I took a family heirloom ring in for repair to replace a tiny missing diamond. They found several loose stones and fixed those as well. The repairs were done before the estimated time frame and the ring looks beautiful. Would highly recommend Ganem Jewelers.

Jackie at Ganem was super helpful with our little request to have a watch battery replaced, and my wedding ring cleaned. No pressure sales… but then we saw the estate sale and she helped us find the perfect necklace for my birthday!

10 out of 10 for cost & experience. I took my mother’s wedding rings to a big name jewelry to have sized and soldered. They told me there was over $2,000 in damage and it would be better to rip the rings apart and put into a new setting. My friend recommended Ganem. She said her parents got their wedding bands there, they were a family business and were trustworthy. My husband and I met with Jackie Kreuz at Ganem and didn’t mention our previous experience. Jackie was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. After speaking with her colleagues she came back with an estimate of a 1/4 of the price of the other jeweler. We were in shock. We then told her what the other jeweler had said and she was in shock. She said there was minimal damage and the thought of tearing apart my mother’s rings appalled her. A week later we returned to find my mother’s rings as beautiful as they were when my mother married my father over 65 years ago. I started crying. I will always be grateful to Jackie and Ganem and we will recommend them to everyone.

I went in for a repair on a gold chain. I was greeted by Catherine who looked at the chain and recommended the necessary repair. In addition Ganem Jewelers went over and above to find an exact match for a beloved pair of earrings.
