MAC Cosmetics

I don't wear a lot of makeup, and my son insisted I get some new lipstick colors and suggested I go to Mac. I was helped by a wonderful young lady named Amy. She was very patient with me and kind. I'll be back to see Amy next time I need more makeup, she is the BEST!

Great 5 star customer service! A++++ This location is in the beautiful Biltmore Fashion Park and got me in the holiday spirit with the beautiful decorations they do every year. The store manager Amy is wonderful and inspired me to buy Blankety lipstick (which looked terrific on her!), Whirl lip pencil and Please Me Lip Glass which I LOVE. She then surprised me with the awesome free gift which complemented my purchase! I was in need of a new makeup bag and this fits perfectly in my purse with all my new goodies! Thank you for the service Amy! I will be back to see you again soon!!

Amy helped me pick a palette and some key items for my wedding makeup. She taught me how to apply, shade and blend. I felt beautiful and confident all day and most importantly, my look lasted.

My daughter is starting a new career and travels frequently. I wanted to get her started with a new skincare routine and have her professionally matched so she could know which colors and products to use to achieve her look. We cane into Mac at the Biltmore and had the pleasure of being helped by Amy. She is the epitome of professional and thanks to her time, patience, positive energy and honed skillset, my daughter learned new application techniques, and got a full compliment of skincare and makeup. I have been coming here for years. They always provide excellent customer service and they are always helpful with making sure I find the right color and product that will work best for me. Also they get you in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.

I had the pleasure of having my makeup done in store by Chanel. I came in with the hopes of at least getting a good color match and feeling pampered. I came out of the appointment with so much more! Chanel listened to my needs and asked all of the right questions. I'm in a stage where I'm not interested in full glam or a multi step application process and Chanel gave me exactly what I wanted. I left loving how she did my makeup, in good spirits, and with products I can't wait to use!
