My hope with my review is to highlight an important factor in the line of work The Foster Group is in: And that is that even if the outcome isn’t ideal, that doesn’t mean good work wasn’t done.
In the later half of 2023, I was wrongfully terminated from my place of work after ten years of stalwart loyalty. After my friends instilled the confidence in me to fight for my rights, I spoke with Troy and retained the services of his team. Through the entire process, Troy, Chelsea, and Montana took very good care of me, they communicated clearly and often, I never felt uninformed or out of the loop on my case.
Ultimately, the result of my case wasn’t exactly what I’d hoped, but that’s at no point a failing on their part. They did everything they could for my situation and were very honest about that effort, and at no point did I feel taken advantage of, be given any kind of runaround, or left in the dark on how things were going.
While I hope one day my former employer gets what they truly deserve, the point if my review is this: Win, lose, or draw, Foster Group fights for their clients, and I’m very grateful to have gone to them from the start.

If it were possible, I would rate the firm as zero. I am really shocked and disgusted by this legal firm’s conduct. I felt duped out of the consultation expense. I had an intake interview and they indicated interest in continuing forward with the consultation. Shifa took up my case knowing every detail. Only to tell me that I had no leg to stand on. She dismissed my experience and failed to fully address my concerns during the consultation (Strategizing Session) there was no extra recommendations or feedback that I wasn’t already aware of. She took my money, which was close to $500, and told me there was nothing they could do and it was up to me to decide what to do. However, if I want to negotiate the severance, it will cost an extra $2500. This is something I can also write myself and send to HR to discuss. If this is an example of their «strategizing,» then it is inefficient legal advice because I already knew this and could have done it without their help. If she knew there were no «issues» (illegal conduct) committed by the company, why did she proceed with the consultation and waste my time and money? I will not continue to waste my valuable time and resources with a company that plainly does not care.
Update: I spoke with Dan, the owner, and he reached out to help rectify the situation so far. I appreciate what he has done and am hopeful for a positive outcome.

Horrible service. I talked with their about 2 weeks ago with a guy whose name is Kendall.
He pretended like he was interested in my case but I had to call him back a week later to find out if the lawyers at this firm going to take the case (I have a letter from the EEOC saying that I have the «RIGHT TO SUIT»)
He brushed me off over the phone, and basically told me they NEED MORE TIME!!!!
I had sent him many videos and documents tell him about the constant harassment from my former employer.
Even sent him a email on 11 cases of me being racial discrimination against.
He never returned my phone even after a SECOND, to be honest I don’t even think he ever delivered my case to the attorneys.

The law clerk or whom ever he is didn’t seem interested in anything I had to say. I felt like I was being rushed off the phone and I was put on his schedule to talk to him again and he never called back.
