The owner is disingenuous and argumentative, leading much to be desired for the customer service. I recently stopped in for an oil change, and despite there being no upfront pricing, I trusted the other positive reviews. I should have known better. Not only did they forget to rotate my tires after I asked them to (which they later did after the owner sheepishly tried to pawn me off for an appointment later that week), but they kept me waiting 2 hours, and then wanted $140 for an OIL CHANGE!?!? After I protested, since I’ve never paid a dime over $90 for an oil change ANYWHERE - chain or local shop - he reluctantly decided to give me a $20 discount - though the total still ended up being $120. He then tried to lecture me by giving me "advice" on car care, and pointed out to my ripped fender liner as "evidence" that I don’t take care of my car. No one asked for your petty "advice," and maybe think and learn before you make statements: it was no fault of my own, but caused recently by a truck on the freeway that blew a tire, leaving me no room to maneuver. Just because I haven’t had the time to take the car in for that does not mean that it isn’t on my radar, nor that I do not take care of my car. Hey I’m getting an oil change at the specified interval, right? He then tried to explain the price he charges because I drive an "expensive vehicle;" which cost $25,000 brand new… Don’t come here unless you live for condescending and expensive service with a side of poor customer service and treatment.

My car broke down and my sister called Alberto for help. He sent his staff to come pick the car and took it his shop. My car alternator was messed up which caused my car not to start. Alberto and his staff were very helpful, professional and got my car fixed quickly and for an affordable price. I strongly recommend him for car issues because he's very professional and provides excellent service. My car AC wasn't working well due to the alternator being broken. Ever since he fixed the alternator, the AC has been working perfectly well. Thanks to Alberto and his staff. Happy customer

Alberto was great, he gave us a great explanation of the car problems we were having and we had an honest discussion about what would be the best thing to do. I’d definitely recommend for fast and reliable service open on the weekends.

This place is a hidden gem. My Toyota 4Runner had some major issues with the ABS system and suspensions. I took it to the dealership, and they quoted me $11k to fix the problems. Fortunately, Alberto was able to do it for less than $4k. He is trustworthy and efficient with his time. I'll definitely be returning to this auto shop for future repairs.

This is the best shop to go to they have quick service good ac I had a lot of problems but got the work done in 2 days Alberto is the guy great team work. I referred a lot of friends great service

My daughter's car had transmission issues and we chose this shop because it is close to GCU and they work with our CarMax Warranty. 19th Auto Repair took care of everything and even dropped their car off for them at school.
