I seen some reviews how customer service isn’t the nicest but still went over and was helped instantly. Everyone was great! Ended up purchasing a link bracelet and I will be back for more! 🙂

They have some beautiful pieces there but I will never be back nor would I recommend any loved ones to shop here based on how they charge their customers. I’ve had a lot of mutuals follow and post them on ig so I went in to get my son a bracelet - picked a few different options and got the price for all. I ended up getting a 14k one that cost 900+. I thought it was a little crazy considering I just bought my niece a similar one a month ago for 500 less but it was for his birthday so I was like okay… upon picking up the next day I saw the same one in my size (2x the size of his) & asked the price.. the lady told me that one was only $450 which confused me because it was more gold? How could it be almost 500 less than the baby one. When I asked and pointed out that the adult one is more gold why would it be so much cheaper she said they up charge for kids jewelry. I get all my nieces and nephews gold pieces for their birthdays and never heard of a "kid up charge". Ridiculous. Highly recommend going to Miranda Grills in Scottsdale instead. Got a custom chain for me and my son and he did not charge more for my babies piece. Should’ve had him make the bracelets as well.

This place is the best jeweler in town! I bought a wedding ring out of the country that I wanted to have engraved. When I got to phoenix I took it to an "engraving shop" who had it for over three weeks before telling me they could not do the engraving. In a panic, I went to Yvettes jewelry to ask about custom engraving since my wedding was two weeks away. All of the associates here were so nice and friendly. They reassured me they would have no problem doing the engraving in less than one week and for a very reasonable price. The process was so quick and easy compared to the other store I had previously taken the ring too. And, they even had it done earlier than the date they originally told me. They really helped make a very stressful time so much easier for me and that means so much! Bonus, I got to check out some of the gold jewelery they had here while waiting and they have a huge selection of very beautiful pieces! They will for sure be my go to for any future jewelry needs and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks so much again!

I’ve been purchasing from Yvette’s Jewelry for years now and they never disappoint. I recently ordered custom name plates for my boys and a bracelet for myself. The wait time was about a month out but time went by so fast! They have the best customer service! I’ll continue to support a business that also gives back to the community.
