She went and found a couple more and absolutely fell in love with the 1st one we tried that she brought us. She asked all of the right questions and immediately captured the vision making our wedding dress hunt much easier. She was a pleasure to have help us and recommend her!

I’m a new bride and just went to my first dress shopping experience. Not knowing I was going to find the dress!! My experience was amazing and very easy going. Shelby and Rozanna helped me out a lot. They helped find my vision and bring it to life. It always helped so much to have my bridal party also do their fitting and finding a dress as well. And Shelby succeeded to the top working with all of us! I would definitely recommend this location and these employees to help you out!

I worked with Renee. She was very helpful and great to work with. After trying on many dresses I ended up liking one off the sale rack the best. The dress ended up being on a really good clearance when we went online to check for my size. Renee continued to service me and provided the best customer service. She was a pleasure to work with and I felt no pressure to buy and she worked with me to find the dress that looked best on me. I will definitely go back to David’s Bridal and recommend Renee! I had such a wonderful experience at this store today! My stylist, Krystal, was absolutely amazing. I came in alone, feeling nervous about finding a wedding dress, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. With less than a month until my wedding, I was really hoping to find something that day, and thanks to Krystal, I did. She was very attentive. She helped me pull so many beautiful options, and in the end I found the perfect dress that fit like a glove, along with shoes to match. I could not be happier with my experience.

Trinity was amazing. I loved that she gave her input.. on the look and also helping me try different style of dresses!!

I went in today not sure if I would find anything due to my price restraints, but LeRetha (I may be spelling that wrong! I’m sorry!) worked her magic, found me the exact dress I wanted and in my price range. And her ritual that she does is so sweet, and comforting. All in all my experience was a 10 out of 10. I had an amazing experience yesterday buying my wedding dress with Guiliana. She was fun, attentive, and picked perfect dresses based on the ones I showed her that I loved on their website. The first dress I tried on ended up being the one I ordered.
The store manager, Jenna, was wonderful and so sweet.
My only other experience was about 8 years ago at David’s Bridal and this was a drastically different experience and 100x better.
I looked briefly at DB’s website before bypassing them in favor of the much better selection at Luv and I’m so glad I did!

I had the most incredible experience at Luv Bridal Phoenix! My bridal stylist, Becky, was an absolute gem. She made me feel so seen, supported, and celebrated. Becky was not only sweet and FUN to be around, but also incredibly CONFIDENT and knowledgeable. She effortlessly led the appointment, offering expert guidance and thoughtful recommendations throughout.

I came in with a vision and inspiration photos, and Becky matched them perfectly—but what really set her apart was how she also pulled dresses based on my body type and my desire to feel both classy and sexy. And to my surprise… one of her picks completely stole my heart. It ended up being the dress—the one I said yes to!

I had the best experience at Luv! Becky was my stylist and she is the BEST. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. I went to go find my dress a few days ago and had Rebecca as my stylist. She was absolutely wonderful and made the day very special!! She really listened to the things that I wanted in a dress and helped me narrow it down until I found the dress that said yes to! The building itself is beautiful and has a wide range of dress styles, including custom orders and ones off the rack. The dresses are super well made and high quality with very reasonable price ranges. I would highly recommend Luv Bridal if you are looking for your dress, it is leagues above the places I’ve been before.

I got married on April 4, 2025 and started looking for a dress late 2023/early 2024. I’ve gone to a few different stores, but I absolutely fell in love with this place! They were so helpful in helping me find a dress and were super sweet! I loved the whole experience and the lady who did my alterations was super helpful, sweet, and understanding! I didn’t get my dress from David’s Bridal, but I did take it here for alterations. I normally don’t leave reviews but, y’all, this team was absolutely incredible. They heard all of my concerns with the dress (namely that I had lost some weight and it didn’t fit right, and it was too long), offered comprehensive solutions, and were transparent about both the timeline and the price. The David’s Bridal Avondale Alterations Team took what was quickly becoming the most stressful part of my wedding planning and made it exciting and (no pun intended) seamless. I’m so happy I brought my dress here and you absolutely should too.

I had a great experience with my visit. I made an appointment to come in to shop for a Mother of the Bride dress. The sales associate that helped me (I wish I could remember her name) was very professional and friendly. She was there when I needed help zipping up dresses. The prices were what I expected them to be (most dresses were around $200). The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the lack of dresses in my size. Formal wear I usually wear 12 or 14. The lack of sizes in the different dresses really limited my choices. I did end up going back and buying a dress that the bride approved of and I am happy with my purchase. The sales associate offered to have their seamstress come talk to me about alterations but I don’t live anywhere near this store so I opted out. Now I just can’t wait to wear it!

My appointment couldn’t have gone any better. I went in with my profile and certain styles in mind. I told my stylist my theme and she said I have the perfect dress for you. I would have never picked this dress out but it was perfect and I said ” Yes to the Dress ” all thanks to Imani. I am going to be booking my bridesmaid and flower girl appointments with her as well. Without her I would have never found my princess Belle dress.

My experience left me speechless. Eduardo was beyond helpful from the beginning to the end. He listened to the situation I was in with dresses and he calmed my mind and reassured me. He was great conversation, there was never an awkward moment. I was able to say YES to the dress and I don’t think I could’ve done it without him. I would recommend everyone to him!

Came here with my sister to brainstorm dress styles and maybe say yes to a dress. Ended up having a blast and finding the PERFECT dress for my sister that matched exactly what she wanted! We had Imani as our stylist and she made the entire experience AMAZING and so fun! Her whole attitude and perspective put my sister at ease and had us laughing and smiling the whole time. 10/10 service, and would hope every bride-to-be can have as good an experience as we had.

I also want to mention the stylist who assisted me, I wish I remembered her name, but she has a curly hair and tattoos. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and she really made me feel at ease during such an important moment. She did her job so well and I’m truly grateful for her help.

I had the best experience at Brilliant Bridal the woman who helped me with everything was Alli and she was so sweet and super helpful in finding my dream dress! No questions about my budget and they had plenty of budget friendly options my budget was $1500 and found the perfect dress for that price. Also many options under that price! I would 100% recommend coming here! Some of the wedding dresses I tried some are closer to $1000! Also all of the dresses are even more beautiful in person and the pictures do them justice. Plus they are all off the rack and ready to go home with you!

Marlena was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and invested in finding the right dress for me among all of the beautiful options. There is a wide selection of necklines, silhouettes, and degree of embellishments, and Marlena helped immensely in figuring out my style. This was the first day I’ve tried on wedding dresses. I honestly was a little bit stressed because I’m so indecisive and didn’t quite have the vision yet. I brought my mom and sister to help me with their input but Maria was incredibly helpful too and she helped make it a fun and exciting experience. I had an incredible experience with Gabe during my first appointment! He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring the entire time. He really listened to what I was looking for and offered thoughtful, spot-on recommendations. Believe it or not, the very first dress he picked out ended up being the one! It truly felt like fate. Tess was wonderful during my appointment at Grace Loves Lace! She was knowledgeable, patient, fun, and so helpful as I figured out my style. There is a nice variety of gowns, and I felt no pressure to buy during my appointment. We loved the feel of the bridal salon, and the complementary champagne and was a delightful touch!

This bridal shop is so cute and the staff working there are so sweet and genuinely care about their brides! I’m a local wedding photographer who stopped in to take some test shots of a gown one of my brides purchased for her wedding day – she had expressed some concern to me about how the shiny dress material would photograph so I called and scheduled a time to pop in!

Jenna was so sweet and accommodating, she had the gown ready for me upon arrival. The dress is beautiful and photographs extremely. Thanks to Jenna, I was able to help put my brides mind at ease before her wedding day.

Edit: Beware if you expect your dress to fit ‘ready to wear’ or like it did in the showroom… you will likely still need alterations. I’d recommend reading some of the reviews on reddit because there are a lot of brides that have issues with Grace Loves Lace dresses.

I’m severely unhappy with my dress they sent me. It feels like a completely different fabric and I still have no resolution after weeks of back and forth. I picked a larger size from getting that recommendation from my bridal consultant.

I revisited the store and they pressed my dress and tried to make it fit better, but I still wasn’t happy. I was told I now have to contact their Australian CX team for any exchanges and that the store could no longer help me.

The GLL team here in the Phoenix store is very nice but this business has failed to resolve my issues or take any ownership for the situation, which has only added unnecessary stress to what should be an exciting time leading up to my wedding.

Would not recommend Grace Loves Lace to any bride.

This show room is absolutely gorgeous! It felt so comfortable and organic, which is an entirely different feel from other wedding dress shops I’d been to. Danielle my consultant was so genuine and had such great vibes! she was also so knowledgeable and just made the entire experience enjoyable and tailored. I love that GLL gives you a more customized fit that other dress shops don’t. I ended up getting my dress here yes because it was gorgeous and checked all the boxes, but ultimately it feels so comfortable on. GLL dresses do not have all the boning/wires many others have. The selection of dresses are all very classic, sexy and romantic and really accentuate your figure. I could have not asked for a better experience and feel so confident in my choice!

Gabe has a vision like no other I’ve encountered when it comes to seeing you in a light you may not have been able to visualize for yourself.

I had my mind set on styles that would flatter my figure, I don’t stray when my mind is set often. I am very straight forward, direct and know what I want and stubborn to top that off.
Gabe changed my vision and the way I saw myself completely the day we met.

He asked if I’d be willing to try on something not in my vocalized wheelhouse that he thought would open my eyes to something different. I am a believer in try everything once.
He brought a form fitting, thigh slit, low back, ruched satin gown and hung it on my stand.
Well my wheelhouse does not constitute low, high or form anything.

I stood behind the curtain holding the dress wondering why I was even attempting putting it on. I was so worried about getting it on without ripping it I was honestly somewhat panicked.

I have no idea how I slipped that dress over my head with ease and no sound of a seem burst. This stretch satin material is the most incredible material I’ve ever encountered in my life! I’ve always been built to have issues with any form fitting garments as they fit great here but there is a train wreck if I can manage to get them fully on at all.

When Gabe opened the curtain to see me, his face said it all…priceless, I felt like the princess I wanted to be on my day and when he presented me to my family, my 13 year old daughter cried.

See Gabe had a vision I could not see, he opened my eyes that day and I am forever grateful.

Found Lana here on Google and was hoping to just find a good seamstress… Turns out Lana wasnt just a good one, she was a great one! Lana took my dress and veil and did exactly what my vision was by even turning my veil into a cape! She never rushed me and even added extra appointments to make sure I liked what her intentions were before going on. She blew my expectations out of the water honestly and I know she would take care of you with grace and skill as well. You really can’t go wrong!

Lana was so sweet, kind, and professional! She did an incredible job with my dress and it was an excellent experience. In the chaos and stress of wedding planning, she made the process so easy and enjoyable. She is lovely, her work is impeccable, and would highly highly recommend!!!

Lana was amazing! I was nervous because I didn’t have a ton of time and didn’t know what to expect. My dress didn’t need much, just hemmed at the bottom and she added a loop for an optional wrist wrap – her turnaround was so quick and it looks perfect! Highly recommend her for bridal alterations, you’re in good hands!

Lana was wonderful! She took my direction so well to ensure my dress fit me perfectly and tightly (as desired) on my wedding day. I had a lot of pearls and beading, plus a big train; Lana handled it all with ease, hemmed it, and put in a bustle within a few weeks. I brought my wedding dress in to get it hemmed, add a bustle, and add removable off-the-shoulder sleeves. She did a wonderful job with all of the above and even tightened my bodice to avoid gaping. The bustle design was simple and easy to do after the ceremony. She also drew up a diagram of where all the bustle points were for me to give to the person who would be bustling the dress. She made the bustle points little pearls, because I wore my mom’s pearl necklace for the ceremony. It was perfect.

I cannot recommend Lana enough. She altered my wedding dress for my summertime wedding! From the minute I went to my first alteration appointment , I knew my dress was in great hands. She listened when I described my vision for my dress and then offered her expertise. She was so kind and easy to work with. I felt so confident in her ability to bring my dream to life ! Her work was timely and flawless. I had a little bit of a last-minute emergency, and she was so easy to work with to help me get my dress just perfect for my wedding day! Shopping with Krystal was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked into her boutique, I had the entire space to myself—such a rare and intimate experience that made me feel like the most important bride in the world.

While Krystal didn’t have gowns that matched my exact height and style (something we had discovered in prior conversations), she went above and beyond and was still able to make my appointment special.

She graciously hosted a jewelry and veil consultation just for me, and even took the time to help me search on Amazon for the perfect headpiece when she didn’t have exactly what I needed in-store.

Her veils are stunning—and extremely reasonably priced. To this day, I regret not purchasing one during my visit! I fully plan to return to buy my dream veil from her and take another round of photos, just for fun.

I paid a couple hundred dollars to fly to Phoenix and saved thousands on a dress!! Every dress is in almost perfect condition, most still have the tags and she has a huge selection of all sizes and styles! Krystal is so sweet and helpful, she’s not pushy at all. I fell in love with three dresses, worst part was trying to decide!:) I love this bridal shop!!

Krystal is a wonderful shop owner and a kind person. So professional, so knowledgeable, and just runs a great bridal store without any pressure to get customers to buy. I was comfortable trying on many dresses and styles and me and my group all had such a fun time.

This was my first time buying a dress and went to Don’t Box it Bridal and Krystal was amazing!! You have to set up appointment for a consultation first and during my appointment, she was very professional very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. She had beautiful dress range from size 0-26 I believe that was the biggest size in her size ( please check in with her I may be wrong on the biggest size she has ) Even vintage dresses as well if that what ur looking for. The experience I had was amazing and I would highly go to her again. I said yes to the dress and she even offered to help me with other vendors which is amazing for anyone who is new to buying a dress. I would recommend coming here for not just dress but for the overall friendly environment

Krystal was amazing and found the perfect wedding dress for me. Then her seamstress JoDee came in and promised the perfect fit. Es una gran tienda donde podrás encontrar de todo tipo de diseños y estilos , encontré el vestido perfecto de una de sus diseñadoras directo de Ukrania, la dueña y su asistente te atienden con mucha amabilidad y siempre buscan lo mejor para ti, te orientan y buscan lo más apegado a tus sueños, ambas hablan inglés y español así que me sentí muy bien con eso. Ellas me acompañaron con sus servicios hasta la vegas, puedo decir que me hicieron sentir muy bella, como una completa Reyna , me hicieron sentir muy especial en el mejor día de mi vida. I had such a wonderful experience at this wedding dress store! From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly kind and helpful. Citlally was especially amazing—so patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the differences in veils and made sure I felt comfortable trying on as many dresses as I needed until I found the one that truly took my breath away. She made the entire process fun and stress-free.

What really set them apart was the day-of service they offer. Citlally and her sister went above and beyond to make sure I looked and felt perfect on my big day. After my hair and makeup were done, they helped me into my ball gown and made sure every detail was just right. Her sister even stayed with me right up until I walked down the aisle, making sure my dress was fluffed and my veil was perfectly placed.

They truly made me feel special and cared for every step of the way. Thank you so much for making my wedding experience unforgettable!

Excellent service ! I bought my dress in November of 2023 for my September 2024 wedding and in July 2024 I went to try it on again and they were so kind and easy to work with when I requested some changed made to the dress!! I truly felt like a princess in my Bella’s Bridal dress definitely recommend !!
