I was a little off put by the service I received. There was a very nice Hispanic woman who was super friendly. I enjoyed working with her. Then there was the white lady with a wild look that started helping me... if that's what you wanna call it. I asked for some advice I explained that some of the ideas she suggested were not going to be okay with both partners. Instead of respecting this boundary, she rolled her eyes and told me that we were not going to have a good time.... After I explained the boundary politely, twice... it was apparent that she was more annoyed that I dont have a gay perspective. No one should ever try and force some one into something they are not comfortable with. I found it rude and it made my entire experience uncomfortable. I left and chose not to buy anything.

10/10 great customer service and the employees made me feel welcomed, they were kind and made my experience fun. They were very respectful and educating on the products. They took their time with helping me and answered every question that I had! Would definitely come back again!

This place is the worst. They tell you that you can’t return a cd. They even have a notice on their receipts that say that all adult and lingerie product cannot be exchanged although other product may be exchanged. Talk about a scam.

Absolutely love this store. Customer service is always amazing, and they know a lot about the products. Mick is extremely knowledgeable about the toys and made sure I found the perfect one for me and Vannetta is really helpful and kind. Highly recommend coming here, they even give you a discount if you sign up for an account.

Went in for the first time and spent well around $100 for my purchases. Thought it was a great store at first and I even made an account there. As soon as I left I got a call from the manager saying I’m no longer welcome in because I "stole" a toy. (I did not, and the employee was actually showing me around the store my entire visit). She proceeded to say she has in on camera and should call the police, but won’t. When I asked for the video proof of me "stealing", her employee told me "we can’t send it to you because that area is a blind spot and there is actually no footage or proof you stole"… there were other people in the store as well and we got accused for no good reason. Super rude, unprofessional, and sketchy. Be careful going here.

On 2/4, a customer purchased $100 worth of goods from this business. When she left, she received a phone call from the manager Taylor accusing her of stealing an item that went missing while she was there, claiming to have video evidence. When asked to view this so-called evidence, an employee admitted that there was a blind spot and no actual proof. When the accused customer stated that she didn’t steal anything, the employee tried changing the story and shifting blame onto the other person who came into the store with her. Instead of taking responsibility for losing the product, they went out of their way to call and blame a paying customer. Be careful going here—this place treats paying customers like criminals without any evidence.

Went to Hustler to find a high quality toy and some small gag gifts. The toy display at hustler is exceptional. You have the opportunity to see the toys, hold them, feel them and ultimately see if it’s a good fit for your personal endeavors. Taylor was awesome and helped me find a great toy in my price range. It was rechargeable, waterproof, stylish and discreet. She is very knowledgeable and showed exceptional customer service by actually listening to my needs and showing me a variety of products. Best of all, this store carries high end toys like LELO and WEVIBE. I will definitely be back to store.
