Broadway Terrace - Affordable Housing for Seniors 62+

My Aunt was placed on their list back in November. We've tried to call/left v-mails several times since January for a status with no call back. I even went to the property and couldn't get anyone to pickup or answer. Since the door is locked it was a complete waste of time. It's a shame because she really liked the place, but how can she live there if they don't answer the phone.

Please anyone who can see this… I’m a single mother of 2 kids and currently pregnant although it wasn’t planned but also wouldn’t say it’s not a blessing… I want to start my life afresh currently I’m staying with a friend of mines who will be moving to a different state before next year… I sincerely beg you all do by any chance you have information for based income, low income, or government apartments please try and help me out so I can start over and take care of my children…. I feel hopeless and helpless I don’t have anyone to run too currently I work at Amazon although I went to college and completed my education I’m unable to work for what I studied for due to reliable transportation which ofc I’m working on… please sincerely give me some information I will be grateful.. Nice cold air and privacy galore....Read the Bible sometimes or get lost in a reflection of one self, alone with out any distractions what whatsoever etc...Hospitality room 0 gigantic kitchen dog run etc . Please push the more button more..I was kicked out in a situation that was nothing but SHOCKING UNBELIEVABLE LIES by several of the tenants and the manager & the staff ( lying like Joe Biden blaming the border crisis on Trump ... Shocking unbelievable evil wicked persecution repeatedly over and over in your face to get me kicked out simply because I'm a Christian .... If you're a Christian do not move to Broadway Terrace, do not !!! They will bold face lie and accuse you of smoking when you quit smoking for 10 months ... And the manager will agree with Juan ... I overheard one telling the manager just say you smell smoke the minute he opens the door... when I was there and I quit smoking for 10 months he was saying he's smelling smoke in my place ...That is false witnessing ... just like what is it written in the Bible to about beware of the wicked in the world that will simply slay you for being a Christian.... I'm not perfect because I'm human but I'll tell you what this place is wicked and evil and they false witnessed me out of my place by the manager who doesn't even know me and said awful things in court about me that are untrue & it's unbelievable... I make a lousy $960 on my social security money and I will gladly pay for a lie detector test between me and the staff and the management and some of the tenants that are wicked not simply sinners but wicked and evil they have caused me to lose my place but what's worse is they wanted me to move out in 24 hours and I have a bad heart and I'm 67 years old .... Then the manager says you have 14 days to get your deposit back and today's the last day when I had a couch a loveseat a coffee table a bad and she wanted me to move it all out within 2 hours when it's 106 degress out side ... She was literally trying to kill me I'm sorry but I believe the owner is been talking to the management about how to get me out of there for being a Christian

They have some of the most friendly residents I've had the pleasure to have met! I've never had interactions with management. I hope they realize they have an awesome group of tenant's and do right by them. The grounds are neat and some tenant's have raised flower beds to plant what they wish. Great touch!

Been here over10 years . Renovated about 4 years ago. Very nice with Amenities like, 3 T.V. areas, work out area, great room, barbecue, dog park, salon area, game room, smoking area outside.Free Vegetable deliveries and amiable office personnel! HUD.

My relatives live here and with the new renovation the place looks amazing! The entrance looks so modern! Also thank God they replaced the carpet because it really stunk bad lol but not anymore the smell is gone! My relatives definitely like it here especially since they renovated all of the apartments as well.

Nice place and if you have a problem before you hang up the phone the maintenance man is right there on it..... There is not one single solitary thing that I can think of broken in here everything works perfect...... Cameras everywhere cameras Galore in the parking lot in the bathrooms in the hallways in the elevators you name it...
