Thank you for your response. I want to clarify a few important points because I believe there may have been a misunderstanding. At no point did I ever state that I was terminated by another attorney. What I shared was that we terminated "our" attorney. I assist and manage my wife’s claim, including her paperwork, because of the extent of her injuries and my role as her Power of Attorney. That is very different from being fired by an attorney. My original concern—and still my concern—is that after I disclosed my disability (SMI), April Snow immediately ended the opportunity for both me and my wife to even have an initial consultation. No records were reviewed, no documents were considered, and my wife’s case was canceled without her even being heard. That was the basis of my review. I feel it’s important to stay on the issue at hand: the manner in which potential clients are treated during the intake process. People with disabilities, tribal members, or anyone needing careful representation deserve the courtesy of at least an initial consultation without judgment or premature dismissal. That said, I’m not here to argue or escalate. My hope is simply that this feedback is taken seriously so that future potential clients—especially those with disabilities—feel they are treated with dignity, fairness, and patience. If this was an internal miscommunication, I am willing to accept that and leave it at that. But I did want to make sure the record is clear about what was actually said.
I’ve had a great experience with Arizona Work Injury Firm. Diana Robles has been the best attorney I could ever ask for. She always gets back to me promptly, communicates with me every step of the way, and works hard to get me the best results possible. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care have made all the difference in my case. Thank you, Diana, for everything you’ve done for me!
If you want to fight with your lawyer as much as you fought with the insurance company, this is the place for you. At trial, the judge specifically asked for evidence, but it was never uploaded to the court system, so the judge couldn’t even review it. Chris claimed it was uploaded repeatedly but the judge couldn’t find it during my testimony. At first, I had an excellent attorney — but then he was appointed as a judge, and the firm left me without legal representation for a couple months while still collecting payments from me. Eventually, they assigned me to Chris Norton. Chris came in as part of a "partner package," which meant the other firm partners didn’t want to hear my complaints when he mishandled my case. For six months straight, he failed to file a bad faith claim that he recommended we pursue. I have been trying to get my check from pay for 6 weeks now. It has got to the point where I had to discontinue services and will need to find someone else.
Chris Norton was my attorney. He and the firm were very professional. Always keeping me up to date and got me the best options. I highly recommend his and this firm. In fact a recommended him to a very close friend of mine.
Alex a great Lawyer, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we won our case. He listens to you, and he believes in you. They are awesome I got hurt in 2023 after going alone I decided to hire them. Alex Carpio took on my case and just made me feel comfortable and showed compassion.. His paralegal Alexis was also extremely helpful, she always answered questions I had.. Well I won my case I'm super happy that I got a good settlement and I can get the care I need.Thank you Alex!!!
I just hired this firm. I really like the way Brady has been communicating with me. When I told him I want to do research on the attorney he gave me all the information on the attorney I am going to have and encouraged me to do so. I called my old colleague who had a workmans comp issue years ago and it turned out she used the same attorney Joseph Coughlin. For the first time since I started my workman comp injury in Feb. I am relaxed and feel like Im finally going to be taken care of. I don't know all that I am going to go through but I do feel good that I am no longer doing it alone.
This law firm came highly and I mean highlyrecommended and I appreciate that and so far everyone has been so nice to me and they know how to listen which is a number one thing and big plusand I believe that they got my back in this situation. I have dealt with it long enough on my own and it’s coming to a close and I’m so happy that they are the ones to step in and take over for me. I really appreciate Brady for being so nice at intake and Melissa the Paralegal for listening and welcoming me pretty much so because of them I know the Lawyer Nick Wearne will be awesome. Big appreciation and great thanks ahead of time .
