It easy to judge a company when everything goes well, but the true test is when there are problems. I hired Diamond Stone to redo my front landscaping. The salesman, Jr, was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and cool under pressure. Jr told me from the first meeting that the thing that distinguished Diamond Stone from other landscaping companies was that they would keep coming back until we were satisfied. I found this out to be true! We had some bumps and hiccoughs along the way, some on my side and some on theirs. When the project was completed, the seam in the turf was more visible than it should have been. They sent a crew to stretch it, but it still wasn’t perfect. Jr suggested waiting a couple of months for the weather to warm up and they’d try it again, and if it didn't work, they would replace the turf. I told him I’d wait to write a review until the turf issue was resolved. Last week they came back out and re-stretched and cleaned the turf. I’m happy to report, it looks fantastic! So, as promised I’m writing my review. If everything went perfectly, I would have given a 5-stars. Instead, I’m giving a solid 4-stars and I will definitely use them again for any future projects.

I used Diamond Stone to install a block fence. I was in a time crunch as I'm an out of area owner. They put extra guys on the job to get the job completed ahead of schedule. They did a great job. Bilal communicated with me consistently and all of the guys were great!! They cleaned up after themselves when they were done.
