Roberto and Brad did an incredible job. Bought a 3509HD AT4. Communication was spot on. And when the delivery of the truck that was in transit was delayed, they found another truck nearby the same day and had it delivered that night. Great job guys. Definitely will earn my business. No pressure in sales. Worked out the numbers first then did financing. Met Ryan Coulter in parts and what a great guy and personality. The only negative thing I can say is the process of signing documents which needs to be more streamlined. We already knew what we wanted but to wait almost 5 hours before walking out the door and sign paperwork was a little tough. Needs to be faster and streamlined. That’s why 4 Stars.

Very easy process. Roberto made negotiations quick and easy. A very good price was offered right from the very start - the best I could find within a 700 mile radius. There was no haggling involved. Took my car to get serviced and it was such a great experience. The team is super friendly and Carl Ross was wonderful! He was extremely helpful and communicated with me every step of the way. He offered ride share services and they washed my car as a courtesy! I will be bringing my hooptie back here for all my servicing needs!
