2. The employees here are so patient and understanding. They take their time to help you find what it is you’re searching for and help you narrow down your options to the top best 3 of whatever you’re looking for (let’s be honest, it can be overwhelming).
They have actually knowledge of items in their store such as a lube that’s good for your PH balance and whatnot instead of trying to make you buy the most expensive thing that could be prone to causing yeast infections.

3. This is one of the only Castle Megastores to be designed as a beautiful castle and not a regular block building. And I for one hate that all buildings are the same these days.

4. It is such a fun and welcoming store. They even have a table with toys you can turn on so you can feel the vibrations and textures (with your hands – don’t be weird people). They match your vibe so if you’re nervous they’re not gonna put your interests on blast.

went in today and mars and co (i am bad at names i am SO sorry but someone had cute glasses and someone else had cute green(?) hair!!) were all incredibly helpful, sweet, and overall lovely to interact with. i am thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be back again and again. raises for all of them!!!

Highly inaccessible, claims to not allow masking for ‘securty reasons’, however did not have this posted anywhere on the building or website. Plus they require an ID to even buy from there so they would already have my information regardless of a medical mask. I had had surgery recently and was going to buy dialators for help with my recovery.

Staff is very knowledgeable of product. But when speaking about a product and it’s use it can be a bit more personal. Others can hear. So its not confidential and if its your first time in the store it can be stressful and make you feel embarrassed.

The lady that helped me was very informational and I felt comfortable talking to her about sensitive subjects. She did an awesome job!

Very good store, loads of things from figures, Manga, Comics, pokemon cards, and much more. Price are pretty good aswell.

This place had my mouth watering so badly! It’s absolutely got an epic level of collectibles with fair market pricing that I wish was closer to my home!

It’s somewhat “hole in the wall”-ish so you would have to look it up, but it’s absolutely worth it. I found a personal Grail there for fair price too!

Took my 12 year old for his birthday, he had a absolute blast. Best store in phoenix that I’ve found. Staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is a coordinated effort cause its atrocious. However, worth it.

This store is great! Plenty of great figures and the staff is really friendly! If there is anything anime related that you want, it would probably be here. I came to sell some figures and they are pretty good when it comes to negotiations!

I really like the new setup of the store they have anime manga figures games and comics on one side and then they have the other Marvel DC GI Joe ninja turtles stuff like that on the other side so there’s something there for everybody. Now, if they could only sell chicken wings and root beer floats, I would never leave. The staff is always nice and friendly and knowledgeable in the stuff that you’re looking for. The parking there isn’t all that great, so you might want to have a cab drop you off or get there early enough to get good parking.

“Employee caused further significant damage to my manga set after purchase due to mishandling”

I usually hate to leave bad reviews, but after thinking more and more about my experience, the bad taste in my mouth becomes more and more rotten. Let me get to the point, I walked into this store one afternoon, to purchase a manga book set, a pretty pricey one with a good amount of books but it wasn’t at full price because of some very minor damage. They were on the top shelf so i asked the employee to grab it down for me, and he offered me to check the books and i took the offer. I examined them, a few creases and scratches but otherwise, good condition. We then walked to the counter and I purchased them. He asked if i wanted a box and he said yes, but he didn’t have one so he had to look for one, which was fine because sometimes things run out. He brings back a small box and proceeded to start shoving and pushing my books roughly inside, my manga barely fit inside. I thought he was a little rough but i just reminded myself they handle books all the time so I shouldn’t worry. That was a mistake. When I got home, I cut the box open because i didn’t want to damage my books pulling them out of the box. Finally, i sat looking at them and realized the employee significantly damaged them more, to the point of decreasing the value of them. Now with the few creases and scratches, there were more creases, scratches, he also caused ripping at the spines, he bent several book corners, and caused damage to the pages. Now I’m stuck, having paid more for significant damaged books. I can’t return them because they have a no return policy and i can’t sell for them to another party because i won’t get what I paid for, all because the employee damaged my manga book set after purchase. After talking with friends who shopped there too, this isn’t the first time they have damaged manga due to mishandling.

bro. these guys had mega construx sets and blind bags. I might come back next year and see if they still have the destiny titan pack or the speed bike thing. Destiny sets were discontinued so the fact that these guys have it, its splendid! My sister bought a miku plush from here too. So uhh basically. I got honor guard and banshee breakout, and my little sister got a miku plush. Good store and stuff

Great collection of everything. Cool shop. I’ll be back to pick up more action figures from them soon.

This is a great little toy store for collectibles. Their inventory is most impressive. The prices are right and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. If you’re looking for collectible figurines look no further. Toy fiends is a really really well-kept nice Treasure of a store check them out folks you won’t be disappointed. Keep your lines tight and your Waterway is clean.

The trade in process was phenomenal, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices were great! i am beyond happy with my experience and i can not wait to return to see what other outstanding deals i find!

Great customer service! Very patience and courteous whenever I had any questions and wanted to see any items. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for any figures!

Great stock, but owner doesn’t seem too concerned with moving it. Asked about a combining set of figures in which one of the components was missing pieces. That section of the figure had a duplicate in the case that could have easily replaced the other. I asked about this twice, three weeks apart. The owner told me they couldn’t do anything about it and needed to talk to their guy that handles that stuff. Well, after waiting more time than they asked for, nothing was done about the combining figure in question and they just threw it back on the shelf. I liked the shop. Everyone seems nice, with the one exception everyone seems to be mentioning, but it’s just going to be another place that I spend less time at and expect less from. To echo what others are saying, some of the pricing is a little ridiculous as well.

Love this place, a friend referred me to this place on Facebook, so great full I found a sideshow piece I was looking for at a great price , I was told they have been there since 1994 that is awesome thanks again for great customer service, your store is really cool and so much fun Love it , I highly recommend

Another fun time at Toy Anxiety with another happy customer.

It is a small version of the original Wildlings and it is in the front entrance of the Jordan’s corner play area! Just like the original, we love the toy selection with quality options. It’s pretty small, but a little nook of toys. It may be a little less overwhelming for some kids, which could make it a preference for some!

I’ve been shopping at Wildlings Toy Boutique since my son was a newborn—over three years now—and it’s truly one of my favorite spots in Phoenix. The owner, Jenn, is amazing and kind, and she hand-selects every item to ensure it has real developmental value.

The staff are always friendly, helpful, and know the store inside and out. They carry an incredible selection of high-quality toys—Hape and Djeco are personal favorites—and are constantly getting in new, exciting products. The book section is also fantastic, with great options for all ages.

They offer the cutest gift wrapping and even sell birthday cards, making it a perfect one-stop shop before any party. You can really feel the care that goes into everything here. Highly recommend!

We discovered Wildlings this week after searching for a specific stuffed animal my daughter had fallen in love with while on vacation. I saw this store had it on their online store and ventures there this weekend to see if we could find it. When we arrived shortly after opening they were unable to locate what we were looking for, but they took down my number and Jenni texted me later that afternoon that they were holding it for me!
10/10 for customer service. I love shopping small for this exact reason. My first impression, the store is SO cute! Great selection of books, crafts, and toys for all ages. Cool, niche, well made items that you won’t find in big box stores. Unfortunately my daughters are teens and growing out of toy stores, but I’m looking forward to my son getting a little older and being able to shop here regularly!

My family absolutely loves this cute little toy boutique and my toddler asks if we can stop by almost daily. They have a great selection of quality toys for all ages and the staff is so kind and helpful. They had a Mother’s Day event this past weekend with some activities and photos, as well as refreshments we got to enjoy. We had a great time ♥️

wildlingstoys is a boutique toy store that sells educational and developmentally centered toys. It’s a small shop but it’s packed full of goodies. Shelves are arranged by suggested age to make shopping easier. We went in for three gifts for varying ages and found some unique items, which is why we were avoiding big box stores and online shopping.

My favorites were found actually by my 7 year old for a 1 year old friend and a 2 year old friend. @slumberkins has a line of stuffies, with matching books, that guides through emotional intelligence. Although we picked them by which stuffies were our favorites, they each had a great lesson: building connections and a growth mindset. I also grabbed a matching set of positive affirmation cards for kids. Great find!

To top it off, the team member asked if these were each gifts and then put them each in a nice gift bag with matching tissue paper. What a wonderful and unexpected surprise!

Wildlings Toy Boutique is located near Bethany Home and 16th st and is right next to Cafe Mollie, and across the street from Luci’s Market (so stop by for some caffeine and a treat).

Our family is beyond grateful for this charming, family-owned toy store that has become our favorite place to shop. Not only does it offer a delightful variety of toys perfect for every occasion—birthdays, holidays, or just because—but it also brings us together through thoughtfully organized events.

From affordable Christmas photos with Santa to Easter egg hunts and seasonal craft sessions, this boutique goes above and beyond to create joyful experiences for families.

My oh my, where to even begin with how amazing Wildlings Toy Boutique is!? This shop has everything you can dream of in a space for kids and families.

Its inventory is purposefully curated for children of all ages, every toy/book/game is made from quality brands, each team member is friendly and helpful, the variety of items is extensive but not overwhelming, the shop just gives an immediate feeling of happiness when you’re browsing, you will easily find the perfect item you’re looking for (or didn’t know you needed)!

Did I mention the store is stunningly beautiful with the warmest light that literally makes the toys inside shimmer and sparkle?!

It’s an absolute in our community and we are so lucky it’s nearby!!

I was a little off put by the service I received. There was a very nice Hispanic woman who was super friendly. I enjoyed working with her. Then there was the white lady with a wild look that started helping me… if that’s what you wanna call it. I asked for some advice I explained that some of the ideas she suggested were not going to be okay with both partners. Instead of respecting this boundary, she rolled her eyes and told me that we were not going to have a good time…. After I explained the boundary politely, twice… it was apparent that she was more annoyed that I dont have a gay perspective. No one should ever try and force some one into something they are not comfortable with. I found it rude and it made my entire experience uncomfortable. I left and chose not to buy anything.

10/10 great customer service and the employees made me feel welcomed, they were kind and made my experience fun. They were very respectful and educating on the products. They took their time with helping me and answered every question that I had! Would definitely come back again!

This place is the worst. They tell you that you can’t return a cd. They even have a notice on their receipts that say that all adult and lingerie product cannot be exchanged although other product may be exchanged. Talk about a scam.

Absolutely love this store. Customer service is always amazing, and they know a lot about the products. Mick is extremely knowledgeable about the toys and made sure I found the perfect one for me and Vannetta is really helpful and kind. Highly recommend coming here, they even give you a discount if you sign up for an account.

Went in for the first time and spent well around $100 for my purchases. Thought it was a great store at first and I even made an account there. As soon as I left I got a call from the manager saying I’m no longer welcome in because I “stole” a toy. (I did not, and the employee was actually showing me around the store my entire visit). She proceeded to say she has in on camera and should call the police, but won’t. When I asked for the video proof of me “stealing”, her employee told me “we can’t send it to you because that area is a blind spot and there is actually no footage or proof you stole”… there were other people in the store as well and we got accused for no good reason. Super rude, unprofessional, and sketchy. Be careful going here.

On 2/4, a customer purchased $100 worth of goods from this business. When she left, she received a phone call from the manager Taylor accusing her of stealing an item that went missing while she was there, claiming to have video evidence. When asked to view this so-called evidence, an employee admitted that there was a blind spot and no actual proof. When the accused customer stated that she didn’t steal anything, the employee tried changing the story and shifting blame onto the other person who came into the store with her. Instead of taking responsibility for losing the product, they went out of their way to call and blame a paying customer. Be careful going here—this place treats paying customers like criminals without any evidence.

Went to Hustler to find a high quality toy and some small gag gifts. The toy display at hustler is exceptional. You have the opportunity to see the toys, hold them, feel them and ultimately see if it’s a good fit for your personal endeavors.

Taylor was awesome and helped me find a great toy in my price range. It was rechargeable, waterproof, stylish and discreet. She is very knowledgeable and showed exceptional customer service by actually listening to my needs and showing me a variety of products.

Best of all, this store carries high end toys like LELO and WEVIBE. I will definitely be back to store.

Andrea & Lucy were outstanding! This was our first time at Build A Bear and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome asking if we were celebrating a special occasion and we sure were! We have a kindergarten graduate and his little brother we couldn’t leave out. The staff answered all our questions and help guide us seamlessly through the entire process. We left with smiles and tangible memories to last a lifetime. We appreciate the extra attention to detail from the ladies working here. Keep up the excellent customer service and please recognize how wonderful these gals are creating a culture of warm and fuzzies!

My son had such a wonderful time making his birthday bear…during your bday month you get a birthday bear for the price of how old you are turning(other stuff is extra). But the girls here are so kind and patient. it was my babies 1st experience, and he loved it He was so happy 🙂

This location is awesome and located just inside the West entrance of the Walmart super center, they had adoreable options and affordable prices fun for all ages!!

Went here for my daughter’s birthday bear. The women working here were great. They helped my daughter pick out all the stuff she wanted for her bear. They also welcomed everyone who walked in. I will definitely be going here again.

Brought my 5 and 10 year old, it was my 10 year old’s birthday and Julianna the clerk there was completely unhelpful, as soon as we got there I told her it was my oldest daughters birthday, she did not mention how the birthday little plan worked until I asked her before I paid, she said the bear my daughter got was not part of the birthday plan, she should have mentioned that as soon as I told her it was my daughter’s birthday, she told me then after to make the birth certificates and when I was all done paying she said the printer didn’t work that in order for me to get it i had to go to another build a bear, the price was way more just because she failed to mentioned all the information I’m guessing she’s suppose to provide the customers, she barely talked and was just not looking like she enjoys her job. My daughters and I did not enjoy our visit solely because of the lack of information from Julianna and the fact that she was not helpful, ended up going to another build a bear to get the certificate and wasted more time and money by doing so, will not go to this build a bear just because of the worker.

We were making our way back to our hotel and needed to stop at walmart for a few items. We didn’t expect to see a build a bear here. The employees were very friendly, bubbly, and helpful. We are loyal customers and have been buying these bears for our daughter the last 13yrs. We picked out what we needed, got them stuffed, and had a memorable experience. This location was much better than ANY other location we’ve been to. We visit Phoenix often, and this is our new go-to location!

I’ve rocking with The good brother Jeff for a considerable amount of time! Since he was next door in the smaller shop. He’s since outgrown that shop & has moved up to the larger shop nxt door, so that in itself should show the growth and prosperity as well as the character of his self and the shop. With that being said he’s always been a straight up and stand up guy to me, me friends and strangers I’ve met at his shop. All in all he has my patronage for a lifetime,I’d also like to add! To the naysayers! We can’t win em’ all but the ones we do win are and have been a fair shake. Ive always left there with gratitude and a huge smile on my face.

As of 04/30/2023: Again Great store and he re-did the inside it looks so fire now. The owner Jeff worked his A$$ off and it shows! My husband was so happy to be there lots and lots of hotwheels. Jeff is ALWAYS friendly and always looking to chat and accepts reasonable offers on stuff. I legit love this place it’s always a treat to go.

I thought the store was nicely organized and was appealing to the eye. He clearly has a plethora of collectibles in good condition. Doesn’t seem to be moving much of them, though I went in there to sell an unopened. Oops I did it again Britney Spears Barbie, that I was told was only going to sell for $20 Based on eBay‘s average sell point which he did not let me ask more questions about or try to understand, he kept raising his voice and every time I would try to continue to finish my sentence he got louder and louder. Honestly, I I was shocked at his reaction towards me without even letting me say one word thus far then he walked away and started helping Potential buyers on the phone Whom he had an entirely different and kind of tone with mainly because he wanted to sell, I assume. The other gentleman that was there that is not the owner was kind and definitely more compassionate to my situation. I don’t expect someone to give me a pat on the back, but you can not yell at a customer that just walked in when they have questions about the price you’re giving them. It seems other people find his product overpriced because nothing seems to be selling in there

This place is amazing, I would spend all day here if I could. Tons and I do mean TONS of Hot Wheels and not just your main lines either! Reasonable price and the owner is super chill. He let my son sit and rummage through his loose bins FULL of cars. I just found my new go to spot for my diecast addiction.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU COME STOP IN and see for yourself next time you are near 19th Ave and Bethany Home.

Went in to buy a stitch toy bag,, and then for the person that I was getting it, I guess it wasn’t the color. Tried to return it like 5 minutes later and the lady said it was not refundable. I was not able to exchange it as well for something else!! Unprofessional as they did not told me it was final sale. All the things in there are fake. I just wanted people to be aware, but it was my fault as well for not asking. Such bad experience!! Never again
