decent enough for last minute shopping to pick up school supplies and clothes for my parents plus other small gifts. This Walmart is massive and the checkout lines move fast enough. Downside is that they don’t have miles hard lemonade sold in 2 or 4 packs and the aisles are very confusing to navigate. They don’t have much long white socks choices for women too.

This Walmart is definitely a great place to shop. I have used online shopping to get my items ordered well ahead and it was easy to pick them up. The entire process was made very simple and easy. I would definitely use this service. The parking lot is huge and easy to find spaces based on which department you want to go to the store. The store is well stocked, and the staff is very friendly to assist the customers in need. However, there are lot of aisles especially the perfumes and body lotions they were all locked and you need staff to help you. This Walmart has definitely lot of utensils on stock and very convenient to make your choices by checking them out. They do have lot of other shops like Salon, Glasses for eye which is great. Overall, a great store to check out.

Discriminatory as all hell. Was denied entry because I had a backpack, and while waiting for the head of asset protection to explain, watched several customers enter and exit with purses even larger than my backpack. When the employee explained that it was because my backpack was larger than their policy of 12x12x8, I said "what about the people I just saw walk by with purses bigger than my backpack?" His response was "how do you know?" As if I didn't have eyes. Y'all can't have a rule that prevents customers from entering, just because you want to prevent asset loss, without having some kind of alternative. Whatever, saw some people shoplift anyways but I ain't no snitch.

This Walmart is terrible to visit if you're disabled and have to take public transportation like me and my partner do. They lack mobility scooter carts, and refuse to allow backpacks bigger than 12" x 12", despite witnessing SEVERAL people with bags as large or larger than that walk by us while the greeter was raising a stink about it. Furthermore, when allowed to stay near the entrance with the backpack, I was not allowed to sit down, despite being completely out of the way and not bothering anybody.

This is what happens when 1-800 Walmart tells you to take your return item to the nearest Walmart Store, scan the Walmart Return Barcode & get your refund. The Ignorant Store Mgr threatens to call police when you ask for documentation of the return/refund refusal. The Customer Service Supv. Hides her name when photographed. And last, but not least....The "Lazy" Walmart Customer Service Representative at the Front Desk who 'Failed" at her job and was the cause for requesting other Managers gives her personal thoughts of you as a Walmart Customer.

This afternoon was the absolute worst customer service experience of my life (no exaggeration.) I stood by the (locked) batteries section for a full 30 minutes. Asked three different employees if they could send someone to help me. "Sure, I’ll call someone." Then, the same employees walked by me several times while I stood there waiting, waiting, waiting. No one checked back in, or acknowledged me. I was trying to purchase a specialty 3v battery for a thermometer so that my wife, who was feeling ill, could take her temperature. I left. And will not be back. Do better for the next customer, please.

Can't even buy socks because they're locked up with no associate in sight to unlock them. What a dystopian joke this company is. Do they seriously believe the alleged prevention of shrink outweighs the revenue lost by the friction these locks cause? To a better neighborhood I go.
