Long story short, the gold double happiness symbol fell off my jade pendant. It was a wedding present and I went to a different store to get the symbol placed back on. The first jeweler did not ask me what the symbol should look like and unfortunately glued the symbol upside down. I went to another store to see if there was a way to fix the jade, but they said it was too delicate to fix. I went to Diamond Jim’s and was greeted by 2 friendly gentleman who listened to my concerns and they provided me with the best option to fix the issue. Since the symbol was glued on, they offered to resolder the jump ring on the other side so when I wore the necklace, the symbol would be correctly shown. Today, I got my pendant just like it should and did not see any imperfections. The cost was extremely reasonable and the work was perfect! I am so grateful for this business who had the expertise to fix such a precious jade pendant for me. If I have any other jewelry concerns or want to buy any new items, I will definitely frequent this store. The gentleman today told me they even make custom jewelry and they had a large selection of necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and watches.

What phenomenal service and hospitality. Walked in for an alteration consultation and everyone working was absolutely wonderful and helpful. We were able to find a solution quickly and the dedication to be helpful to their customers is refreshing and much appreciated.
