Lawyer.. please get one before stepping in to the door. I was only interested in a car for my daughter. Senior year. They of course talked me into getting another car a little out of my budget. No communication after I signed some papers with Jasmine. Felt a little shady. Stephan and Jasmine welcomed us to the car. Keys and a link to make a payment. Few days later a manager called.. first communication after we left yelling at me with his collection tactics stating we stole the vehicle. I am still awaiting the police report. My credit was hit hard we returned the car immediately and the apologies from their shady names were not nice. I wished I had the confidence to not cry and speak my mind. This transaction i decided to move forward with scared my kiddo and I. Camelback Toyota right down the street from where my daughter is finishing her senior year. Not nice people.

I’ve had a good car buying experience here, purchasing a 2025 Trail Boss.
Subsequent visits to service department are a little mixed. I seem to be catching some neutral to negative attitude off my particular service advisor, (on multiple occasions now he seems a little impatient and annoyed by customer interactions, doesn’t smile much, etc) so I will be looking to request another advisor in the future, as most other folks seem friendly around here.
I came in today for a simple fix regarding a broken sun visor retainer clip. I was fine with it taking a while to get the installation accomplished, but when I finally came out, it was installed improperly. The headliner was loose and the retaining clip second piece on the underside of the installed component was not attached properly. Not a good look for a vehicle at this price point.
Fortunately, my service advisor did immediately bring it back to the shop, but you could tell he was passively annoyed. Not sure if it was by me pointing it out, or that he had to send something back, but either way, this is not a very good look either.
Most concerning for me personally, is that if you can’t fix the small stuff, how can I trust you on the big stuff? Minor oversight can happen, sure… but for anyone not paying attention stuff like this slips by without quality control, and without the full custody and ownership of an engaged service advisor.
Right now I’m waiting to see if my service advisor comes over. He said if I happen to see my truck pull around, go ahead and jump in the vehicle, and I’m okay to go. I would think he should follow up and ensure that the installation was done properly the second time.
Parting thoughts… at this location, many of the mechanics work outside and due to the small lot size, customer vehicles are staged outside, with the windows full open for long periods of time due to the Phoenix heat…. the problem is, this is a dusty and dirty lot. There can be a trace layer of dust on the exterior, AND INTERIOR when you leave. They don’t have a very good setup. Overall, the vehicle flow in service looks like a logjam, with vehicles parked within inches of each other, and with techs and advisors moving vehicles in and out with not much room to spare.

Courtesy Chevrolet made buying a used car fast and easy. They’ve got some of the best deals if you’re looking for a reliable cash car. I picked up my 2015 Impala from them about 6 years ago, paid around $10k cash, and it’s still running strong with no issues. I’ve put at least 4,000 miles on it (I own 7 cars), so I can say it’s been solid. If you want a super cheap and dependable car for around $10k cash, Courtesy Chevrolet is the place to go.

I will start off by saying that I’m not a hard person to please. I was very open and patient during this process and still had a horrible experience. I started my car buying Journey with Jose. At first everything was fine but in the middle of waiting to find out if another car was available, Jose left and did not come back. After about an hour and a half, Tiny came to help us out and was wonderful! After purchasing, I was told my car will have a FULL detail done… twice (I requested it multiple times due to the seats being very dirty as well as the center consul). I then waited a week and a half for my vehicle due to Jose continuously telling me that my car was being worked on (A/C was out).. when it was actually not. I reached out to Jose several; times after purchasing to ask about the progress and any updates. I then reached out to Tiny stating that I do NOT want to be working with Jose due to the lack of communication as well as the lying about the details of my car getting fixed.
I then go to pick up my car after 10 days… and my car interior was not detailed AT ALL. There’s broken glass in the vents, and under the mats (they so call vacuumed) and well as old food crumbs and spills in the consul. After having to wait that long, I gave up just went to detail it myself.
As a first time car buyer, I was super disappointed with not just Jose but AutoNation as a whole. Tiny was the saving grace in this experience but l will never purchase through this company again.

I had to jump on and leave a review before I forget again! Lol anyways. I would highly recommend coming here to get a car. I just got one and what an amazing experience I had. So first I went online. Found the car I wanted. It was a used car. And I put in for the online credit approval that midway offers so you don’t have to do that while you are there. Then the next day I received a text message from Shelby. She sent my credit through before I even stepped foot in. And a half hour later she text me I was approved for the car. Gave me how much it would be monthly. And we set up a time for me to come in. Shelby was amazing the whole time. Super professional super nice. Even when I had asked multiple times if I was for sure approved for the car. I had a bad experience at another dealership. So I just wanted to be sure. So I go in Friday after work. We start signing some paper work. As we wait for finance she sent my car in to be detailed. Then we took it for a test drive. Afterwards I get called back into finance. Mind you I’m still nervous about the car. Shelby walks me into Joseph’s office. He noticed I worked at camping world and we talked about when he had worked for camping world that he had opened. After we talked for a minute he gave me the good news that I was fully approved for the car and that he had gotten my payments lowered. I was so excited I wanted to jump through the roof. So we got the papers signed continued to talk for a minute. And on my way I was in my new/used 2015 Mazda 3 I Sport. I couldn’t be happier. I was surprised at how attentive my salesperson Andrew Duran was and he made my transaction a success. He listened to every detail I wanted. He didn’t pressure me into anything and I originally was going in for a pre-owned and left with a brand new vehicle. My husband and I had such a great experience here this weekend and even ended up purchasing a truck! Purchased a vehicle only for it to end up in the shop four days later. The vehicle supposedly had a new transmission installed yet the transmission is what was faulty. Vehicle was sent to the shop to have cosmetic and glass repair. The repair to the bumper was atrocious. There is glue on the headlight and along the right side of the bumper. The chips in the glass were supposed to be repaired and that was never taken care of like they stated they would. My car was in the shop for five days and was asked to bring it back to fix the glass. I live an hour and a half away. I wouldn’t have to make the drive back if the job was done correctly in the first place. Poor customer service. I will never purchase a vehicle from this location again.

I have a major job coming up in Oregon “hint” (goonies) and needed a truck quickly (didn’t want to rack up miles on my X3). Since I wasn’t financing and didn’t want to pay sky-high prices, I figured it was going to be tough to make it happen. Not with Camelback Ford.

If you have a mustang, ask for Angela at Camelback Ford Service. I brought my mustang Mach 1 in for an end of summer complete fluid flush and replacement. It went great and my car is working better than ever. Ive worked with her several times, she is a mustang owner herself and will tell you about how she supercharged her mustang. I am happy with the car but I did buy certified used and I was supposed to get a spare key. Long story short I lost my temper with them because they wouldn’t fix a couple of things immediately after my purchase (like tires that were at 2 of 10) and a broken mudflap ( damage was actually on the frame) and both the car salesman and the manager never responded to my calls and texts for the replacement key that came with my contract.
It’s been over a year since I got the car are no response from them. Also if you need repairs Ford doesn’t cover for rentals which I just had to get this car fixed, they only covered $35/ day. Get your car elsewhere.

My experience with Camelback Ford and Dominick (sales associate) was hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle!! Dominic listened intelligently, asked Great questions, and he had excellent customer service/ communication. He asked for my business and accepted this was not a decision I could make by myself. The salesperson named Brian sold me the car. And he told me that I will get the license plate in 45 days. And that turned out to be a lie. And when I tried to call and text this guy, found out he blocked my phone number. That really pissed me off. So I called the service department manager last week,she forced this guy to apologize to me. But after that,my phone number is still been blocked by this Brian.
That’s the ways they apologize for their mistake. That’s the way Camelback Hyundai respect their customers. If you wanna get a vehicle from them,then go for it. When you need something from them even if it’s not money, they will let you know you better GFY.

Great experience, fast and efficient service from start to finish.
Prices were to be expected for a dealership, but reasonable all things considered.
Outlined expectations and deadlines initially, and met or exceeded them. Had the car finished with additional services added next day and they washed the exterior while it was sitting waiting for us to pickup.
All in all, great team no notes. Happy we made the switch to Camelback Hyubdai, so much better than the Autonation Tempe scumbags that did none of the above. Not even close.

I had a 7:00am appointment. Promptly at 7:00 ( when the dealership opens) I was greeted by my service advisor Travis Doney. After asking my name he introduced himself and confirmed the service request on his tablet. I told him I was taking a trip to Flagstaff soon and wanted to make sure my car was in good condition. We walked around the car and Travis looked under the hood noting all the fluid levels and color. We discussed possible replacement and top off of the fluids. He inspected my tires. And showed me the outside wear/deterioration. I had noticed that prior. He told me after the technician completed requested service I would get a text explaining what further service may be needed. I did have other things needed but not urgent but I have the service done to be safe. I also had replaced the 2 tires replaced. I received excellent communication with Travis.
