Grace Loves Lace - Phoenix Bridal Boutique

I had the most wonderful experience with this boutique and couldn't be more happy. HUGE thank you to Tess and Unique who made my shopping experience amazing.. I was able to purchase my wedding dress and veil with the utmost confidence. I didn't realize all that goes into the wedding dress process and couldn't believe the quality and stunning elegance of each item. Tess and Unique were so kind and helpful, ensuring I didn't overlook anything, asking thoughtful questions and offering professional suggestions. They made me feel like a bride shopping for that special dress and I must say.. that's a blessing not suitable as an expectation, as most would rightfully assume. I also had a time crunch that they gracefully protected me from the stress of and handled it all effortlessly. I left the shop on cloud nine from my purchase, I couldn't be more over the moon satisfied. I continued on with my day of additional shop visits, even though I had found my dress, because I had confirmed the other appointments and at the end of the day - boy was I glad I found Grace Loves Lace. Hands down top of the line and beautiful dresses/experience. Could not recommend more. THANK YOU!

I had an incredible experience with Gabe during my first appointment! He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring the entire time. He really listened to what I was looking for and offered thoughtful, spot-on recommendations. Believe it or not, the very first dress he picked out ended up being the one! It truly felt like fate. I can’t recommend the experience enough!

Tess was wonderful during my appointment at Grace Loves Lace! She was knowledgeable, patient, fun, and so helpful as I figured out my style. There is a nice variety of gowns, and I felt no pressure to buy during my appointment. We loved the feel of the bridal salon, and the complementary champagne and was a delightful touch!

This bridal shop is so cute and the staff working there are so sweet and genuinely care about their brides! I'm a local wedding photographer who stopped in to take some test shots of a gown one of my brides purchased for her wedding day - she had expressed some concern to me about how the shiny dress material would photograph so I called and scheduled a time to pop in! Jenna was so sweet and accommodating, she had the gown ready for me upon arrival. The dress is beautiful and photographs extremely. Thanks to Jenna, I was able to help put my brides mind at ease before her wedding day.

Edit: Beware if you expect your dress to fit 'ready to wear' or like it did in the showroom... you will likely still need alterations. I'd recommend reading some of the reviews on reddit because there are a lot of brides that have issues with Grace Loves Lace dresses. -- I'm severely unhappy with my dress they sent me. It feels like a completely different fabric and I still have no resolution after weeks of back and forth. I picked a larger size from getting that recommendation from my bridal consultant. I revisited the store and they pressed my dress and tried to make it fit better, but I still wasn't happy. I was told I now have to contact their Australian CX team for any exchanges and that the store could no longer help me. The GLL team here in the Phoenix store is very nice but this business has failed to resolve my issues or take any ownership for the situation, which has only added unnecessary stress to what should be an exciting time leading up to my wedding. Would not recommend Grace Loves Lace to any bride. — Our bridal consultant Tess was beyond sweet. We had other appointments that day but ended up choosing the Bella dress. Thanks Tess for being my personal assistant and telling the other bridal stores I wouldn't be making it to my other appointments, and all the laughs.

This show room is absolutely gorgeous! It felt so comfortable and organic, which is an entirely different feel from other wedding dress shops I’d been to. Danielle my consultant was so genuine and had such great vibes! she was also so knowledgeable and just made the entire experience enjoyable and tailored. I love that GLL gives you a more customized fit that other dress shops don’t. I ended up getting my dress here yes because it was gorgeous and checked all the boxes, but ultimately it feels so comfortable on. GLL dresses do not have all the boning/wires many others have. The selection of dresses are all very classic, sexy and romantic and really accentuate your figure. I could have not asked for a better experience and feel so confident in my choice!

This boutique’s designs combined with stylists that have skilled eyes selecting what you will look breathless wearing on your DAY, make it hands down the best decision you can make in your forever memories entering its doors! Gabe has a vision like no other I’ve encountered when it comes to seeing you in a light you may not have been able to visualize for yourself. I had my mind set on styles that would flatter my figure, I don’t stray when my mind is set often. I am very straight forward, direct and know what I want and stubborn to top that off. Gabe changed my vision and the way I saw myself completely the day we met. He asked if I’d be willing to try on something not in my vocalized wheelhouse that he thought would open my eyes to something different. I am a believer in try everything once. He brought a form fitting, thigh slit, low back, ruched satin gown and hung it on my stand. Well my wheelhouse does not constitute low, high or form anything. I stood behind the curtain holding the dress wondering why I was even attempting putting it on. I was so worried about getting it on without ripping it I was honestly somewhat panicked. I have no idea how I slipped that dress over my head with ease and no sound of a seem burst. This stretch satin material is the most incredible material I’ve ever encountered in my life! I’ve always been built to have issues with any form fitting garments as they fit great here but there is a train wreck if I can manage to get them fully on at all. When Gabe opened the curtain to see me, his face said it all…priceless, I felt like the princess I wanted to be on my day and when he presented me to my family, my 13 year old daughter cried. See Gabe had a vision I could not see, he opened my eyes that day and I am forever grateful. Grace Loves Lace is a majestic line of beautiful fabrics and designs coupled with stylists who can get you to that castle. Thank you Gabe much love
