Do not rent here. Management is horrific. Specifically Mercedes. If you scroll through the reviews, many others will agree. Arcadia is filled with apartments. They will also try to charge you for repairs that you are not responsible for, when their broken property damages your Tesla.

UPDATE 10/17- garage 20 is broken and has been broken for months. It doesn’t go down all the way. It’s how my garage started and then ended up damaging my car that Mercedes is trying to charge me for. I’m ready for a lawsuit.

Mercedes will then try to defend the accusations as if she owns this place. Her alone will make your living situation, uncomfortable. I have reported her to corporate and doing it again next week. I have spoken to multiple garage owners about their garages being broken. My goal is to build a case against Mercedes so I can report this to the owners of mark Taylor. I am sure there will be some fake, generic, response, expressing their condolences for the mistake, it’s all an illusion to make you think they care. They don’t.
Mercedes also tried to force us out of our garage when we have 2 vehicles. She was sending emails to vacate the garage. When we didn’t sign any contract or specified that we were vacating. Why would we when we have 2 vehicles? I saved all the emails. So for a month we are beyond uncomfortable about our personal belongings, that we had to move them to storage. Left the garage none repaired for 7 weeks. We will fight it to the very end. Worst PM I’ve ever encountered in the last 14 years.

Mark taylor hire more professional and intelligent property managers, I guarantee you will have a higher rate of occupancy. Been in real estate since 2010.

Great floor plans, good amenities, and the place is always clean. Ross at the front desk even helped me to arrange a flower delivery into my apartment while me and my wife were both at work for Valentine’s Day. Location is very convenient for getting anywhere in the valley as well. There are some drawbacks, but what place doesn’t have them? And it seems like they’re working to improve some of those issues as well. Overall a good experience living here.

It was emotionally draining, because it was very common that there were multiple offer situations. If you have tried buying a home in the last two years, you know how we feel. Luckily, we found a home that was better than all of the other homes that we had seen and made offers on. We were sure we wouldn’t be able to get it, but Michael and Maricruz contacted the listing agent and they were able to establish what was important to the seller, while protecting our interests.
