This boutique was our third stop. The first two were a disappointment. The first would not let us try dresses, and the second would not help us without an appointment. This boutique is at another lever. Customer service was amazing. Petra made us feel valued, and the service was personalized, we were allowed to try multiple dresses with no pressure whatsoever. My daughter definitely felt like a Princess. We highly recommend this boutique, if we could give more stars we would.

Petra was wonderful in helping us choose my niece’s dress. The variety of dresses in the store is unmatched. We ordered a custom dress, which just arrived. We went for the final fitting yesterday, and the dress is absolutely stunning; it fits like a glove. If you’re on the hunt for a quince dress, definitely visit Princesas Reales and ask for Petra.

My family and I were SO glad to have found Divaine Boutique. We were in search of a few gowns for several events we had planned but due to our specific tastes, we had been searching high and low until a friend recommended checking out Divaine. Not only did we all find the gowns we were looking for here, but they also fit us all perfectly and wouldn’t require any extra tailoring. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here, as the store itself was beautiful, with a comfortable layout, was very clean, and the staff was super helpful with each of our specific needs and wants. Elba and her employees are so kind and thorough. We did not expect to walk into something so amazing, literally the amount of options is magical! It’s a one stop shop. So worth it!

They have every color you can imagine and some you probably wouldn’t imagine for the girls like my daughter.. who are looking for colors that are more unique.

I had a great experience shopping at Divaine Boutique! The store is exceptionally clean and well-organized, which made browsing so much more enjoyable. The dresses are of really good quality—stylish, well-made, and definitely worth the price.

Divaine Boutique by far has the best customer service. Alizon and Paola helped my daughter in deciding the type of dress that she wanted for her quinceanera. She walked in clueless and walked out with the perfect dress for her special day. Big thank you to both of them for making the experience a memorable one.

We had one of the best experiences at this store. The owner and staff were amazing, very accommodating and patient. They made my daughters feel like princesses!! Everything one of my daughters wanted different about a dress she tried on they assured us that they could make it happen and didn’t make us feel like we were being difficult (my daughter is very picky). I wish we could have taken pictures but understood the policy because they do have custom gowns that we haven’t seen at any other stores. I will recommend this boutique to everyone!!

If you’re a future quinceañera looking for a dress shop be warned about this dress shop I had the most horrible experience with this dress shop I went to the dress shop first on my quinceañera dress shop list and all the other dress shops. I could not find the specific dress that I wanted and I was really stuck on it because it was so beautiful. Only other dress shops were asking me where the dress was from that I wanted to get when they found out, it was from adore me couture all 5 of them told me to not buy there because they had a history of letting their clients down I was very stubborn and I did not listen to their warnings, but I should’ve. I bought my dress in November of 2024 and my quinceañera was set for June 2025. They told me I had time for it to get there later on in 2025 it was February and they had called my parents and told them that I could try on the dress march 2 . The dress was still not there. They kept pushing back the day until we got to about march 16th and they said that for sure, the dress was going to be in the shop and they kept switching up their story on why the dress was not there One day, my parents went to go ask what was wrong with the dress and they said that they would not have the dress In time for my date they specifically said in November 2024 that it would be ready this left me devastated because my whole party was ready. We were just waiting on the dress. I was hysterical for two weeks because I thought I was not gonna find another dress and they couldn’t have told us earlier that they wouldn’t have the dress in time this left me with two months to look for another dress we ordered this dress in November they should have as a professional business Let us know that it might have not gotten there on time so we would be looking at other dress shops just in case this one didn’t come in thankfully I explained my situation to this other dress shop blessed their souls They found me my dream dress in less than three weeks. I’m not saying that this dress shop is completely bad or horrible. Honestly The girls that work here were really nice I was just really disappointed that my dress didn’t come in on time when they specifically said we did have time to have the dress shipped there. Just be warned in case you do decide to buy your dress here just in case you live the same experience I did I would never wish that kind of experience on my worst enemy

I went to another store and was treated terribly just for my weight and was super self conscious when walking into this boutique just to be proven wrong. Everyone here is super supportive and loving. Had an appointment today at 6pm. I spoke to a girl to schedule an appointment to make sure but when i got here no one was there. We called several times and told me they would call me back in 10 mins. They did not call back, i had to call back many times for them to even pick up. The problem was not them answering. It’s that I live an hour from this place! They told me they had something that came up I understand life happens but next time let the PAYING customer know. Please do better.

acabamos de salir de este lugar, llegamos solamente por que mi hija vio que tenían vestidos de XV y queria ver opciones, desde que llegamos nisiquiera un buenas tardes NADA, nadie se acercó a preguntarnos que necesitábamos únicamente a decirme que no se permiten fotos o videos por lo que le entregué mi teléfono a mi esposo, bueno nadie volvio a acercarse, mientras estuvimos caminando una mujer al parecer la dueña o encargada escucho que mi esposo mencionó que faltaban aun 2 años asi que en 3 ocasiones nos dijo que volviéramos cuando faltara un año (cosa que no debería de importarte si yo quiero comprarle el vestido antes o despues ese es problema mio) no fuiste buena para preguntarnos el estilo que buscábamos o por lo menos para saludar pero si para meterte en nuestras conversaciones, mi hija y yo hablábamos sobre los colores ella estaba indecisa entre negro o rosa, le dije que si ella veia un diseño que le gustara podia mandarselo a hacer en el color que ella quisiera y esta mujer se volvio a meter para decir que ellos no hacían eso OK! Quiza si hubieras hecho tu trabajo de orientación podrias haberlo dicho de una mejor manera pero en cambio te viste como una persona grosera y poco profesional y en 3 ocasiones nos sugeriste sutilmente que nos retiraramos y que hiciéramos cita.. no te preocupes JAMAS VOLVEREMOS nos trataste asi por que creíste que no teníamos el $ para pagar quiza por nuestra vestimenta informal pero buenoo fuiste poco profesional asi que no te preocupes no regresaremos, trabajo con tantas XV añeras por mi negocio asi que cuando me pidan recomendaciones me aseguraré de no mencionarte ❤️ mejora tu servicio al cliente hermosa

ACTUALIZACIÓN: el problema no es la recomendacion (que nadie te pidio) el problema es como lo hiciste con una urgencia de que nos fueramos, ojala y esa misma urgencia hubiera sido para dar un buen servicio acercarte decir “buenas tardes en que les podemos ayudar, tienen cita”? Asi te podriamos aver dicho “no pero queremos ver” y hubieras hecho tu chamba “una disculpa solo atendemos por cita” y se acabó el problema “oh ok gracias y nos retiramos” eso era todo

Happy and thankful with all the girls at Lamore. They helped my daughter have ideas to picking her dream dress. They were so nice and very patient with us. The best customer service, and as well they make you feel comfortable. We were never rushed, and we’ve visited the store 2 times before my daughter said yes to the dress! Greatly disappointed in this place. We had an appointment for 11 when they opened. At 11, an employee showed up by herself. There were two other families with 11am appointments. No pictures or video allowed in the store. The largest size available to try on was a 12, and my niece was only allowed to try on two. I wasn’t impressed by the customer service either. No one was rude, but we didn’t feel like anyone was interested in our business. A quinceañera is a momentous time in a young woman’s life, it should be special. My niece felt anything but that. The owner talked to us, but didn’t give her name, she said she would remember us if we decided to come back and purchase from them. We kept hearing they are a new store as an excuse for everything. Any alterations came at an additional price, where previous stores I’ve been to would customize the dress with no additional charge. We will not return nor will we recommend this establishment. Don’t waste your time here.

Very good prices for dresses and other accessories and very helpful customer service, 100%super recommended and they make you feel confident in your dresses and help out with options for crowns and see your expression on what you like !! And they were down to negociate prices w us which I liked and satisfied me because not every business would do that.

Despota, groseras y poco profesional a más no poder. Como es posible que corras a quien entra al lugar solo porque la niña todavia no le falta 1 año para cumplir sus XV? Si yo quiero ir a ver vestidos con mi niña de 5 años ustedes que les v4lga, no estan perdiendo dinero porque estemos viendo vestidos, el lugar no se le paraba ni las moscas como para que estemos estorbando, y en ningun momento pedimos ni ayuda ni opinion de ustedes como para que signifique una perdida de tiempo para ustedes si decido entrar con mi sobrina a esa tienda. Tanto les estorba que vaya alguien a ver sus p3dorros vestidos? Se creen Balenciaga o Gucci para tratar de esa manera a las personas?
Que ustedes cuando van a home depot a ver herramientas o cosas del hogas se les ha acercado un empleado a decirles “si no van a comprar herramientas deben irse”?
Y lo mas p3dante es que todavia andan aqui justificando a la señora grosera que corrio a mi hermana y mi sobrina del lugar solo porque tenia 13 años. Diciendo “no veo nada de malo en eso pero lamento que te sientas asi”.
Por mi se pueden ir pero muchisimo… un puesto de tianguis en mi pueblo tiene más clase y sobretodo educación que ustedes.

Upon arrival the store is beautiful but there was a weird scent. The older Asian lady helped us she was not very helpful and told me some dresses would not fit I asked if we could clamp them and she said no. She was very rude and short and my daughter said she was really rough helping her butt on the dress. My daughter was not in the dress more than 10 minutes and already had indentations from how tight she put it on. My daughter said the fabric was itchy and cheap filling. We did not return or purchase a dress

Let me tell you ladies if your looking for a special occasion dress or quinceanera dress go to La Mora, They have such large variety of beautiful dresses, today I went in with my mom & daughter looking for a special occasion dress And the lady there ,the owner she was amazing She measure us and pointed us into the right direction of our sizes, there are lots of choices She was so helpful, We didn’t feel rush, she let us try on 3 or 4 dresses each , told us what kind of dress would look Good on our body size, We found our dresses . Price was great , I highly recommend this place They have a little bit of everything I got bras there ,my mom got a comb for her hair .We will definitely be returning for another dress in the future .please ladies give this place a try The mall doesn’t even have this kind of variety especially if you’re on the bigger size

The owners are so rude. They lady took my dress out of my hand when she opened the changing room door and said I will get you your right size. She then also told me I wouldn’t fit in a dress that was size 12 and I couldn’t try it in. I went and tried it on when she wasn’t looking and it zipped and was my perfect size. We won’t be back and will purchase all of our dresses else where.

So my daughter went to go try on dresses, mind you had went before and the they let her try on dresses. Today she went and the freakin owner looked her up and down, and flat out told my daughter she couldn’t try on dresses cause they are for skinny girls. My daughter’s heart was broken she said she had never felt so bad about herself. The sad thing is that we were gonna buy the dress cash today. I guess things happen for a reason. I was not there cause I would have given that lady a piece of my mind. So her cousin took her Azteca and they said the lady was awesome. My money will be going to better customer service and where people respect everyone no matter what size you are or how you may look!!

Had been here a few years back and everything was good but now everything seems outdated and the store associates are just rude especially the older lady. They just make you uncomfortable when trying to shop.

Went here for my daughter’s Quinceanera dress, as well as all the damas dresses. They were SO helpful, friendly, and willing to work with us, as one of our damas lives out of states. We will definitely be returning for any formal wear needs!

This place is amazing! If they don’t have it they will get it for you! we saw a dress but they didn’t have her size they ordered it and it came 2 days later. My daughter tried it on and it was loose from straps and the seamstress fixed it same day! It didn’t take long at all. This dress we need it for Saturday and I am so happy we came here! I checked several stores in Mesa and nothing compares with the great customer service we had from the owners David and his wife Rosa. I recommend this place 10000% Tell them Janet sent you!

I purchased the best girdle/belt that I can wear at home and at the gym. Super sturdy and well priced. It’s been difficult to find a place that carries these quality waist trainers. The store even carries these belts for men, super great variety. Thanks so much. I’ll definitely be back! 🙂

I initially made an order through the website of this store. I never received as little as a confirmation email to notify me that my order had been processed. But the money surely got taken out of my bank account. I went into the store to discuss the situation only to be told that by the manager that I was never charged and there was a problem with my paypal account. I payed for a SECOND item completely giving in to what I was told. I then later checked my bank statement and discovered I was charged two completely separate times. To reassure, I called my bank and they confirmed that the payment I made online was voided from my account the first day I placed the order. My overall verdict of this place is that it’s cheap and ran by a scam artist. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

My mom and I went here to look for wedding dresses. Once my mom found a dress she wanted to try on, she went to ask the 2 girls up front, the girls just looked at each other smiled and one of them said to come back in a month or 2, because they get new shipment in. What does that have to do with my mom wanting to try on a dress in the now. The girls didn’t ask if she wanted to try one on nothing.

I’m sorry if I was the associate working there or the boss, I would ask the customer if they needed help and try to make sales. I guess they don’t want to work. Zero stars.

I went in with my sister this past weekend and ordered her dress here. Absolutely impeccable service. The dresses were stunning and the prices were amazing. They treated us the best out of all the other stores here in arizona . We got there after closing time and they stayed overtime just to help us find her dress. I don’t usually believe in leaving negative reviews, but this experience warrants an exception. We bought a dress for my sister’s quinceañera and paid for it in full the day we went to the shop. We were told it would likely arrive in November, but at latest the beginning of December. When we called to inquire about the dress in December, we were told it didn’t arrive. We spent the next several weeks calling and stopping in the shop to ask about the dress. During the course of this my family was disrespected and kicked out of the shop. At one point, the owner threatened to withold the dress until the date of the quinceañera. Disregarding the lack of customer service and communication, the inability of the owner to run the business and track merchandise is truly worrying. It is stressful enough to plan a quinceañera without worrying about receiving one of the most important pieces of the affair. This shop has a history of negative experiences if you take the time to look through the reviews. Save yourself the stress and worry and look for another vendor.

I had my first visit today at Elisa’s to only try on dresses for my daughter and we had stress free visit. I was referred here by a friend. The ladies were great, I believe it was the owners daughter that helped us today, she was very kind. She helped my daughter try on as many dresses as she wanted and explained the entire deposit and payment process to me. I’ve look at a few other quince dress stores in Phx and honestly this place has been the best so far. We will be returning soon to order her XV dress! Thank you.

Compramos vestido de quinceañera para nuestra hija en Noris Bridal las señoras que antienden el local son muy amables pudimos adaptar un diseño de vestido de sus revistas para que fuera mas modesto. El vestido quedó hermoso lo unico que no me gusto fue que el aro que lleva el vestido no fue un aro que soportara el peso del vestido. El vestido se aplanaba enfrente y se miraba rraro porque se habria hacia los lados dandole un visto plano y ancho que no me gusto. Ensima de todo el aro estaba muy grande de largo y las señoras que atienden me habian dicho que le quitara el primer aro de arriba para que el vestido luciera mas esponjoso cosa que cuando lo hice mire que el aro no es mas que un cable sensillo y ensima oxidado tuve que quitarlo puesto que el aro se arrastraba y aun asi como el aro estaba debil mi hija batallo para poder andar en el vestido caminaba pateandolo y no se miraba bien. Con este vestido agarramos el “paquete” que viene con el vestido,corona,biblia,aro,muñeca,tocado,libro de fotos,libro de firmas, copas,cuchillos de pastel,recuerdos. Pero honestamente siendo la primer quinceañera que hacemos algunas cosas en el tipo de como adornan las cosas no fue de nuestro gusto en algunas cosas. Tambien ordenamos con ellas las invitaciones que estuvieron divinas.

My dad ordered a tuxedo, put a downpayment$ . When he went to pick up, day beore party. owner told him he canceled suit. Owner told mom he called. My mom asked he to show proof of fone call.she couldnt. So dad had only one day to find tuxedo elsewhere. So found slacks, shoes at other place. I woulnd not recomment doing duiss good thing he only pais a deposit only. Rest assured. Im calling bbb soon. To warn customers of losing their deposit.

I lost 600.00 to these people. DO NOT buy here. I had ordered a custom dress for my daughters sweet 15. The dress was nothing like what we had ordered. They insisted it was what we ordered ,material was very off. They only wanted to add sequins to the dress but the COLOR was OFF. The owner never showed up, they had me waiting kept saying 30 min for like 2 hrs.They only take cash so u dont do a claim with the bank and our hands are tied. Well we went else where.

0 stars!! I would have given this place zero stars if I could because of all the lies they told us. We ordered a dress for a sweet 16, and the dress never got here on time. Days before the party, the dress hadn’t arrived, they kep promising it was getting here 2 days before the party, with a venue already paid for and a caterer ready we went to ask for our money back so we could look for another dress already made, it was our only option at this point, and they claimed the owner “was out of Phoenix for a week.” What a coincidence! They always wanted cash, thank God we always make card payments, we had to call our bank and make a dispute. After they felt threatened the owner came back the next day and returned our money. Do NOT do business here, if you do not want to be disappointed. This experience was way too stressful and would not wish it upon anyone.

I went to see if they did refunds or exchanges due to small sizing and they told me they didn’t do either in a rude way after asking why they said well we have a sign there, we don’t refund we can exchange? Ok so first you say no to both then change what you say? Companies need better personnel that know hot to be kind and customer service oriented- I would give a 0! Never buying here beside being rude they are way over priced, I was in a rush last minute item or I wouldn’t have bought anything there!

Fui un Martes y habia una joven con pelo obscuro que tiene muy mal caracter para atender a los clientes! Le pedi informacion de invitaciones para boda y nomas tenia su cara de pocos amigos y me contestaba de mala manera! Yo fui amable con ella y la verdad no tenia que haberme tratado asi!

If I can give no stars I would. Very poor customer service, both women, an older woman with blonde streaks, glasses(mexican) and a olive skinned young girl with curly brown hair were extremely rude to my mother. They asked who the wedding dress was for and my mom said it’s for me and they gave us a look and they said for you with disbelief and a tone of like they were making fun of her. At first they said they wouldn’t have any in her size, only for skinny young girls. Than they were you know we do have one for your age and they showed her a very short dress with a vest with little diamonds, basically a kids dress. They were laughing at her.

Don’t come here if you want to be made fun of and treated rudely.

Hello everyone I would highly recommend this amazing store they have beautiful dresses and options to customize so so much different parts of the dress. I went in today and the store has pso much options already, but I was able to make my dream dress. I highly recommend Xiema I believe was her name is a very attentive lady she is amazing snd super talented with sewing all the dresses. Great place to find a dream dress to make!

We started working with Daniela’s last summer creating a custom dress for a special occasion in April. We had visited other stores prior to coming to this store, but those stores didn’t quite have what we were looking for, which was a bit more modest than other dresses we had found. Daniela’s worked patiently with us, making suggestions along the way. They suggestions were always tactful and kind. I noticed a few reviews here stating they are expensive, but I urge those considering working with Daniela’s to keep in mind they are getting a one of a kind, customized creation. Our dress was exquisite and everyone could not stop talking about how beautiful it was. Thank you!!

They were very helpful the daughter and the mom rae very understanding and kind people. We went in looking for a custom dress and they helped with every inch of detailing the dress i 100% recommend them!

We used Daniella’s Quinceaneras to create a custom dress for a special event in April. They worked with us to make a completely custom design. They were wonderful and has many helpful suggestions for color, materials, appliques and embellishments, but always deferred to what we wanted. They are expensive, but the dress was everything we asked for.

Purchased a complete package for a set price which included everything to be custom. My daughter wanted her dress fuller at the bottom and was going to be charged 200$ more for them to add more to make it look fuller on the bottom. Waited until the last minute for everything, I had to purchase other invitations prior due to the final invitations not being ready until 3 weeks before. Communication is horrible. Text messages are not replied to and they are only open by appointment. First thing asked when walking in was “do you have an appointment?” Not to include to rent the hoop and items to go under the dress are an additional 450$ to rent with 100 deposit. I am extremely unsatisfied. Save your time and do not bother going here.
