I brought my PlayStation in a few months ago for a broken hdmi port and recently had to get it fixed again. I went to a different shop in Tempe and it was not only cheaper to fix, but the expert there was able to point out some shoddy work done by ERC

I went in after not having any clue how I was going to get my PS5 fixed. Not only did they do extra like cleaning all the parts and replacing anything that was missing, but they didn’t charge me extra and turned me away when I wanted to give them a tip anyways. These people know what they’re doing and they’re really affordable. They also have the cutest daughter or sister that’s running around the shop so there’s also that to look forward to. I will definitely be a regular customer and I’d advise everyone to stop by

I NEVER leave negative reviews on places but I feel it’s important to warn others about my experience here. I originally brought my New Nintendo 2DS XL in because I had accidentally broken the microSD card reader while trying to replace the thumbstick on the console myself. I asked this shop to replace the broken microSD card reader and properly install the new thumbstick I bought for it. While they technically got those parts working, they created an entirely new issue. Pressing the ZL button on the console now immediately shuts off the system. This was absolutely not a problem before their repair. When I asked about it, they dismissed it as a "short" and told me they couldn’t fix it. That explanation didn’t sit right with me, because it was very clearly an issue that came up after their work. To make matters worse, I also noticed cosmetic damage to my microSD card which includes a scratched label and paint that also wasn’t there beforehand (pictures attached). After everything was said and done, they claimed that they completed $95 worth of work on my console so that was going to be the final cost originally. Luckily I was able to talk them down to $70 which is still a ripoff. All they did was transfer and solder on a microSD card bracket/reader from a Nintendo Switch they had stored in inventory. Yes my console works now and the original issue is fixed, however a combination of creating the ZL button issue and damaging the outside of my microSD card truly shows malpractice and a lack of care. Long story short, I brought my console to uBreakiFix nearby, explained the issue, and they had no problem diagnosing and offering a fix. The contrast in professionalism and accountability was night and day. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I think future customers deserve to know that this business not only caused additional problems during their repair, but also refused to take responsibility for them. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for electronic or console repair. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.

I had purchased a Wizard of Oz figurine off QVC, which was supposed to light up, as it was to have a built-in L.E.D. powered by battery. When I received it, the L.E.D. mechanism was not functioning. I found Electronic Repair Center online and took the figurine to them for possible repair. They fixed the L.E.D. mechanism and I can now employ the light feature. I will be able to enjoy lighting up this figurine during the forthcoming holidays. Thank you Electronic Repair Center!

La verdad no tienen nada de profesionalismo, deje mi xbox durante más de un mes y lo único que me decían que todavía no lo revisaban por que les llegaba más trabajo, como que a mi me fueran a regalar los servicios. Si uno lleva sus aparatos es para que sean reparados de inmediato y al final me dicen que la placa estaba en mal estado, pero al principio que al revisarlo era el puerto hdmi y de último que era la placa. Nada de profesional tienen, no lo recomiendo la verdad. No se con cual motivo le quitaron la calcomania y la volvieron a poner ?????

Oscar did a great job with my laptop! He found the issue immediately, which was a short in the charger port, and within a couple of days he replaced the broken parts and gave my laptop back to me all fixed! This is a great place for computer repair

They were very polite and helped me with lighting speed I took my ps5 in for a port change and a clean and they had it done in a day for a perfect price 10/10 recommend this place
