Upon arrival the store is beautiful but there was a weird scent. The older Asian lady helped us she was not very helpful and told me some dresses would not fit I asked if we could clamp them and she said no. She was very rude and short and my daughter said she was really rough helping her butt on the dress. My daughter was not in the dress more than 10 minutes and already had indentations from how tight she put it on. My daughter said the fabric was itchy and cheap filling. We did not return or purchase a dress

Let me tell you ladies if your looking for a special occasion dress or quinceanera dress go to La Mora, They have such large variety of beautiful dresses, today I went in with my mom & daughter looking for a special occasion dress And the lady there ,the owner she was amazing She measure us and pointed us into the right direction of our sizes, there are lots of choices She was so helpful, We didn't feel rush, she let us try on 3 or 4 dresses each , told us what kind of dress would look Good on our body size, We found our dresses . Price was great , I highly recommend this place They have a little bit of everything I got bras there ,my mom got a comb for her hair .We will definitely be returning for another dress in the future .please ladies give this place a try The mall doesn't even have this kind of variety especially if you're on the bigger size

They had very cute ball gowns and fitted dresses! Very decent price too. Will be recommending to friends and family.

The owners are so rude. They lady took my dress out of my hand when she opened the changing room door and said I will get you your right size. She then also told me I wouldn’t fit in a dress that was size 12 and I couldn’t try it in. I went and tried it on when she wasn’t looking and it zipped and was my perfect size. We won’t be back and will purchase all of our dresses else where.

So my daughter went to go try on dresses, mind you had went before and the they let her try on dresses. Today she went and the freakin owner looked her up and down, and flat out told my daughter she couldn’t try on dresses cause they are for skinny girls. My daughter’s heart was broken she said she had never felt so bad about herself. The sad thing is that we were gonna buy the dress cash today. I guess things happen for a reason. I was not there cause I would have given that lady a piece of my mind. So her cousin took her Azteca and they said the lady was awesome. My money will be going to better customer service and where people respect everyone no matter what size you are or how you may look!!

Had been here a few years back and everything was good but now everything seems outdated and the store associates are just rude especially the older lady. They just make you uncomfortable when trying to shop.

Went here for my daughter's Quinceanera dress, as well as all the damas dresses. They were SO helpful, friendly, and willing to work with us, as one of our damas lives out of states. We will definitely be returning for any formal wear needs!
