My fiancé and I went in the store kind of intimidated by the whole process of finding an engagement ring and where to look and what to look for. We heard of Pueblo through a radio ad and said screw it let’s check it out. I couldn’t have been any happier with the service and selection they had. Steven the manager gave us a really good deal on my engagement ring and even threw in my fiancées wedding band free of charge. I highly recommend this location, and they have gained customers for life ! 🙂

I am sorry to say I would not recommend this place to get your ring fitted or a stone placed. The main reason my fiancée chose to go here is they were the only ones who had a jeweler on the specific weekday he needed to go. The jeweler who set my stone and resized it did a horrible job. One of the prongs is bent and this caused it to be a lot closer to the other prong from a birds eye view. After the diamond was placed in the setting, one of the prongs had some black marks on it. My fiancée had taken it back after we noticed the black marks and they claimed it was fine and steamed it. Yet they are still on their and it’s not fine. Lastly, they resized it and it is definitely not the size we asked for as it is much too big now. The metal that was used is definitely not the same as you can distinctly see the metal that was added looks different from the rest of the ring. I’m so disappointed in this whole experience and would highly recommend you not get your ring sized or diamond set here! At this point I wish we could just have a refund because they have lost my trust. I will be taking it somewhere else to see if they can fix these issues.

My experience with Steven was great he helped us with every question and did all he could to please us and even went to the extreme to make a necklace with the length I needed. Definitely recommend this place for your jewelry needs. Thank you

My fiancé purchased this beautiful White Gold with a touch of Rose Gold engagement ring here! When we started looking for a wedding bands, I wanted to visit other jewelry store locations and had a vision that i couldn’t find anywhere, all the jackets i wanted my ring to have were either to big or just didn’t fit the style of my ring. Thats when my fiancé decided to bring me here, and the two associates helped me bring my vision to live! They made a custom beautiful wedding band jacket that just looked so beautiful with my engagement ring!
