I called around to a few places and most of them wanted to charge over $100 just to check it. These gentleman checked it for free. They found a major leak in my AC line and explained everything clearly. The fix was going to be expensive, and when I tried to finance it, I was denied. I thought I was just going to have to deal with the heat and keep struggling. But they worked with me and helped me find a solution. Now my AC is working again and my family and I can drive comfortably and safely. They got everything done right when they said they would and were honest the whole way through. I’m so grateful. I got a car from Courtesy Chevrolet and used to bring it there whenever it needed something done and I had some issues with them so I ended up doing some research and found this place and I won’t go anywhere else now. They always do a good job and let you know what’s going on and cost ahead of time and have even called in the middle of it to let me know if there would be any extra charges. Also let me know that I could wait for certain things I was worried about instead of just trying to get money. My bf needed work done on his truck a few months ago and the place was trying to charge 125$ an hour just to see what the problem was and I called Thunderbird it was a 99$ flat fee and we drove straight there and now he doesn’t go anywhere else either. Highly recommend!!

Recently had my vehicle overheat on the highway, I limped it into Thunderbird Automotive and was immediately impressed by the thoughtful and honest approach from Tyler, letting me that they were really busy so it might be a day or two before they could get to it. He called early the next day and while the news wasn’t great, they were always honest, practical and accommodating. The prices were absolutely reasonable and upfront. I had intermittent battery light on dash and was on a long distance road trip to Mayo Clinic pulling our trailer. I went to two separate places and had checks done, both said my starter was bad and alternator as well. My truck is an old diesel but I maintain it well. I knew the starter was 19 yrs old, alternator almost 10 yrs old. I called around asking about cost and time frame as we were on a schedule. Most could not promise they could take care of repair in a short time frame. I spoke to Jorden at Thunderbird Automotive Specialists and he said he felt they could take care of it. I took it in on Wednesday afternoon and they had me back on the road by the end of the next day!
Yes I do feel they are on the high end price wise but I was told the cost up front, they used OME parts, got the work done sooner than expected and truck runs great. Happy customer

They gave me a good price over the phone to replace my rack and pinion. Then they wanted to charge me $3200, saying the outer tie rods, sway bar, ball joints, everything related was bad and every part needed a heavy duty type to replace it.
No way, it didn’t drive like that. I asked if they could show me these parts, they said if they’re only going to hoist it up again to show me if I agree to repairs. Nope.
I took it to a more expensive fancy shop, they checked it out and found the only replacement necessary was the rack and pinion. Even with the higher prices I saved $1,400. I wouldn’t trust this place, they don’t want to work on your car unless they can charge double or triple.

So I called Buddy on the phone and I let him know I needed an alignment. Over the phone I got a price of $95 out the door for the alignment of my truck.
Not once was it mentioned that they were going to tell me that I had to do a full inspection of the suspension in order to be able to just align my car. Needless to say if I’m a paying Customer, you shouldn’t be telling me what you think I should do to my truck if I’m paying you for a service you just perform the service and that’s all. So I’m not entirely sure what went on with this guy and his grandpa, but they literally turned me down to service my truck for alignment just because I refused to get their additional costing services. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place, buddy.

Stay far away from this car repair place. They are fraudulent and will quote you one thing and another issue will arises. We paid over 3000.00 for car and AC repair for them to tell us we now have a blown head gasket. A professional mechanic would have caught this from the beginning. STAY AWAY DO NOT GET NOTHING BUT AIR IN YOUR TIRES From this poorly ran unprofessional corner mechanic. That’s all they’re good for. Now we have go to a dealership to get it professionally fixed. Do not trust the inexperienced little kids mechanics at millennium.

This mechanic shop is the best in town as they take care of people I always do my maintenance by them in my oil change

Brought my car in for a brake inspection and recommendations on other services needed. After a laundry list of recommended services I chose to move forward with a transmission flush, being the most important thing is what I can afford at the time. Was told the brakes did not need service. They would only honor removing their “standard Inspection” and not wave other inspection fees. All in all – walked out with an $827 transmission flush. would never recommend this place to anyone.

Took my van in to Virginia for a 65k checkup. Received an inspection report that walked me through the general condition of the important systems as well as areas that may need to be addressed to avoid problems on the road. The inspection was comprehensive and I elected to do most of the recommended services on the van. It rode so much smoother and quieter after getting the original rear shocks changed. It rode like new. They did a very good job.

The driver’s side window would not close. They were able to get parts same-day and repair next day! I was impressed with the quick turnaround. While there, I also needed the washer fluid motor replaced and the driver’s side visor fixed. All were done so promptly, I was so happy. The staff was friendly, respectful and did a great job of explaining the problems and solutions. They strive for excellence and I couldn’t be happier.

Fast, courteous, and professional. They never tried to upsell me, and even put in some small extra services they didn’t need to in order to complete the approved work. Whole experience was seamless, and Matt was happy to talk me through some issues my vehicle was having even though it was clear I wasn’t going to have those issues fixed there. Absolutely amazing work. Thorough, honest, & knowledgeable of modified off-road vehicles. 75 point inspections to help diagnose what was going on with my jeep & they did one of the most in depth inspections I’ve ever received. Didn’t give me a hard time about it being modified like the jeep dealership would have. Always support small businesses and local shops when servicing your vehicles, they will always be honest rather than gouging you at the dealer for services that you don’t need.

They lie. Caught lying then didn’t own up. Wasn’t the first time they took advantage. Steer clear of this place! They will initially gain your trust and then take advantage of you.

This is a posting based on the sanctimonious reply to my review. They lied. They told us our battery was dead and we needed both batteries auxiliary and regular battery for our jeep. The main battery was under warranty and we called AAA to check. He said the battery was fine and we should run as fast as we can from 25th st automotive. Oh and btw they wanted to charge us 2x the going rate for the aux battery as well. As I mentioned before this wasn’t the first time this shop was dishonest with us. Buyer beware! Thus had nothing to do with and high standards or a “fit” for my family. But no price can buy you honesty and integrity.

This shop makes you trust them. They diagnose, provide estimates, do quality work, finish on time, communicate well, and truly listen to customer concerns. Even though I live across town I’ll always choose them over places that are closer.

I can’t say enough great things about 25th St. Auto and their incredible team. My 2016 Buick was throwing a ton of codes (catalytic converter, EVAP, and more) after a visit to another shop, and I was quoted thousands of dollars in repairs.

I brought it to 25th St. Auto hoping for a second opinion, and they went above and beyond. They took the time to really diagnose the actual issue, and the final repair cost ended up being just a fraction of what the other shop quoted. On top of that, they completed my emissions test so I could get my registration taken care of—total lifesavers!

The guys at 25th automotive are awesome! Since finding them, I’ve learned a lot about what my car needs to operate for years to come. They do an outstanding job at servicing/repairs and they are the only shop to incorporate technology and software in their business model that I’ve encountered. I really appreciate Tekmetric, which gives you a detailed record of inspection results with photos and a list of repairs with estimated costs. They also have a self-booking option as well. Never been more excited to spend money to get my car serviced!

Took my car in for a specific problem- a creaking noise. They diagnosed two things that could be the issue and left me to decide, with either repair costing over $1000. I made the uninformed decision, as a normal car owner with no education or professional training, got my car back and the noise was STILL there. I asked the mechanic to drive down the street with me so that he could hear the noise. They said, oh it must be the other thing we think it is. You are the professionals. Why did I have to guess and take a chance on which issue it was, and be wrong and spend thousands of dollars to NOT have my car be fixed? Why did I have to suggest the mechanic drive with me so he could hear the actual issue? Very frustrating.

When my check engine light came on I called. I was able to get them to check it with no appointment the next day. They did use the diagnostic machine when they told me what the issue was. I asked When can I bring my car in? he asked me when I wanted it. I said Monday said what time he said 9 o’clock showed up my car was done by 2:30. No hassle and honored what he had quoted me. The mechanic I know there Patrick, did a good job on my car and I feel comfortable driving around with it after being fixed. I will be a repeat customer easy place to find easy to get in and out no bullshit

We have been going to Jake’s Auto for three years and they do a great job. We have older cars and they’ve done a great job with all of them. They are honest and fair in price. We recommend them to friends and family all the time. We found them on line and tried them out based on their high reviews and now we ate regulars!

I was driving thru Phoenix and had a small mechanical issue. Jake’s had great reviews and I was NOT disappointed. He was able to get me right in, kindly helped me unload my dogs from the car and got me on the road in less than 20 minutes. He definitely deserves all these stellar reviews!

I visited Jake’s Auto Repair in a state of desperation. My car had lost power on the freeway and I was able to exit close to Jake’s. Jake’s technicians made me feel like a priority and quickly diagnosed the problem. They ordered me an Uber so I could still make it to work while they serviced my car. They replaced my battery and alternator quickly and the price was fair. I would recommend Jake’s Auto Repair to anyone!

I needed to get a car ready for my daughter to drive. It had been sitting a while and was making a horrible sound. I took it into Jake’s and they diagnosed the problem. A prior mechanic from a different shop had improperly installed an engine bolt and the engine block needed to be rethreaded. This problem was messing up how the pulleys worked. They fixed it and now it runs smooth and quiet. I also had them change the oil and fix AC.

This was the second time that I had gone to this shop. My previous experience was just as good. I will continue to bring my family’s cars here.

Jake and his team at National are really wonderful! I take all 3 of my vehicles to them when I need automotive advice, fixes, etc. They talk through my options, explain the pros/cons, and offer fair pricing and even help me plan if I can’t make all repairs at once based on my budget. Robert is always a warm, friendly face and ensures I have the documentation for the work completed for my records and gets me on my way fast and efficiently. Took my daughter’s 2018 mini cooper in to have all her engine mounts replaced per it was needed by an assessment from a different shop. Come to find out after National Automotive accessed, it only needed one mount replaced versus all mounts. Saved us about $300 for the repair and her car is now running smoothly. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the Phoenix valley area.

As soon as we got on the road yesterday, the car started driving funny & then the check engine light came on. I googled auto repair shops near us & the reviews helped me decide on this place very quickly. We pulled up & explained our situation to a really nice bald guy (I’m terrible with names) who told us it would be a few hours before they could look at it. He offered to take us home & give us a call with the news. About 24 hours later, we paid our bill & picked up the car good as new. We just moved here 2 weeks ago & were a bit worried when our only car started acting up. These guys were a huge life saver & we will totally go back for any future repairs.

Went in for oil changed, but asked to swap other fluids (diff, transfer case, trans, etc) as I couldn’t remember last time I changed some of them. They came back with recomendation that only oil needed, all other fluids/fluid levels looked good. Awesome, trustworthy service from the team at National! Could have provided a service that I didnt need, but they care about their customers! 100% recomend.

Been here a few times for services big and small. I had my whole engine replaced all the way down to an oil change. The customer service here is unbelievable. I’m in sales so I’m always wary of pushy salespeople but Ricky and the whole team seem like they truly just care about the safety of you and fixing your vehicle. They always find a way to make it fun and save you some money too. Whether it’s a raffle or their oil change punch cards, all of those are innovative and pleasant to their customers. The quality of work done is great as well and they do a very thorough inspection, way better than other shops do.

Bought my wife a 2015 Honda Civic recently and got a recommendation to bring the car here for a pre/post inspection, to make sure we are aware of any issues that are currently happening or could be in the future. around two months ago, i dropped off my 2014 gmc pickup so they could check into why it was running so rough and the engine light was on.
the next day, they called to let me know i had a bad plug and needed a tuneup. $1500 was the quote for oil change, intake cleaning, fuel treatment, plugs and wires (boots as i was later schooled). after asking why so high, i was told $700 was for labor on the plugs. my response was “do everything but the plugs, i’ll drive it home and do those myself”. he said to hold on while he did some figuring and came back at $1000. I said ok, i can live with that price.
in the end, all they did was plugs and wires… got their $700 for labor (the very thing i wanted to avoid) and didn’t do the rest.
they say miscommunication..
i feel it was disingenuous at best..
if you go here, be clear about what you want and make them be clear on what they’re going to do to avoiding finger pointing.
due to management reaching out, showing concern and i feel being genuine , i’m moving this from 1 star to 3 star.

on a side note, i expect a little markup on parts but the price charged for these plugs is definitely over the top

The staff listened to my budget concerns and helped me determine the ree pair priorities for my old vehicle. Their customer service is first rate. The shop is clean, and they take time to explain everything.

Byron was super helpful and didn’t try to take advantage of my situation. My engine failed on the freeway and after getting it towed to his shop, he let me know that my engine could qualify for a dealership recall and referred me to the best Hyundai serviceman!! Even though they didn’t do any work on my car, the detailed diagnostic helped approve my car for a (potentially very expensive) free service!! Hopefully I don’t have to, but I will be coming back if I need any more help with my vehicle!

The owner is disingenuous and argumentative, leading much to be desired for the customer service. I recently stopped in for an oil change, and despite there being no upfront pricing, I trusted the other positive reviews. I should have known better. Not only did they forget to rotate my tires after I asked them to (which they later did after the owner sheepishly tried to pawn me off for an appointment later that week), but they kept me waiting 2 hours, and then wanted $140 for an OIL CHANGE!?!? After I protested, since I’ve never paid a dime over $90 for an oil change ANYWHERE – chain or local shop – he reluctantly decided to give me a $20 discount – though the total still ended up being $120.

He then tried to lecture me by giving me “advice” on car care, and pointed out to my ripped fender liner as “evidence” that I don’t take care of my car. No one asked for your petty “advice,” and maybe think and learn before you make statements: it was no fault of my own, but caused recently by a truck on the freeway that blew a tire, leaving me no room to maneuver. Just because I haven’t had the time to take the car in for that does not mean that it isn’t on my radar, nor that I do not take care of my car. Hey I’m getting an oil change at the specified interval, right?

He then tried to explain the price he charges because I drive an “expensive vehicle;” which cost $25,000 brand new…

Don’t come here unless you live for condescending and expensive service with a side of poor customer service and treatment.

My car broke down and my sister called Alberto for help. He sent his staff to come pick the car and took it his shop. My car alternator was messed up which caused my car not to start. Alberto and his staff were very helpful, professional and got my car fixed quickly and for an affordable price. I strongly recommend him for car issues because he’s very professional and provides excellent service. My car AC wasn’t working well due to the alternator being broken. Ever since he fixed the alternator, the AC has been working perfectly well. Thanks to Alberto and his staff. Happy customer

Alberto was great, he gave us a great explanation of the car problems we were having and we had an honest discussion about what would be the best thing to do. I’d definitely recommend for fast and reliable service open on the weekends.

This place is a hidden gem. My Toyota 4Runner had some major issues with the ABS system and suspensions. I took it to the dealership, and they quoted me $11k to fix the problems. Fortunately, Alberto was able to do it for less than $4k. He is trustworthy and efficient with his time. I’ll definitely be returning to this auto shop for future repairs.

My daughter’s car had transmission issues and we chose this shop because it is close to GCU and they work with our CarMax Warranty. 19th Auto Repair took care of everything and even dropped their car off for them at school.

I called on Monday June 25. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was told by a different mechanic that my AC system was running at it’s best for a 4 cylinder vehicle. I had high hopes he was not correct about my AC. I had my car inspected by Martin’s mechanic and found the issue quickly and repaired out the door same day. I left so satisfied with all aspects of the repair.

I got my car’s full AC system replaced here in the summer of 2023 and the whole interaction was easy and smooth. They told me that it would be under warranty for the next 3 years. I called in saying I wasn’t getting as much cold air, they had me in the next morning, ended up being a part failure (no fault of theirs) covered by the warranty, and they fixed it free of charge and had it ready for me next day. I never felt pressured into any decisions or like I was being upsold, would definitely recommend.

William is a major asset to this establishment. His customer service goes above and beyond as well as his patience with my many questions asked about my vehicle! This shop has a great owner (Dave) that’s honest, friendly and takes care of his customers. I had a very complex, nightmare type of wire job under my dash (that I tried to fix and made even worse). It’s near impossible to find a shop that will repair a wire issue and charge you more than fair price for the repair. These guys are my hero’s!! CJ is the man and a genius. Take your vehicle here.

My most recent visit was for a basic check-up, and to check my front struts that were leaking on my 1996 Ford Windstar Van. I received an estimate and they made all the necessary repairs. They did have good reviews online but they were also recommended by the people we are staying with and we are extremely happy with the outcome of the services done to our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. Their email contact information do work and they do reply back within a few hours depending on their schedule. You call and they very patiently listen to you and your concerns at the same time they look at their schedule and let you know when you can bring your vehicle. We had John Lopez as our service rep and he and Mr. Dave did a phenomenal job this shop is ran like a military operation. From the call to the appointment scheduled was next day first thing in the morning. You arrive and the area to talk to the customers is similar to a service department at a dealership with desks, chairs, and computers everything is clean and organized. Once you sit down and talk to the service representative they go over all your concerns, prices, and explained to you everything in detail so you understand what will be done to the vehicle. Once the technicians do the repairs agreed on they still perform a 60-90 point inspection of the vehicle to standard. They do send you a copy of their findings and advise on services done and some others to keep an eye on unless you want to do them while the car is at the shop. There is no attitude or salesman tactics to pressure you into any services. You the consumer make that decision. I believe their customer service and pricing is top notch. One thing the shop did for us they provided a loner car for us to use as our repairs would take almost two days to complete. I don’t remember any shop I’ve been to other than the Lexus dealership, when we owned a Lexus RX300, that have that type of loaner and customer service. The professionalism and attention to detail was second to none and I will highly recommend it for any services your car requires. Overall it was a great experience. Come check them out and trust them with your vehicles you will be extremely satisfied.

Amazing service & people! Andre was the one who helped me out & worked on my car and he is the best! I took my car in and he had it done the very next day. Very transparent about pricing and no pushy sales tactics. Overall a wonderful experience. I will recommend them to everyone! 10/10

So as many here have spoken. The customer service is phenomenal. The guy in the front name is believe is andre. He is so awesome. As of the writing of this post my vehicle is in the shop. Water pump on my 2016 Ford edge. It’s costly, but they offer a financing program. And the front guy suggested it to me. And it really helps. My wife side of the family has been going to them. And now I will be suggesting them to my family. Reasonable on prices. And I have been in the automotive industry for over 20 year’s. If I can’t handle a job, they will be my first stop. Thank you Miller. You really got my family out of a pinch.

The best tire shop around; No guessing if they have a size for any of my vehicles they are always well stocked. And the gentleman who took care of my tire today was the best ever. They gave me an amazing deal for a used tire and im extremely satisfied
