This is an amazing choice for advice, repairs, and computers. I have been here twice now, and I can say that the people working here are nice, understanding and passionate about their work. They will happily give you advice on parts you should get, when to get them, their personal recommendations, etc etc.. When it comes to repairs, they are also really reliable and helpful. One of the workers named Wyatt help me out with my computer, and we were able to figure out the issue, which happened to be a RAM bug. He also mentioned how my case was valuable, and didn’t charge me a dime for his time and evaluation. There was also another employee, which I think his name was Justin, gave me a lot of info on computers a while back, and even gave me and my sister META PCS T-shirts and hats! It’s now my second favorite shirt lol. I really appreciate the works this company has done on YouTube, and in person. Hopefully I’ll be back, I really enjoy being there!

I recently received a custom built PC from Meta PCs about a month ago. I am very pleased with the PC. Build quality is top notch. Cable management is superb as well. The machine has been running flawlessly since I received it. Customer service was amazing as well. They always responded back to any questions and/or concerns I had during the build process. I requested that they send me the boxes of the components that were used in the build and they fulfilled that request for me as well. One thing to keep in mind is to be patient. Time from placing the order and having it shipped out was close to a month. This did not bother me since I want to make sure they are doing extensive testing and QC checks to ensure that the PC is operating 100% as it should. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a pre-built PC. They are a bit more expensive than other system integrators I have looked up but the product speaks for itself. The only thing I did not like (cosmetic not performance) was the META sticker that was on the case. I understand why they put it on (for branding) but I like my PCs clean. Not a huge thing and I was able to remove it. The complete experience was excellent and would use META PC to build another PC in the future if I did not build it myself. I am not a fan of tons of RGB. That’s why the fans and AIO lights are turned off.

Buying experience was amazing. Sales manager Justin was incredibly insightful and accommodating being able to not only give us a great price but also add upgrades without any crazy up charging. They swapped out parts and held it for us for pickup since we live almost 4 hours away. The whole team was awesome and I will definitely bring gong back for all my new needs and further upgrades. I went to to go look as a fan of meta from social media with no intent on a purchase but Justin saw something had my attention and the deal was absolutely to great to pass up give me a military discount without even asking plus he through and a desktop mat mouse pad for my wife and I plus t shirt since we came from such a far distance. I truly appreciated all the effort and willingness to work within in our unexpected budget on what become my dream computer build. it was a great enjoyment working a fellow veteran and Meta has my business for life.

I bought a top-of-the-line tower with all the latest and greatest parts including hard piped water cooling system with water blocks on both my CPU and my GPU. This is the cleanest most sleek PC tower build I’ve ever owned. And it runs beautifully, a total beast of a gaming PC.

While the great job on the build alone deserves the 5 star rating, that is not why I’m writing this review.

I’m writing it because of the fantastic customer service and commitment to providing the help and care that a company should give their customers when they actually value you.

A year after my purchase and due to an accident that could be argued as my fault and not the fault of any of the parts or labor in building my rig, my CPU was fried by a static shock. My dream PC was suddenly a brick. However I did purchase a three year warranty when I bought my rig.

So many companies these days offer warranties at an extra cost but when something happens that is clearly covered by the warranty the company usually denies your claim and dares you to take them to court. Knowing that the lawyer and court costs are more than what you would be awarded if you win.

But not MetaPCs! Even though they could have easily argued that the damage was my fault and denied my claim, they instead gave me nothing but the most courteous help that I could ask for. They diagnosed what was damaged by my accident and replaced the damaged component. All covered and HONORED by the warranty even though that part would normally be about $950 just for the part.

MetaPCs is the real deal. They have the best and most amazing builds and unparalleled customer service. I will be bringing ALL my PC needs to them and I strongly encourage everyone else to do the same. When a company is actually trustworthy to their agreements (a nearly impossible quality to find these days) then they earn the loyalty of their customers!

I had an amazing experience with Meta PC. I brought my personally built pc in to make sure everything was running to spec, and the team went above and beyond. They took the time to carefully check everything, explain the details to me, and make sure I felt completely satisfied. What really impressed me was that they didn’t even charge me for the service. They genuinely cared about helping instead of just making a sale. It’s awesome to find a company that values customer satisfaction this much. I had an issue with the circuit board on my motorcycle (CBR1000RR)—the LED backlight wouldn’t light up at night, which was a real problem. I reached out to Igor, and I’m seriously impressed. He’s incredibly talented and clearly very knowledgeable when it comes to electronics. He quickly figured out the issue, repaired the board with precision, and had everything working like new. The backlight is now bright and reliable, even on night rides. Highly recommend Igor if you need any circuit board repairs, his work is top-notch and he knows exactly what he’s doing.

Just had Igor spend over three hours diagnosing and repairing the circuit board for my Aqualogic salt cell pool controller, a $1,300 item if purchased new. He replaced one failed relay and two others that showed signs of distress.

And then spent another hour replacing what turned out to be a faulty Omron relay from the vendor that he had just replaced. He got right on the job despite being fully booked.

He thorough and knowledgeable, he spent a lot of time walking me through his different steps to find the problems and then carefully fixing them.

As an aside, he seems to do a lot of business fixing higher end ’70s era Pioneer stereo receivers like the one I had back then. I had no idea that people would spend into four figures on fixing one of them. Oh, and a lot of Bose Soundwave radios too.

About 6 months ago, Igor expertly repaired my Moscode Tube amplifier, bringing it back to its former sweet sound. I was so delighted, and impressed I immediately
become a forever loyal customer.

Sure enough, about six months later, my circa 1985 Perreaux SM3 preamp and 2 1992 Carver Silver 7T mono block amplifiers began misbehaving. These hard to find components were in their day, exquisite sounding and to replace them now would cost many thousands. I brought all in for Igor to evaluate and bring his electronic wizardry to bear. Igor cleaned years of oxidation off of the preamp and rebuilt the selection switch (no replacement was available). He even restored the power light and needed to custom build a proper bezel – the preamp job was completed with precision and timeliness. Next came the Carver mono blocks. Igor special ordered new capacitors and also updated both amplifiers in accordance to a Carver bulletin. All of these components are now’s performing as if factory fresh. Igor’s attention to detail, his willingness to research and get the job done to spec shows not only great professionalism, but also his love of his craft and his respect for his customers. If you have treasured stereo equipment that needs care, you’ve found a place to have them fully restored by a master.

Igor had my Cryo machine fixed and back in business within an hour. His personality is the sweetest, not too mention handsome! 1,000% the top expert in fixing anything with a circuit board. I would trust him with any machine in my Med Spa.

ERC Electronic Repair Company – “FIX ALL” – Saved Me Thousands

I reached out to ERC after my air conditioning company told me I needed to replace the control board and, worse, recommended replacing the entire AC unit. Frustrated and without AC, I called ERC to explore the possibility of repairing the board.

From the very first call, ERC stood out. ERC advised me not to blindly accept the diagnosis from AC technicians, explaining that many are either too quick to conclude or lack the thoroughness required for accurate troubleshooting. He encouraged me to personally inspect the control board and, more importantly, to have someone verify the board’s wiring and voltage supply.

After going through three different technicians, I finally found one who took the time to do a detailed inspection. It turned out the issue wasn’t the control board at all, it was a frayed wire and incorrect voltage reaching the unit. The AC system was actually in excellent condition.

Thanks to ERC’s expert advice and guidance despite the fact that they never physically worked on the unit I avoided spending $20,000 on a completely unnecessary replacement. Their integrity and willingness to walk me through the right steps, even over the phone, was a breath of fresh air.

After my garage door stopped working, I was desperate to get it closed. I called Igor, and he quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone. Understanding the urgency, he made time for me during his busiest hours and had it fixed right away. His skill and efficiency were outstanding—there’s no question I’ll be going to him for any future needs.

The Chop Shop is fabulous. They have great healthy food. Probably the healthiest in the area. Service is really quick and the staff is very friendly. Our experience was just super. Parking is free and easy. Lots of wheelchair accessible parking. I had the Spicy Korean steak and veggie bowl, no rice or noodles.

This area is revitalizing on one end and great things are happening there already. Check it out

This was a great experience. My battery on an HP laptop was in bad shape. I searched around to find a repair shop near me. The clown @ Cellular Tablet & Computer Repair said it would take a day and was charging $125 #ridiculous. I found Technology Partners and they got it done in an hour and charged $45. They are real pros and provide excellent, knowlegeable service. If I ever have any computer issue I will not hesitate to visit them!

One day turn around. Dropped off my pc to be built from scratch. Called next day to pick up and got home and it booted up first try. Ran couple of thermal tests to make sure everything was well. Fantastic job and fair pricing . Thank you

Was recently in the market for a new PC. I broadcast and game on mine and needed something that would hold up.

A friend referred me to TPI and it was SOLID from order to getting it home. It’s been super-reliable.

Fun bragging rights? When people see my specs and ask what I paid, even people who insistently bugged me about building my own to save money said it cost barely any more than it would have cost them to build it. And that includes two years parts and labor in a warranty.

I had *one* issue, and it ended up being a manufacturers defect. TPI overnighted a new part and fixed it in one day.

The guys are really professional and really fast. I cannot recommend them enough! (The other tower shown was my old one).

Was looking for a good competent company to provide the right computer for my transportation company. My needs included CAD software, which is very consumptive. I found Technology partners on Google. Their ratings were good and they were close to my office. They did not disappoint. Like many computer transitions, mine was not without minor missteps, but Raymond was accommodating and very responsive to my issues and he came to my office to help resolve things. I was looking through Facebook marketplace for a few different things. I came across a posting for a electric automatic dog ball launcher for only $20. Brand new in the box. These specific types brand new in the box which would normally run you around $70 to $100. I noticed this was a business location and not an individual person. I drove over to the location immediately to pick one up. This place is amazing. There are so many goodies in every corner. Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. Everyone was very kind and helpful. They were also very accommodating in allowing me to open the box and make sure the balls were included and that the launcher worked. I will definitely be going back again when I have actual time to get a better look around. This time I will be bringing my husband along. I already told him about all the goodies and he’s very excited to check this place out. The prices are amazing and the employees are great. I’m so glad I came across their post.

Downside is that they don’t have miles hard lemonade sold in 2 or 4 packs and the aisles are very confusing to navigate. They don’t have much long white socks choices for women too.

This Walmart is definitely a great place to shop. I have used online shopping to get my items ordered well ahead and it was easy to pick them up. The entire process was made very simple and easy. I would definitely use this service.
The parking lot is huge and easy to find spaces based on which department you want to go to the store. The store is well stocked, and the staff is very friendly to assist the customers in need.
However, there are lot of aisles especially the perfumes and body lotions they were all locked and you need staff to help you.
This Walmart has definitely lot of utensils on stock and very convenient to make your choices by checking them out.
They do have lot of other shops like Salon, Glasses for eye which is great.

Overall, a great store to check out.

Discriminatory as all hell. Was denied entry because I had a backpack, and while waiting for the head of asset protection to explain, watched several customers enter and exit with purses even larger than my backpack. When the employee explained that it was because my backpack was larger than their policy of 12x12x8, I said “what about the people I just saw walk by with purses bigger than my backpack?” His response was “how do you know?” As if I didn’t have eyes.

Y’all can’t have a rule that prevents customers from entering, just because you want to prevent asset loss, without having some kind of alternative.

Whatever, saw some people shoplift anyways but I ain’t no snitch.

This Walmart is terrible to visit if you’re disabled and have to take public transportation like me and my partner do. They lack mobility scooter carts, and refuse to allow backpacks bigger than 12″ x 12″, despite witnessing SEVERAL people with bags as large or larger than that walk by us while the greeter was raising a stink about it. Furthermore, when allowed to stay near the entrance with the backpack, I was not allowed to sit down, despite being completely out of the way and not bothering anybody.

This is what happens when 1-800 Walmart tells you to take your return item to the nearest Walmart Store, scan the Walmart Return Barcode & get your refund.

And last, but not least….The “Lazy” Walmart Customer Service Representative at the Front Desk who ‘Failed” at her job and was the cause for requesting other Managers gives her personal thoughts of you as a Walmart Customer.

This afternoon was the absolute worst customer service experience of my life (no exaggeration.) I stood by the (locked) batteries section for a full 30 minutes. Asked three different employees if they could send someone to help me. “Sure, I’ll call someone.” Then, the same employees walked by me several times while I stood there waiting, waiting, waiting. No one checked back in, or acknowledged me. I was trying to purchase a specialty 3v battery for a thermometer so that my wife, who was feeling ill, could take her temperature. I left. And will not be back. Do better for the next customer, please.

Can’t even buy socks because they’re locked up with no associate in sight to unlock them. What a dystopian joke this company is. Do they seriously believe the alleged prevention of shrink outweighs the revenue lost by the friction these locks cause? To a better neighborhood I go.

I brought my PlayStation in a few months ago for a broken hdmi port and recently had to get it fixed again. I went to a different shop in Tempe and it was not only cheaper to fix, but the expert there was able to point out some shoddy work done by ERC

I went in after not having any clue how I was going to get my PS5 fixed. Not only did they do extra like cleaning all the parts and replacing anything that was missing, but they didn’t charge me extra and turned me away when I wanted to give them a tip anyways. These people know what they’re doing and they’re really affordable. They also have the cutest daughter or sister that’s running around the shop so there’s also that to look forward to. I will definitely be a regular customer and I’d advise everyone to stop by

I NEVER leave negative reviews on places but I feel it’s important to warn others about my experience here. I originally brought my New Nintendo 2DS XL in because I had accidentally broken the microSD card reader while trying to replace the thumbstick on the console myself. I asked this shop to replace the broken microSD card reader and properly install the new thumbstick I bought for it. While they technically got those parts working, they created an entirely new issue. Pressing the ZL button on the console now immediately shuts off the system. This was absolutely not a problem before their repair. When I asked about it, they dismissed it as a “short” and told me they couldn’t fix it. That explanation didn’t sit right with me, because it was very clearly an issue that came up after their work. To make matters worse, I also noticed cosmetic damage to my microSD card which includes a scratched label and paint that also wasn’t there beforehand (pictures attached). After everything was said and done, they claimed that they completed $95 worth of work on my console so that was going to be the final cost originally. Luckily I was able to talk them down to $70 which is still a ripoff. All they did was transfer and solder on a microSD card bracket/reader from a Nintendo Switch they had stored in inventory. Yes my console works now and the original issue is fixed, however a combination of creating the ZL button issue and damaging the outside of my microSD card truly shows malpractice and a lack of care. Long story short, I brought my console to uBreakiFix nearby, explained the issue, and they had no problem diagnosing and offering a fix. The contrast in professionalism and accountability was night and day. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I think future customers deserve to know that this business not only caused additional problems during their repair, but also refused to take responsibility for them. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for electronic or console repair. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.

I had purchased a Wizard of Oz figurine off QVC, which was supposed to light up, as it was to have a built-in L.E.D. powered by battery. When I received it, the L.E.D. mechanism was not functioning. I found Electronic Repair Center online and took the figurine to them for possible repair. They fixed the L.E.D. mechanism and I can now employ the light feature. I will be able to enjoy lighting up this figurine during the forthcoming holidays. Thank you Electronic Repair Center!

Oscar did a great job with my laptop! He found the issue immediately, which was a short in the charger port, and within a couple of days he replaced the broken parts and gave my laptop back to me all fixed! This is a great place for computer repair

I stopped by Arizona Hi-Fi yesterday to upgrade my turntable cartridge and everything about my experience there was great! Glen was an absolute pleasure to do business with and he gave me some great advice. I ended up getting a 2m bronze cartridge and I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend going to Arizona Hi-Fi for all of your turntable and audio needs.

I reached out via email about buying a new turntable cartridge and received a speedy and nice response. Glen was knowledgeable and welcoming when I came into the store to purchase the cartridge and install it for me. He even let me play some music on the very nice hi-fi speakers they had in there. I am very grateful for the experience as I am in the intermediate/beginner hi-fi stage of my life.

I’d recommend this store for anyone interested in hi-fi, beginner to expert.

This place and Glenn are amazing. I went in to buy a turn table and realized quickly I was there buying one of the cheaper things in the store. There was absolutely zero pressure to buy anything, I got the show and tell experience in the back listening room. I ended up buying the turn table and ended up getting it cheaper than I could have on Amazon to boot. I even got professional setup on it with an explanation of all the features and how it works.

They’re also a local first Arizona member which is cool.

I felt like a kid in a candy store. Oh my god, this place was INCREDIBLE. So many parts and used computer and electronics equipment from businesses. I got a ton of parts for a computer I’m building as well as a server, and a camera and more! This store is basically Goodwill, except just the best bits! I’ll DEFINITELY be going back!!

Great place to get spare parts cheap. But the dude there gave me the wrong adapter cord and wrong rom chip for the laptop i bought there. So if you are looking for cheap parts be sure you double check that each one is the right size fit

Update 7-13-22: Johnny moved on to bigger and better things but still my favorite computer store. Lots of things on the floor right now!

Update 2-25-22: Still the best place to buy used computer equipment anywhere! Been coming for over 10 years and never a disappointment.

Awesome staff and great atmosphere it’s more like that same feeling you used to get when you walked into Frys electronics up until 2010. I found some great items for my business and can always expect awesome pricing. Indeed a great bunch kudos and keep up the awesome job. 5 stars rating on google is commensurate with the level of treatment and respect I get from this group of people. Thanks.

One of my favorite places for used electronics and parts. I wish they would go back to their old format though because they used to have alot more good stuff

The pricing is actually fair on computer parts. I can’t speak on actual computers though.
