Compramos vestido de quinceañera para nuestra hija en Noris Bridal las señoras que antienden el local son muy amables pudimos adaptar un diseño de vestido de sus revistas para que fuera mas modesto. El vestido quedó hermoso lo unico que no me gusto fue que el aro que lleva el vestido no fue un aro que soportara el peso del vestido. El vestido se aplanaba enfrente y se miraba rraro porque se habria hacia los lados dandole un visto plano y ancho que no me gusto. Ensima de todo el aro estaba muy grande de largo y las señoras que atienden me habian dicho que le quitara el primer aro de arriba para que el vestido luciera mas esponjoso cosa que cuando lo hice mire que el aro no es mas que un cable sensillo y ensima oxidado tuve que quitarlo puesto que el aro se arrastraba y aun asi como el aro estaba debil mi hija batallo para poder andar en el vestido caminaba pateandolo y no se miraba bien. Con este vestido agarramos el "paquete" que viene con el vestido,corona,biblia,aro,muñeca,tocado,libro de fotos,libro de firmas, copas,cuchillos de pastel,recuerdos. Pero honestamente siendo la primer quinceañera que hacemos algunas cosas en el tipo de como adornan las cosas no fue de nuestro gusto en algunas cosas. Tambien ordenamos con ellas las invitaciones que estuvieron divinas.

My dad ordered a tuxedo, put a downpayment$ . When he went to pick up, day beore party. owner told him he canceled suit. Owner told mom he called. My mom asked he to show proof of fone call.she couldnt. So dad had only one day to find tuxedo elsewhere. So found slacks, shoes at other place. I woulnd not recomment doing duiss good thing he only pais a deposit only. Rest assured. Im calling bbb soon. To warn customers of losing their deposit.

I lost 600.00 to these people. DO NOT buy here. I had ordered a custom dress for my daughters sweet 15. The dress was nothing like what we had ordered. They insisted it was what we ordered ,material was very off. They only wanted to add sequins to the dress but the COLOR was OFF. The owner never showed up, they had me waiting kept saying 30 min for like 2 hrs.They only take cash so u dont do a claim with the bank and our hands are tied. Well we went else where.

0 stars!! I would have given this place zero stars if I could because of all the lies they told us. We ordered a dress for a sweet 16, and the dress never got here on time. Days before the party, the dress hadn't arrived, they kep promising it was getting here 2 days before the party, with a venue already paid for and a caterer ready we went to ask for our money back so we could look for another dress already made, it was our only option at this point, and they claimed the owner "was out of Phoenix for a week." What a coincidence! They always wanted cash, thank God we always make card payments, we had to call our bank and make a dispute. After they felt threatened the owner came back the next day and returned our money. Do NOT do business here, if you do not want to be disappointed. This experience was way too stressful and would not wish it upon anyone.

I went to see if they did refunds or exchanges due to small sizing and they told me they didn’t do either in a rude way after asking why they said well we have a sign there, we don’t refund we can exchange? Ok so first you say no to both then change what you say? Companies need better personnel that know hot to be kind and customer service oriented- I would give a 0! Never buying here beside being rude they are way over priced, I was in a rush last minute item or I wouldn’t have bought anything there!

Fui un Martes y habia una joven con pelo obscuro que tiene muy mal caracter para atender a los clientes! Le pedi informacion de invitaciones para boda y nomas tenia su cara de pocos amigos y me contestaba de mala manera! Yo fui amable con ella y la verdad no tenia que haberme tratado asi!

If I can give no stars I would. Very poor customer service, both women, an older woman with blonde streaks, glasses(mexican) and a olive skinned young girl with curly brown hair were extremely rude to my mother. They asked who the wedding dress was for and my mom said it's for me and they gave us a look and they said for you with disbelief and a tone of like they were making fun of her. At first they said they wouldn't have any in her size, only for skinny young girls. Than they were you know we do have one for your age and they showed her a very short dress with a vest with little diamonds, basically a kids dress. They were laughing at her. Don't come here if you want to be made fun of and treated rudely. Hey ladies change your garbage of an attitude. Nothing but pure garbage in this booger shop
