanks to her exceptional planning. From the lively Thursday night party with live music and seamless transportation, to the rehearsal dinner and after party, every detail was executed flawlessly. Our guests are still talking about the incredible band that set the perfect tone for an unforgettable weekend. And let’s not forget the beer burro that was a hit with everyone. Sarrah’s attention to detail was impeccable. She nailed the décor, coordinated with top-notch vendors, and ensured that every aspect of the wedding reflected our vision perfectly. She even took care of the little things that made a big difference, like the beautifully arranged floral designs and the personalized touches that made our guests feel special. Sarrah was always one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even knew they existed. Her meticulous attention to detail was evident in everything she did. The transition from our wedding ceremony to the dinner (both held on the same lawn) was seamless. Every detail was paid attention to, making the entire evening flow effortlessly. The wedding day itself was stress-free because Sarrah managed the timeline flawlessly and handled any unexpected hiccups with grace and efficiency. Her professionalism and organizational skills ensured that everything ran smoothly. She expertly managed all the logistics, from coordinating with the venue staff to handling last-minute changes with poise and efficiency. Her warm personality and positive attitude made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. One of the standout moments was when she arranged a spur-of-the-moment late-night transportation bus for guests who wanted to continue the festivities after our Thursday party. She also arranged the greatest nigiri sushi bar imaginable for our cocktail hour. If we had to plan another wedding, we would choose Sarrah without hesitation. We are still basking in the afterglow of our incredible wedding weekend, and it’s all thanks to her dedication and hard work. We couldn’t recommend her more—Sarrah truly makes dreams come true!

My husband and I worked with Imoni Events for our wedding in Paradise Valley. We had the best experience with our planner Jamie! Jamie worked with us over the course of 18 months to plan our dream wedding - making sure we achieved our vision while staying in budget! The process was as stress free as planning a wedding could be. Jamie and team were also there the entire day of our wedding and made sure everything ran on time and smoothly.
