If you’re a future quinceañera looking for a dress shop be warned about this dress shop I had the most horrible experience with this dress shop I went to the dress shop first on my quinceañera dress shop list and all the other dress shops. I could not find the specific dress that I wanted and I was really stuck on it because it was so beautiful. Only other dress shops were asking me where the dress was from that I wanted to get when they found out, it was from adore me couture all 5 of them told me to not buy there because they had a history of letting their clients down I was very stubborn and I did not listen to their warnings, but I should’ve. I bought my dress in November of 2024 and my quinceañera was set for June 2025. They told me I had time for it to get there later on in 2025 it was February and they had called my parents and told them that I could try on the dress march 2 . The dress was still not there. They kept pushing back the day until we got to about march 16th and they said that for sure, the dress was going to be in the shop and they kept switching up their story on why the dress was not there One day, my parents went to go ask what was wrong with the dress and they said that they would not have the dress In time for my date they specifically said in November 2024 that it would be ready this left me devastated because my whole party was ready. We were just waiting on the dress. I was hysterical for two weeks because I thought I was not gonna find another dress and they couldn’t have told us earlier that they wouldn’t have the dress in time this left me with two months to look for another dress we ordered this dress in November they should have as a professional business Let us know that it might have not gotten there on time so we would be looking at other dress shops just in case this one didn’t come in thankfully I explained my situation to this other dress shop blessed their souls They found me my dream dress in less than three weeks. I’m not saying that this dress shop is completely bad or horrible. Honestly The girls that work here were really nice I was just really disappointed that my dress didn’t come in on time when they specifically said we did have time to have the dress shipped there. Just be warned in case you do decide to buy your dress here just in case you live the same experience I did I would never wish that kind of experience on my worst enemy

Me and my daughter had a great experience here. The first dress my daughter tried on she fell in love with but since it was our first store we went to we decided to continue looking. So we went to about 3 other stores and didn't find anything compared to the dress at Adore Me. We returned and ordered the dress in her size, we also purchased her crown and ramo from them as well everything is so beautiful. We can't wait for her big day!! Also a huge thank you to Alejandra and blanca they were so nice and very patient with us. The best customer service, and as well they make you feel comfortable.

The staff here were so sweet and made me feel like a princess even with the size I am. I went to another store and was treated terribly just for my weight and was super self conscious when walking into this boutique just to be proven wrong. Everyone here is super supportive and loving. In the end they helped me find my dream dress and im so grateful to them. I had 0 problems with them and they truly listen to you n what you are looking for in a dress. Thank you guys so much!

I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the beautiful dress and crown; they were absolutely perfect for my baby! Your kindness and hospitality during our visits meant so much to us, even on the occasions when we didn't have a scheduled appointment! It was always a pleasure to be welcomed so warmly. Had an appointment today at 6pm. I spoke to a girl to schedule an appointment to make sure but when i got here no one was there. We called several times and told me they would call me back in 10 mins. They did not call back, i had to call back many times for them to even pick up. The problem was not them answering. It’s that I live an hour from this place! They told me they had something that came up I understand life happens but next time let the PAYING customer know. Please do better.
