My daughter and son have been attending Elite Preschool for the last 4+ years. Yesterday, however, was our last day at Elite. Its bittersweet to be saying goodbye to a wonderful family that took such great care of my babies. We cannot thank you enough for all the love, patience and guidance you show all the littles every single day.
We will miss all of you but we will make sure to pop back in from time to time and say hello.

My son is 2 years old and attends Elite. He loves his teachers, especially Ms. Kayla. The administration is competent, loving, and caring. The teachers leader with love and give great care and interaction with the kiddos!

The Preschool Director Angie, all the employees who work here are diligent about creating a space that is safe impactful and fun for the kids that go here! They keep a clean environment, clearly enjoy what they do and value the kids in their care. I would highly recommend.

First day was the best experience for mom and dad to take our little one to his first day of daycare. Our little one is now ready for kindergarten and it’s already hard to withdraw him for his last day but now our another little that one year old is ready and started his first day as well so they both get to have this wonderful experience of learning and developing skills

I can tell this is one of the best schools ever! I had bad experience before with my older boys it was hard for me at first but this school welcome us with open arms and been there every step of the way. It’s amazing feeling and everyone is treated equally like a big whole family. My son loves going he ready to go before I am ❤️. They send you updates during the day which I love. They always there no matter what. Everyone there is wonderful and caring. Thank you for all you do for our children.

I am so so grateful for Elite preschool. All of the staff are so friendly, it’s a very clean center, and their engagement with the children is nothing short of amazing ! My baby girl clings to me but when dropping her off, she reaches for her teachers which says a lot to me. Her development here steadily progresses and they have fun while learning. Thank you for all that y’all do, it’s so greatly appreciated.

My daughter loves coming to elite . She loves miss aubry and miss abby. Its very clean, and organized. I like that it’s based on my child needs. She has been here for almost a year and she has never come home with a bite, bruise or scratch, and she is always clean when i pick her up.

I cannot say enough good things about Margo (the director) and this gem of a preschool! We’ve had two children attend ; our youngest is a current student. We watched our grand daughter flourish academically and our youngest, improve her verbal skills and recognition of numbers & letters (she’s only 2!). They even have certain days they get to wear swimsuits & have water play. It’s also very diverse- which we really appreciate. Oh, and the send DAILY pics of your little one! We love it there- highly recommend!

As a first-time parent, I was hesitant about starting daycare but I’m so grateful we found this preschool. The entire staff is incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. Any time I’ve felt unsure or had questions about parenting, they’ve guided me without judgment and with genuine care.

My son has absolutely thrived here. At just two years old, he can count to 20 in both English and Spanish, and the independence they’ve helped foster in him amazes me. It’s clear they truly care about the children and are passionate about what they do. I can’t imagine a better place for my child to learn and grow.

We have only the most positive review and highest praises for Phoenix Preparatory Preschool. Our son has been going there for over 3 years since he was just 8 weeks old, and it has been a great experience. Margot does such an amazing job with all the kids and is very attentive and pleasant to work with. It is a great community of kids and parents and teachers and our little guy loves going there everyday with all his friends. He has learned tons during this time and is super conversational, happy, helpful, and understanding. We have had an exceptional experience and very highly recommend Phoenix Preparatory Preschool for everyone.

This might be the best daycare in the city. I feel so at ease knowing my son is being care for so well. The daycare does so much to prepare my son for school, and I’ve seen incredible growth in him since he started. At just one year old, he was already doing so much artwork. Now, at two, he’s tracing numbers and letters, learning the alphabet, counting, and developing social skills by interacting with other children.They also make sure he gets plenty of outdoor playtime, which I really appreciate. One of the best parts of my day is receiving the photos they send during mealtimes and play — seeing him happy and engaged with his friends, brings me so much joy.

We enrolled our 2.5 year old in January and our infant in February. We’ve had an incredible experience here and I would recommend to anyone. The owner Margo is wonderful. She is very organized, professional, a strong communicator, and friendly. I like that she uses the bright wheel app and I get updates through out the day – this gives me a relief and peace of mind. She also does themed days everyday and show and tell. My daughter is happy when we pick her up and talks about her teachers and friends 24/7. I know every child develops differently but my now 3 year old can write her name, knows the alphabet, can count in Spanish, and draw inside the lines. I’m really impressed with the structure and how my daughter is developing. The staff is amazing and I’m so appreciative of the care they provide for my daughters. We’ve tried three day cares and this hands down has been the best one. No tvs – the days are well planned with thought and care. Again I know every child is different but other day cares we’ve been to my daughter was consistently sick with pink eye and that hasn’t happened once here. So grateful we found Phoenix Prep it’s the best !

Deciding on a childcare center is a difficult decision and we toured so many centers before enrolling our kids but Margot made us feel right at home from the very beginning. I can’t say enough good things about PPP! Our two boys were enrolled at 2 months and 2 years old and have spent 3 years at Phoenix Preparatory Preschool. They have grown so much and are constantly doing fun activities to help them learn. They have made the best friends in their classes and look forward to going to school everyday, some days not even wanting to come home at pick up time! Highly recommend to other families if you are looking for childcare with great education and lots of fun!

Great preschool located conveniently off central. The staff was wonderfully accommodating to my child’s food restrictions and did a great job putting up with us helicopter parents. My 2 year old began saying please and thank you within a week of going there and knew his ABCs within two weeks. I can’t recommend them enough to other parents!

My kids have never been to any daycare/ preschool EVER. This is their first experience,as it is mine, & we all love it! From the curriculum to amazing teachers & staff.
My daughter loves it & does very well with everyone and adores all her teachers. My son tends to need a little more help as he is younger. The staff With patience and LOTS of redirecting help to guide him to make better choices.

Great experience, our daughter loves all the teachers and we do too! Just walking in we got a good vibe from the very friendly staff. It’s nice that they get to go out and play, when it’s cool enough that is. We always get updates and pictures on the days activities and our little one is always in a good mood when we pick her up.

Our family loves Whiz Kidz! Our son graduated from Whiz Kidz and is absolutely thriving in kindergarten and we fully believe it’s all because of what he was able to learn from Whiz Kidz and his teachers! We currently have a 1 year old enrolled and she runs into the building everyday and she always gets hugs and so much love everyday! Great teachers and staff at Whiz Kids North Phoenix. My baby has been going to this daycare since she was 4.5 months. She is turning 5 and it’s her last year there (so sad!). I chose this place because it was close to home and reminded me of the preschool I attended. And now I love it because I know they take good care of my family. I recommend this place to anyone that asks.

We’re incredibly happy to have found Whiz Kidz. The teachers are amazing, attentive and caring, and Morgan and Jaz are always so kind, receptive and available if we have any questions. Also love that they are so good at taking photos so you can see snapshots of your child’s day. I love seeing all of the activities our son does every day – I feel good about what he’s learning and the safe, happy environment he’s in.

Whiz kids has been great for many years. We took our oldest daughter there through kindergarten and now we have our youngest there and is currently in pre-k. Her teachers are great at helping her meet her developmental milestones and navigate through her daily emotions. I would highly recommend Whiz Kids if you’re looking for a school for your little one.

We found this Busy Bee’s location for our first born child and could not be happier! From the very first day of school, the director and all of the teachers have been so incredibly supportive, welcoming, and helpful with transitioning our child into day care. The teachers are AMAZING and we are so grateful for the way they have impacted our child. The curriculum here is superb and our extended family is constantly commenting on how smart and verbal our child is. 10/10 recommend!

BusyBees have been so helpful and supportive with my daughter. They got my in the daycare within a few days and also helped me when I had to take my daughter out of daycare for a few weeks. The director is very caring and helpful. I wouldn’t choose another daycare. They care so much. From the curriculum to the support of the kids. My daughter’s teachers are amazing and I love seeing my daughter thrive and learn new things.

My son has been going here for 2 years and we love this daycare and the teachers are so helpful! I was having trouble with potty training and one of the teachers helped keep it going at school. It really helped him alot and he was finally fully potty trained within that month!

We started bringing our son Anakin here when he was just about 3 months and it broke my heart! I hated having to go back to work and leave him. HOWEVER, the girls here were amazing from day one. They were so reassuring, kind and patient. I received pictures daily of an activity they were doing with him. He honestly never cried when I dropped him off and was so happy when I would pick him up. Everyone from management to the girls in room 1 and room 2 are just amazing and I’m so happy we chose this busy bees to help raise our son!! After being at his previous childcare for almost 9 years we had to switch providers and came here and we have been super happy with the change! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, they made the transition much easier than expected. The facility is always clean and well kept which is super important!!

My little girls started attending this location before Whiz Kidz took over in September 2023. One was 2yrs old and the other was just an infant at 6 months.
This preschool is the best.
My oldest is now in Kindergarten and still talks about her teachers and friends there. And my youngest – now 3.5 is thriving.
They have been taught the alphabet, numbers, how to write, they have been taught Spanish and so many more things.
The teachers are top notch. My girls adore them and so do I. I have no worries when I drop off my kids there. They have grown so much and now Whiz Kidz has really prepared my oldest for Kindergarten. She is doing so well in her classes and loves going to school.

Whiz Kids Preschool is amazing! The entire staff is wonderful, but Ms. Bianca truly stands out. She’s so patient, kind, and incredibly engaging with the kids. My daughters went here for a year and it was such an amazing experience! Ms. Revital Ms. Rachel Ms. Alejandra Ms. Hayley and the whole staff were amazing! It was very tough at the beginning due to my girls not ever being in day care and always being with me and everyone was so very helpful and patient with them. Making them feel so loved and welcomed! They make you feel like family which is exactly what i was looking for when taking my daughters to daycare! They treated them like their very own! My daughters learned so much the year being here! This is the best daycare for your little ones!! Communication is the best with them while i was working away from my daughters. I was always able to reach out to check in and always got a response! I am so grateful for everyone! There is definitely no better daycare that beats magic keys !!

My son was at Magic Keys from April 2024 until recently, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I loved all the staff—they were warm, caring, and made every day special for him. As he moves on to preschool, we’re so sad to say goodbye and so grateful for the wonderful foundation they gave him.

I wish I could give more than five stars because the ladies who work here, deserve it! My twin boys attended for almost two years, Ms. Alejandra was there main teacher and she treated my boys just like family. It makes me emotional that we had to leave (moved out of the area) because I don’t think I will ever find another child care center as amazing as this one They communicate so well and always make sure it’s a clean and sick free environment for the children. I remember that one staff member that made my older sister cry and used to exclude her from everything. But that was a couple years ago.

My son has been coming here for almost a year and all I have to say is the staff really goes above and beyond. Like the saying goes, they do it for the kids and genuinely think of the kids. They’re very sweet and caring. I love the app they have where they share photos and update all throughout the day. It really gives me an extra peace of mind knowing what my son is doing. 10/10 recommend!

My son (4 yrs old as of today) and I absolutely adore this place! He’s been going since August. I was extremely nervous as it was the first time “strangers” would be caring for my son, but they made the transition so comfortable. They were even incredibly patient for about half a month while my son struggled with separation anxiety (clinging onto me, breaking down and crying at drop off, etc.). They would always gently console him then send me photos a few moments after leaving to show me he has calmed down and was doing perfectly fine, which was a huge relief to this momma.

All of the instructors are extremely compassionate, communicative and genuine. My son’s classmates are wonderful, the activities keep the kiddos engaged, they accept DES coverage, very close to UMOM if you’re like us and living in a shelter, they use Class Dojo and post pictures of the kids’ activities throughout the day, like what more could you ask for?? My boy has learned a lot there and has absolutely flourished socially.

The only complaint he has about it is nap time each day, but not bad for the only “con” lol. We are so happy with Magic Keys that we have changed moving plans to stay in the area simply so we don’t have to leave such an incredible preschool. Highly recommend MKTLCDC!

Ms. Stephanie in Pre-K 3 is absolutely amazing for our sweet Londyn!

Our daughter has been going to Busy Bees for about a year and we can’t say enough good things about it. She is always excited to go in the morning and is happy to see the teachers when she gets there. Everyone who works there knows her name, even the people we have never met. Every morning they send a daily itinerary and the highlight of our day is getting photos of what she’s doing while we’re at work. They are very creative with their activities which she seems to genuinely enjoy. She’s learned a ton and is better off for the time she has spent there.

We love the changes at this daycare since it became a “Busy Bees”! We get daily photos or our student and messages each morning about what they will be doing. Every staff member knows our child’s name and is so welcoming to see him each morning. Even as a toddler, he is learning new life skills. He is learning through sensory bins, stories, and other activities that I would never think to make happen at home.
They have started more community events with the trunk or treat and thanksgiving event, which we love! It gives us an opportunity to chat with the teachers and interact with other parents.
As a first time mom I was very hesitant to drop my son off at daycare, but they are so welcoming and feel like a part of our family!

My son has been going here for 2 years and I originally picked this center specifically because of the structured curriculum and what he is able to learn academically. What I did not expect is the immense social growth in him, the development and encouragement of manners and understanding of what is polite and what is not and the fact that it showed itself so quickly. We love this center not only because of what I previously stated but also the unwavering support I feel like I get from the staff as a single parent. There are very special people that work at this center who I feel have my son’s best interests in mind and my best interests in mind. They know what they are doing and they do a fantastic job.

I regularly use the Tempe location and they’re fantastic. My son attended this location with his mom for a month. We picked him up one day and he had a 4 inch bruise on his belly and what appeared to be rope burn. We sent pictures to the daycare and asked why we weren’t notified. They said nobody saw it (they had changed his diapers 20-30 minutes prior) and that they’d send us the camera footage they had for the day. We’ve never seen that footage, they’ve overbilled my son’s mom for an extra month when they couldn’t even keep him safe while he was there. They are now refusing to answer us. Ridiculous behavior, especially when dealing with children. If you can’t handle kids, don’t work with them.

We enrolled our daughter here at Busy Bees PV 3-4 months ago and have been very pleased. Something that really sets themselves apart is the digital communication through their app! I LOVE that I’m able to access the app at anytime and see all of the updates and pictures of activities that the kids are doing. I can easily communicate with director/teacher if needed and the responses are always responded to very quickly. I have noticed a huge difference in my daughter’s growth and love their curriculum. I would definitely recommend Busy Bees to anyone looking for a nice school for their kid(s) They have really great hours, communicate well, it’s clean and modern, and the Director Heidi has been really amazing and sweet. We love it here 🙂

Every staff member knows my child’s name and that started our first week there. The staff are kind and supportive, and helpful for drop-offs. They update me immediately with any concerns. They went above and beyond for their Halloween festivities. Every time I pick him up he seems to be having a blast with his friends. I love the updates with what they’re doing for the day and photos of my child playing with others and learning. Thank you!

My kids have been going there since August of last year and they absolutely love it. They enjoy going to daycare and my 4-year-old is excited to go to school every day. My 18-month-old is starting to communicate very well and can say words clearly and I credit Magical Star for a majority of this. I love how ALL of the employees are genuinely caring and pleasant every day. From the cook in the morning, the director and teachers at drop off and the owner at pick-ups. You can definitely tell these people enjoy their jobs and care for the kids. They put on events for the kids and parents for the different holidays and they are always a blast. I have put my kids in many daycares/preschools over the years and Magical Star by far has been the best one for my family. My girls are always happy to go to school and I never pick them up dirty. Many times I pick my little one up in a pair of her extra clothes because she has gotten dirty and they don’t send your babies home in soiled clothes. If I could give them a million stars I would! <3

I was recommended this preschool by someone and it being the first time ever having my child watched by somebody else I was freaked out! But they’re the sweetest people and made the transition very easy. My daughter loves her teachers!

I waited to post this review until I saw the difference after going to a new daycare. Every single day I’d pick up my son his shirt would be soaked and his face dirty and him bawling his eyes out. He’d come home in diapers that weren’t the brand we supplied. I’d get pictures on our app uploaded of someone else’s child. They’re “part of the school district” but they a glorified sitting center. Since switching daycares my son gets picked up smiling and giggling. His face is clean and he is DRY. He runs to his teachers in the morning to hug them too but would cry getting dropped off here. The new place is $80 cheaper a week too. Also this daycare hasn’t had any incidents of staff supplying “special gummies” to hyper children.

Wouldn’t choose anywhere else to take my girls! They’ve been coming to magical for 3+ years now and have loved every moment! The teachers are amazing with my kids and we’ve never had a morning they didn’t want to show up! Definitely worth a 5 star review!

My daughters attend this preschool. I had a hard time getting them potty trained and with the assistance of the lovely teachers here, 1 of my littles is potty trained completely. My other daughter has social issues and it became a little bit of an issue. After pulling her from the school and putting her back in when we started additional services, I have had less issue during the day with her. I love that she was welcomed back with open arms and given a second chance. This is my girls 3rd daycare/ preschool and I am very happy with them and their curriculum. I would recommend them to anyone that was in need of great childcare and in a learning environment. My children are learning everyday. As a working mom of 3, its these types of programs that are needed so we can function correctly. If I could give this school a higher rating I would. My daughters love it here and hopefully soon my son will too!

My daughter been at this daycare since her first day of Kindergarten. She is now in 2nd grade and she absolutely loves it! When looking for daycares, I pay attention to if/where she is most comfortable and here she developed friendships with the students and the staff. I enjoy the before/after school care they offer, as well as the summer care. Staff is very good with communicating/understanding. They also have a lot of fun family-oriented activities throughout the year! I highly recommend Magical Star

I go here now and itz so fun as a teen the staff are really nice and say hi every time I walk in and the gym is really nice the ninja room is amazing the only bad thing I could say is that the bathroom by the bask gym does smell like urine so somebody pls fix that but overall itz and amazing place and very clean

I have joined the YMCA as a member to help better my health. As a woman of age, I need a place that has classes that work for me getting back into fitness. I feel very comfortable there and they have a fantastic gym!

My grandchild attends the pre-school program, and she is so happy, and so are we as her family!

Clean facility and wonderful staff.

Fitness center and gym are great…..but men’s showers continue to be in a sad state of disrepair.

Came and made a payment yesterday, when I returned the next day I was told my account wasn’t active and that the payment I made was for last year cancellation for September 2022. I was told by supervisor Angelica there was nothing they could do but submit a ticket to refund my money. I came in today to make another payment to reactivate my account. I was told I would pay $21 a month because the pricing has gone up. After my workout I was stopped in told because I recently had a birthday that I would need to pay $41 a month. I told them to close my account, my whole point of choosing the YMCA was because low cost. Now I have a Planet Fitness PF black account for $24 a month. Customer service here is very poor and the girl who I spoke to seemed to have an attitude.

Do not bring your kids here. I am absolutely appalled at the level of negligence and incompetence with this organization. Extremely disorganized. No consistency or routine. They do not have cameras that work. Staff has minimal training no breaks. I feel sorry for the children who have attended the summer program here or before and after school care. I feel sorry for the employees. I am shocked that an organization like this could like this. They leave gates unlocked that lead to the parking lot . When I brought that up to Andrea Taylor, she said it was due to “fire safety”. In every daycare or school I have worked or been a parent of enrolled children at I have never encountered such a negligent practice. (There is such a thing as keys) They are using inappropriate facilities and rooms for children that are not safe. They advertise breakfast and lunch but if you are thinking of enrolling your child here, ask to look at the type of food they call “breakfast” and “lunch”. A yogurt cup and a granola bar is not breakfast for kids who are here from 6:30am to lunch which starts at 11:30. Incidents are constantly happening with the children . Which is not surprising due to the extreme level of incompetence from upper management as well as negligence. With the lack of training and terrible working conditions for the staff. Absence of routine, consistency, and lack of planning organization . This is not a summer camp . It’s extremely low-quality daycare . There are no expectations set for the children no rules . It seems they just tried to enroll as many kids as possible to get funding from the state without even planning anything or considering the facilities. As a parent, and educator I am shocked. I will never support the YMCA again or enroll myself or my children in any of the programs.

The YMCA urgently requires a complete overhaul. While some staff members excel, Bella is unsuitable as a program director or decision-maker due to her disregard for core values. When I sought aftercare for my daughter during a family emergency, Bella evaded my calls for three days. Upon visiting the facility, I was turned away, with Bella citing overcapacity, despite my explaining the dire circumstances. She callously suggested seeking services elsewhere and refused to consider alternative solutions. When I inquired about others in similar situations, she dismissed my concerns. Despite requesting to speak to the director, I was merely provided with an email address. During my departure, another staff member, Leo, harassed me, displaying a lack of training and respect.

This conduct is contrary to the YMCA’s mission of community support and respect. Bella’s bias/discrimination against my family, stemming from a previous incident, is evident. This recurring mistreatment is unacceptable. I will inform Jason Heetland of the unprofessionalism I’ve endured from staff members (Bella and Leo).

The YMCA’s commitment to combating racism and oppression is not reflected in this facility. Despite my contributions to the community, I expect to be treated with dignity and empathy.

No help at the front desk. The dirtiest and slowest YMCA in the area. They don’t connect with YMCAs Apparently when it comes to nationwide members, there is a big African-American worker that made me feel uncomfortable on my first day.
