Brought my car in for a brake inspection and recommendations on other services needed. After a laundry list of recommended services I chose to move forward with a transmission flush, being the most important thing is what I can afford at the time. Was told the brakes did not need service. They would only honor removing their "standard Inspection" and not wave other inspection fees. All in all - walked out with an $827 transmission flush. would never recommend this place to anyone.

Took my van in to Virginia for a 65k checkup. Received an inspection report that walked me through the general condition of the important systems as well as areas that may need to be addressed to avoid problems on the road. The inspection was comprehensive and I elected to do most of the recommended services on the van. It rode so much smoother and quieter after getting the original rear shocks changed. It rode like new. They did a very good job.

The driver's side window would not close. They were able to get parts same-day and repair next day! I was impressed with the quick turnaround. While there, I also needed the washer fluid motor replaced and the driver's side visor fixed. All were done so promptly, I was so happy. The staff was friendly, respectful and did a great job of explaining the problems and solutions. They strive for excellence and I couldn't be happier.

Virginia Auto Service is my go-to shop for anything my car and truck needs. They’re super thorough and explain everything clearly. I really appreciate that they don’t push unnecessary repairs. They let you know what’s urgent, what can wait, and what’s totally fine. The front desk folks are always friendly and professional and the mechanics do solid work every time. It’s hard to find a place you can trust with your vehicles these days—these guys have definitely earned mine!

If you're not taking your car to Virginia Auto Service, you are wasting your time and money. I will be a customer for life. Matt, Keenan and the techs are pros and they care about doing a good job and saving me money. I wanted a particular part replaced. They could have easily done what I asked. Instead they explained the real issue changing my mind and saving me $$$$. Who does this? Virginia Auto Service does!!!
